This location is walking distance to just about everything. With that being said and never visiting Vancouver before, we are not used to all the traffic and siren noise. The unit above or next to the master bedroom was doing some form of remodel so during the day there was some tapping and grinding sounds. The view is good, beds were comfortable, plenty of room for our family of 4 adults.

Wow! This condo is in the perfect location for exploring downtown. Tons of great restaurants, shops and grocery store within a short walk. The inside of the condo is beautiful and has amazing views. The floor to ceiling windows are a bit overwhelming at first but make for such an impressive view of the city. Especially at night. Well stocked and comfy. The host communicated with me so well and the instructions for checkin/checkout were very detailed, making the process super easy. Would stay here again when visiting Vancouver.

Great location in the middle of the city, and it has parking! We walked a lot, but nice to have our car available for day trips out. Had a really nice time!

The condo was in a great location and had great views of the city and water. It served our purpose as a home base to explore Vancouver, but could have offered a bit more. When winding down in the evenings, we could only watch 1 kid channel; due to the cable tv remote not working. There was only 1 tv in the condo (bedrooms didn’t have a tv). The condo lighting could be improved as it primarily lighted by lamps or insufficient fixtures (not an issue during the day with the floor to ceiling windows allowing daylight).
Check-in and checkout process is horrible!!! You have to pickup/dropoff the condo key from a convenient store, 2 blocks from the condo (there's no parking at the store and without the key you can't park at the condo). You have to use an app to access the key cafe box within the store. There's no one to assist you, but the owner provides very detailed instructions in an email. The key pickup/dropoff is by far the worst checkin/checkout experience I've ever seen.
The number of beds, location and views really help with overlooking the negatives, but those could easily be addressed.

The condo was amazing and had so much space! We were able to visit and hang out in the evenings without feeling like we were on top of each other. The windows and view were breathtaking. The doornan was so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back!

The condo was in the perfect location. We loved the layout and the fabulous view. BUT, the kitchen sink had no plug that worked ( we bought one at the Dollar Store), there was a chipped glass in the cupboard, only one facecloth was laid out for 5 people (sign in the closet said we would be charged 25.00 if we touched any of the towels)REALLY?? There were no bedside lamps and no oven mitts in the kitchen. The blinds needed to be repaired and some of the kitchen lighting didn’t work. So, these were all small things but we shouldn’t have had to deal with any of that considering the price we paid for one week in the condo. Attention to detail is important!!

We stayed here for a few days after finishing our Alaska cruise. Absolutely a lovely place and the view from the 25th floor over Vancouver and all the way to the harbor was stunning! We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent stay at this property. Close to supermarket, bars, restaurants (Yaletown), attractions, and includes a parking spot. Excellent views from this 25th floor apartment with two full bathrooms, sleeping accommodations for 6-8.

Fantastic city and ocean view. We enjoyed the view every morning at breakfast and the sunset every night.
Very walkable neighborhood, no need to drive if you need to explore downtime.
Very comfortable beds, yes, they are firm thus we slept very well!
Small apartment but had all amenities for a comfortable stay for a family of 4.

The AC didn’t cool down the apartment very much, luckily there were 2 fans, and opening the balcony door helped.

Enjoyed the views and location very much. The AC did a poor job (initially) of keeping the place habitable. After getting a hold of owner and being allowed to set AC cooler all was fine. Breath taking views! Beds are futons and very low to the floor which can be interesting. Bed sheets were not the highest quality. Location makes central city an easy walk away.

Overall, the visit was wonderful. The location is ideal for walking the city, which what our desire was. The property was difficult to keep cool at times, so we found ourselves sleeping with the doors and windows open in the evenings.

We loved this apartment. It was perfect for a group of colleagues attending a conference at the convention center. It was nice to have a short walk (about 15 minutes) each day. The communication with the owner was very clear. The apartment itself was very nice and comfortable.

We enjoyed our visit to Vancouver and to this lovely condo in such a great location. Everything was close by and easily accessible. The condo had all the comforts of home with the added bonus of a remarkable view. The suite is larger than most and beds were quite comfortable. Despite the frequency of sirens and outside noises, we didn't lose any sleep over it. The sleeper sofa wasn't as comfortable as one might have hoped, but there was plenty of other seating to choose from. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you Jan!

This is a nice little 2br in a great area for restaurants, shops, etc. Close drives to Stanley Park & Granville Island. Clean, everything in working order. The only challenge was the beds in the bedrooms, which are very low. Anyone with mobility issues would have some difficulty as these are about futon-height. Thankfully the wall bed was down, which is higher, so our group member with bad hips was able to use that!

The apartment is very clean and its a great neighborhood. The signage in apartment is not exactly welcoming, more business-like and firm warnings about the AC, towels and linens, etc... The master BR mattress is hard as a rock. Overall was a good place to stay though, as long as you are aware of the above.

Awesome Location
A lovely view and a lovely location. Lots of amenities in the apartment. Plenty to do in the neighborhood. The apartment is very warm - the air conditioner is weak and does not cool the apartment when the weather is on the warm side. There are many fans and we figured out how to manage the heat after a couple nights. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

Great location
Our host Jan, was very kind and responsive to any issue we raised. The location itself is worth the five stars. It is across the street from a hospital, so we did hear sirens on occasion, but it was no big deal. Would stay there again.

Best place to stay in Downtown Vancouver
Me and my wife together with 2 other couples stayed in Jan's place from 16-Oct - 23-Oct. I had a very detailed instructions from Jan thru e-mail, checking in, getting the keys, checking out including the direction from YVR to Jan's place. Jan's place is one of a kind to stay while in Downtown Vancouver. The view from the terrace is amazingly beautiful. The place is so clean and everything you need for your stay are all provided for. Location is perfect as it is all close (walking distance) to shopping, restaurants and tourist places in Downtown Vancouver. Highly recommended place to stay in Downtown Vancouver.

We stayed at Jan’s for a weekend getaway and found both the accommodations and location to be perfect! The condo has a great layout, spacious, clean and great views of the city. Walking distance to restaurants, waterfront etc. Jan was a great host; we highly recommend!

Great location!
Being downtown in a nice area was a plus. Our Vancouver girls trip was awesome. Jan met us at the parking garage and showed us exactly where to park... walked us through and showed us all trash/recycling areas. The condo was nice, view was awesome! Having a neighbor who is easily disturbed made us feel like we had to walk on Eggshells; but that wasn’t Jan’s fault... we all know how that is! We weren’t there enough to make noise... the condo was perfect. Enough sleeping arrangements for all 5 of us. We were all very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Thanks For the wonderful accommodations, Jan!

Great location.
The property is in a great location. It is a safe area. We felt comfortable walking around, even at night. There are plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping. It is across the street from a Hop On Hop Off stop. It was easy to do both the City and Park routes. We spent time at Stanley Park, Granville Island, & Chinatown. Taxis are always available outside (no Uber in Vancouver.). It was easy to get a taxi up to Queen Elizabeth Park and also back to the airport. The apartment has great views. It is clean. Jan is a great host. We’d stay there again.

A great alternative to a hotel
Lovely apartment -very clean and well equipped. Many vrbo listings have a several night minimum stay and we were pleased to find this that would let us book for 1 night. Hotels in Vancouver seem incredibly expensive - this worked out as a great alternative to accommodate 4 adults.
Jan provided great detail about arrival procedures and the apartment. The only reason I didn't rate this as 5 stars is that the listing was taken down off the site which worried me a bit. But all was good and it appears the listing has been reinstated.
