Shuttle service is a key factor. Breakfast is awesome. Staff is friendly and very responsive. Easy to use and available luggage carts are a plus.

Everything was excellent.

The front desk person, Ana, was exceptionally kind and friendly to four weary travelers. She was informative and efficient. When we saw her again in the morning, she was the same way. She greeted us with a smile and chatted briefly before we left. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfast and lingered for a little while, making plans, before starting on our journey.

Too close to Freeway - too much noise. No drain plug for bath tub!

The breakfast had eggs, bacon, waffles, cereals, pastries, oatmeal, coffee, decaf, tea, apple and orange juice. Fruit was available as well. Everything was ample and clean. The lady even brought us whipped cream for the waffles which was really nice of them.

The price is a little high but a little cheaper than the other places. It was convenient, so understandable.

I liked the pool and the hot tub.

The pictures are what made me book the room in the first place. I got a double queen suite and it was so tiny and not spacious like the pictures show. There were no trash bags in any of the cans and some of the utensils given were melted. For the price I wasn't too pleased, I'm sorry!

The pet fee did not line up with what is listed here in the FAQ section of bookings.com. The actual pet fee is $75 per pet, which seems excessive to me. Also, bookings.com has inaccurate information listed regarding and electric car charging station at the property. They do not have charging here.

Nothing I didn’t even stay at your hotel after being checked in

Your stuff is rouge, asked for a room that would be safe for a single woman and was not given a safe room. I did not even stay at that hotel. I had to move in pay for another hotel. The staff didn’t even ask why I was leaving. Unbelievable.

People were great - hotel was very clean. Especially with the trouble we had staff was wonderful, patient and did everything they could to help fix the problem.

Keys didn't work so it took more than 3 tries and over 30 minutes to check in.. the key machine was broken apparently but it took a while to figure it out.

The window in the Bedroom area was broken and about to collapse in three sections and had tape on it holding it together in the middle! I felt like it wasn’t secure for my family because it was next to a ledge where someone could break into It easily. I felt our security was jeopardized. The window had a piece of double sided tape holding the three broken areas together in the middle and was in major disrepair!! The bathroom ceiling had peeled up tape falling off ! The pillows on the couch stunk! Room 226 I paid nearly 300 dollars!!! I would also like a refund by the way ! I will be contacting the franchise! Terrible Breakfast !!! The property was very beautiful and decorated very nice. The staff were very nice and helpful.

We booked two rooms and my friends room had a problem with his lights, they did not work since we got the rooms. My room had a light problem as well however mine worked during the day but when we returned at night they no longer worked.

We were told the beds were queen size. They were not. They were full size. The pullout bed was absolutely horrible. Thin awful mattress that was not the cleanest either. And, we had to rearrange the whole area to even get it open. The smoke detectors had a flashing green lights all night. Breakfast service was mediocre. They were out of everything.
