We had a great time staying here it was clean and had everything and more you need. It was like being at home..

We enjoyed our stay. The property is clean and in great condition. There’s a nice view of the pool area. The bed was comfortable. We hope to stay there again next year.

We really liked the condo. The location is perfect for fishing since there’s a public ramp right next to it. It’s also good for any stay, the decorations and furniture are great, kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed hanging out at the pool and hot tub. The new owners of the restaurant and marina (which are on the same property) are working on remodeling and i think they will be open soon. There is a dock available to rent for your boat, from those same marina owners.

My family and I truly loved staying here. You could not beat the location. The townhouse had everything we needed and my kids loved having access to the pool. We are already planning our trip back next year!

The place is amazing! We loved the bedroom “oasis” on the top floor. Definitely a little piece of heaven. The bathrooms were unique and very functional. We had everything we needed and really appreciated the blue tooth speaker as we had forgotten to bring ours with us. It was our first time to the area and Carrabelle provided a great central location from which to see the entire “forgotten coast”.

We loved the location. We brought our boat and it takes 30 seconds to walk to the boat ramp. The kids loved the pool and hot tube. It was nice bc i could cook dinner and look out the door and see them swimming. Very peaceful!

Pictures do not do this place justice! We went as a family of 5 (3 kiddos under the age of 7) and it was perfect for us!! The multilevel units allow everyone to have their own privacy (mainly us parents 😜). It was right by the pool/hot tub, so that was easy! It is a 5 minute drive from the nearest Carabelle public beach and there was barely anyone on and about a 20 minute drive to St. George Island! Check out the Korean restaurant down the road for some good waffle ice cream and dinner! The owner was super easy to get in touch with and so kind!! We will definitely be back for family and just mom/dad trips in the future!! Thank you, Robin!!

Nice cozy condo
Well appointed condo. Plenty of linens, cooking and cleaning items. We slept 4 comfortably. Nice being right next to pool, restaurant (don’t hear patrons), dock, and public boat ramp. Screened patio is really nice and comfortable. Too bad it was too hot and humid to enjoy more. Lots of fireworks that were visible from upstairs room. City had a nice show and so did the neighbors. Two brothers restaurant has daily/overnight slip rentals for $30 a day. Get them ASAP before they are all booked. Definitely recommend and will be back.

Great fishing trip rest
The property was top notch. Clean. Comfy beds decorated well and everything was up to date. The only issue I had was with the shower. The pressure was very low but that’s it! Definitely worth every penny!

Condo vaca
It was a great location for us since its right next to the boat ramp and we were taking our boat out fishing. Clean, but the 3 flights of stairs are extra cardio:) The very low, uncomfortable futon was not comfortable or homey to sit and watch tv on in the living room...need an actual couch!
Low water pressure in showers. Washing machine was broken, so we couldn't wash our clothes.
Comfy bed and nicely decorated (with the exception of a couch in the living room). Clean though and nice condo complex!

Short Getaway
Everything was good I gave a 5 star mainly for the cleanness and easy booking and great communication. There were some things that could be improved (the washer/dryer is questionable and the small refrigerator on the main level cannot be turned on high as it was when we arrived. Coke explosion! Mess. ) That was the only things that we found could be improved. Overall the property was great had a wonderful time would stay again.

Great Weekend Escape!
Loved this 4 story unit on the Carrabelle River. Restaurants and Island hopping even with covid I felt safe in the unit and small towns. I was here for 4 nights/5 days and had a couple over for dinner, plenty of space to eat downstairs or in kitchen high top and living area. Is stair-tastic so if you can do stairs its not your place. Loved the artwork and left a piece from local artist for owners. Thanks will reserve again!

Wonderful weekend getaway
We enjoyed this condo, especially the patio, which overlooked the hot tub and pool area. All appliances worked well and we look forward to our longer summer visit.

Nice condo and location. We enjoyed pool hot tub and screened porch with mini fridge. Down side is lots of stairs. AC stopped working during our stay. Oven also didn’t work but otherwise it was great.

Weekend getaway
Enjoyed our weekend getaway for our upcoming Anniversary. Condo was great! Very clean and decorated wonderfully. Great food nearby and fishing for hubby was easy walk to docks. Very quiet and relaxing.

Perfect Quick Getaway
This was perfect For a quick get away. Easy boat access and quick ride to Dog Island. The condo is beautiful and clean. The restaurant was no longer on the property so you will need to drive to eat. Otherwise it’s a perfect little place. I will be returning.

We loved our stay in Carrabelle. Its a very sweet place with tins of super nice people.
Even though we enjoyed our stay there was some hiccups.
I had to reach out to the owner the day before check in to get the check in instructions and code for the door. It wasn't sent in advance.
The listing states that there is 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, in actuality it was one bedroom with a pull out couch that slept like a hammock it sank in the middle.
lastly, the second day of our stay we returned from the beach to find the owners parents inside our condo. They were very sweet and were there to fix the screen door but it was unsettling due to the fact they were inside when we arrived. I felt a little disturbed about the situation because I was traveling alone with children to find strangers walking around our accommodation while we were out. Thank you for inviting me and my family into your home, but due to these issues we will not be back.

A nice, peaceful place
We spent a long weekend here and had a relaxing time. The house is nice and clean, close to town but far enough away to be peaceful. Great location for boating, right next to a public ramp, short boat ride to waterfront restaurants, and quick access to the sound. We would stay here again.

We were very happy with the accomodations and the location. The scenery was great, and the house was very tiddy and clean. We will diffenatly stay again and would recommend this place to everyone.
