Excellent location, easy walking distance into town and around the Vogel Street area. Spacious accommodation which was great for our family group. Suzie was an awesome host, really good communication which was most appreciated.

A bit of road noise in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Gas fire was tricky to light - got it going on the first night after about 20 minutes however we couldn't get it going on the second night. Had multiple charges to the credit card - would be good to be notified prior to payment being taken so we know when and how much is being charged.

Loved the spa, gas fire and awesome location.

Spa was not set hot enough only 38.. we put it up to 40 was a cold weekend... better if it was up to temperature

Beautiful property, bathrooms were very clean

There was no tea bags or milk as stated so we had to get our own, quite dusty too.

Location, decor, high ceilings and cleanliness

Our first impression was it was cold - we arrived at 4.30pm as advised but no heating was on. There were heaters in the bedrooms that we plugged in but these took a long time to warm the rooms. It is a large space to heat especially the area around the spiral staircase that leads up to the roof. It was a premium priced apartment but not a premium offer in our opinion.

Convenience of the location to the city and uni. Nice and big so we could all stay as a family.

Street noise with traffic sounds.

A truly beautiful apartment in central Dunedin close to all the best things Dunedin has to offer. Our three kids had plenty of space and loved the spa and general apartment ambience. We loved the style and comfort and were able to enjoy the many cafes and restaurants. Suzie is a very helpful host as well and it all runs very seamlessly.
