Awesome property and views. Felt very safe with gated community!

A much needed few days away from the cold. The area is perfect with most things within walking distance. place was clean and will meet all your basic needs. The facility and the apartment is a bit dated and requires some updates. The gate outside the door made me a bit apprehensive, but it turn out to be okay.

The location was excellent. Many great restaurants within walking distance as well as the grocery store. We used taxi to get to old San Juan which is then very walkable as well.

Condo was fabulous. Everything was very clean; Alice was extremely responsive and even let us check in early. The bed was super comfortable and we had plenty of hot water. On top of everything, the view was incredible. Could not be happier, we will definitely be back!

My spouse and I stayed for two weeks in this well-located and well-appointed condo. Communication with owners was fantastic- we had a problem with the AC and they came over right away. FYI there is no oven; just a cooktop. Highly recommend!

This home is in a great area with beach front access. The pool area and playground were great. The security of the building make you feel like your in a resort. Food trucks on the beach, restaurants everywhere plus Foxwoods casino is just steps from this fabulous condo. Will definitely be returning to this great home.5 stars all day long.

Everything you need for a beach vacation. Easy access, clean and quiet. Nice furnishings, great bed! Alice was very responsive to my questions. You will be quite comfortable here

Please, i repeat please.. clean the bidet! After using i was sick for 12 hours on my vacation. Other than that, bed was comfortable, place was clean. Hallways and elevators were not air conditioned and smelled of farm animals. Overall 8/10.

Stayed July 1-8. Clean, spacious, modern, on a very nice beach! Two beach chairs and towels (along with several items provided by the owner were great. At the beach we got an umbrella rental $20 and lounge chairs $5 each. King bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was nice and included several amenities (blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, sunscreen, etc. I got a sunburned and greatly appreciated the aloe! Our 20 and 16 year old kids slept on living room couch and it was fine. We only wished they had blackout shades, like in the bedroom. Plenty of storage in the bedroom and living room. We didn’t use the kitchen (except the refrigerator) but it was nice. The first morning I woke up before the family. I sat on the balcony and really really really enjoyed the peace, quite and the beautiful view. We rented a car for a few days so the garage parking was convenient! There are several great restaurants in walking distance. The one across the street was excellent! It had delicious beef carpaccio (not what we typically eat), lobster risotto and everyone’s dinner was great. We went twice. Also across the street was a souvenir shop, an ATM, a small market and ice cream store. It was one of our BEST family vacations. We’d definitely go back!

Great place, clean with all the amenities. The controller for the TV wasn't working, I gave Alice a call, and she was there in 20 minute to solve the problem. The instructions to check in were very clear and accurate. She suggested riding the bus to Old San Juan, best decision we made, it was a great experience. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book it again.

Perfect location for vacation/visiting right on the beach and plenty of places to eat local food near by will definitely be looking to stay here again on our next visit.

We have a nice week in this place, everything si clean easy access to everything. I didn't rent a car , I used Uber for everything and every single place is close. The apartment has a nice view, everything around is so clean, all the people are very friendly in the property. I really want to go back , kitchen has everything you need Bathroom so comfy and the bed was perfect. I highly recommend this property. Thank you Alice.

This is the third time we have stayed in this apartment and it has not disappointed.

The owner we're very attentive to our needs, excellent service and very accommodating to our request. The unit was every comfortable and the access to the pool and beach was perfect and it met our expectations. We were extremely pleased. I look forward to going back in the near future. The condo was exactly as advertised. The beach is beautiful, perfect weather and we even saw rainbows twice. You’re right on the beach, you can walk to many restaurants and Old San Juan is a short cab ride away. Everything we were looking for.

The condo is in an excellent location, can walk to many things. It was very clean, and had everything we needed. Our favorite part, was sitting on the balcony, looking at the beautiful view. We had a problem with one of the tv’s, the owners were there within an hour. Thank you! We are hoping to return soon!

From the second we came through the door we were happy. The condo was bright, airy, spacious and sparkling clean. It exceeded our expectations. Communication with Alice was easy and her responses always came quickly. We loved our stay and look forward to staying at Alice & Davis’ place again.

Alice's condo had everything you could want starting with a great beach view , comfortable bed , plenty of space and of course very clean. It is located in a very safe and secure property that is conveniently located near stores and restaurants. The property has direct beach access and a large pool as well. We will be back!

This location was perfect to get to all of the must see spots on the island. The neighborhood and building felt very safe and clean. It was awesome being able to have direct beach access as well. We would definitely come back!

The property is as described online. Alice and Davis were awesome hosts. We went to PR with another couple and we were literally across the street from each other(views from the balcony). The property was inviting and the bed was comfortable! The location is PERFECT walking distance to the best eatery on the strip 'Pizza City"! We plan to come back Summer of 2023, Thanks again Alice &Davis!

Never having used VBRO or been to San Juan, we really lucked out when we booked this property! It was in a super convenient location. Condo was exactly as described - nicely decorated with all the necessities, extremely clean and very secure. We did not cook but there was plenty of cookware available. The bed was quite comfortable and the bedroom had room darkening curtains. There were 2 large screen TVs (we could not get them to work properly .. but that is due to non- tech savvy sbikiri

My best friend and I really enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive when I had questions about the impact of the recent hurricanes before our stay. The location to the beach, local dining and stores was great! There's lots of dining and bars to walk to and the location is no more than a 10 minute Uber ride from the Condado area, and other areas of interest. Also super close to the airport. We'll definitely stay again!

I liked the beautiful ocean beach view from the balcony an how roomy the place was definitely a nice stay for a couple. Only thing I didn't like was the cold water wouldn't last long to shower. Water would immediately turn hot but besides that everything was pretty good an I would stay here again.

We had a great time In San Juan, the place is really convenient, clean and right by the beach. The property offers you an easy access to beach and surrounding, the proper is has good security system, supermarket and place for foods just walking distance, You are basically in the middleman of the town. The host is very well communicating and promptly response for all your need. We were very happy and feeling just relaxing on vacation.

This place was beautiful, clean, and spacious. It had everything you would need to enjoy your stay at the beach. The owners are incredibly nice and helpful. The bed is comfortable, there is plenty of room to unpack and feel at home, and everything was super clean. The building had 24/7 security, which made my mom and myself feel very safe walking around. The view is beautiful from the balcony. There are supermarkets and restaurants around the condo, also it was super easy to have Uber eats deliver. It is about 5 to 10 mins away from the airport, making it super convenient. Then there is the access to the beach, which is amazing. The beach was large, beautiful, and there was plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. The water was amazing. My mom and I had a wonderful time here, and we will definitely be booking here again.
