The property is just as advertised with fun pool, Tiki Hut and short walk to the beach. The hostess was attentive from day 1 and very helpful. We can’t wait to come back next year.

This house had it all. Great location able to walk to restaurants and beach. Relaxing backyard with a nice pool. Four bedrooms and nice open floor plan kitchen - living room- dining room all open to each other. Linens and kitchen essentials were provided. Would love to rent again.

Great location to the beach, shops, and restaurants, wonderful pool that is kept clean. Hosts provided all the necessary information prior to check in.

We were 3 couples, all family. Enough room for us all. House is definitely clean. Outside pool area is great. Several maintenance issues in the house addressed with manager who is incredibly responsive. I also suggested a few other things like additional lighting which would improve things. It is in a great location- a really short walk to the beach. Also very quiet. I would definitely stay there again if suggested things were corrected. I have to say again how incredible the manager, Stefanie, is.

Great location, house was clean indoors and outdoors, pool was well maintained, 2 short blocks walk to the beach, kitchen utensils, linens provided. Stefanie was very responsive and polite to work with. Will definitely be back. Great vacation with my small family.

Walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach!

My family and I were planning our Spring Break plans and looking for a location that would be fairly close to the Everglades National Park, Key West, and other southern Florida attractions. The house is a little deceiving upon first arriving. However, once inside, we were amazed at the sheer size of the house. the main living area is open and includes the living room, dinning room and kitchen. The property features four bedrooms, which was perfect for our family of six. We were also impressed with the cleanliness of the property. The floors shined (not a grain of sand anywhere to be found), the bathrooms sparkled and the bedrooms were comfortable. The backyard provides a fenced oasis that features a heated pool that features a veritable lightshow at night. a large tiki cabana with several sitting areas, large cafe lights for added ambiance, a gas grill and loads of pool and beach play stuff. Speaking of the beach, it is just three very short blocks away. This was perfect as we felt comfortable splitting our family when some wanted to go boogie boarding at the beach and others wanted to play at the pool. The house also features a well-stocked kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, as well as plenty of bath and beach towels to accommodate a large group.After a week spent all over the state, this house was high on the list when asking the kids to name their favorite parts of the trip. Thanks for helping make the "Best Spring Break Ever". We'll definitely be back!

Great location with a cute house and wonderful pool. House needs a little TLC, disposal was shooting water out of the opposite end, dishwasher dispenser was having an issue dissolving the detergent, beach cart was broken. They did have fun floats for the pool and the pool was maintained wonderfully during our visit. The owner of the property stopped by a couple of times and was very friendly. The listing did say there were bikes but there was not in fact any bikes. That was a bummer because we would have brought our own! We did figure out that you can rent bikes in town.

We had a girls weekend here and the property was everything we could’ve needed - plenty of beds and space and a great outdoor area where we spent most of our time. I would absolutely rent again!

The location was amazing!! A short walk to the beach and a great size pool and outside area to help soak up more of the Florida sunshine. Communication with owners was easy and fast. Kitchen could use a little more and updated pots but we were able to make do with everything there. Thank you for a great time!

I lost my brother & had to come into town immediately, without any plans. My family needed a nice home to relax & gather to make funeral arrangements, & this was the perfect home. Stefanie was incredible!!She worked so hard to make sure we were comfortable, happy, & felt safe. We originally booked for three days, it ended up being five. Stefanie was our angel & I will never forget her. Tara was also a sweetheart. My family enjoyed this house & the location so much, a sad time ended up being one of our grestest vacations.

The house was amazing! The pool and tiki hut were perfect to relax by and the location couldn’t have been better.
