Where do we even start? The property is just as described and pictured (see other reviews) and very well located. That being said, the hospitality of the owners is what made our stay so special. The husband met us at the train station and took our bags to the apartment for us while we walked around Antibes. He then drove me to work the next day (Sofia Antipolis) to make it easier to find. Later, he contacted us and invited us to the jazz festival in Juan Le Pins including tickets and drinks at his apartment before we left. Then he drove us back! More than hosts, they are now friends and we will look forward to keeping in touch with them in the future.

We have rented many locations but have never experienced hosts as friendly, helpful and accommodating as Dominique and carlo. They made us feel as comfortable as we possibly could have. And we had an apartment right on the sea with tons of restaurants at our doorstep. Just the best!

A secure, safe environment for a weeks holiday. The apartment was very clean and tidy. Well equipped and comfortable beds, pillows and bedding. I was slightly disappointed that there was not a separate sitting room, instead a narrow 'cushioned' bench within the kitchen, which would of been uncomfortable for two people to sit on for any length of time. My mother and I sat outside on the balcony for a considerable amount each day. The balcony is on the 5th floor and overlooks a busy road but enjoys a view of the beach. The landlord and lady were very hospitable and we enjoyed sharing a bottle of 'bubbles' with them. They were happy and encouraged us to contact them if we had any concerns. Overall, an enjoyable week.

If you're thinking about Antibes, stay here. Dominique and Carlo are charming hosts, and the flat is excellent: beautiful ocean view from the balcony, spacious, fully and comfortably appointed, and perfectly located -- Easy access to Old Antibes, two blocks from the best bakery on the Cote d'Azur, excellent restaurants. A great place to get away!

We had a wonderful long weekend in this apartment and in this city. It was our first visit to the city and the hosts provided great recommendations on restaurants and tips on things to do. The apartment is very nice - clean, modern, well-decorated and a great use of space . As we had two young kids (3 and 5), we spent our mornings at the beach which is just across the street. We also spent our downtime on the patio in the afternoon, relaxing and listening to the waves and activities down below. There is a wonderful bakery nearby, as well as a small store. The walk to old Antibes is easy and provides for a great way to further explore the city. We really loved our time here and plan to return!

Un bel appartement, moderne, confortable, propre, bien équipé et surtout très bien situé avec une terrasse donnant sur la baie. J'y ai séjourné une semaine avec ma fille et son copain. Nous avons été accueillis par les propriétaires qui ont été tout à fait charmants et serviables. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine et je recommande cet appartement sans aucune hésitation.

My teenage son and I travelled to the south of France together and stayed 5 nights in this wonderful apartment in Antibes. Our hosts were extremely accommodating and gracious offering to pick us up at the train station upon arrival and give us a local tour of Antibes. The communication was excellent and made for a very enjoyable experience. The location of the apartment was perfect for us. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings and watching the lights reflecting over the ocean as the waves crashed into the rocks. It was a quiet, laid back area and only a ten minute walk to the train station which took us anywhere we wanted to go. The photos of the apartment don't do it justice. It's very spacious, spotlessly clean and modernized. Far more than we expected and we were spoiled when it was time to leave for Paris and our tiny apartment there. Absolutely no issues with the cash deposit, it was returned to us our last morning in Antibes. Old Town Antibes was our favorite part of our trip and we will definitely stay at this apartment again! A special thank you to our hosts who helped make our stay very special and easy.

Our party was four adults and this apartment was definitely one of our favourites ever and we have stayed in a lot over the years! It had absolutely everything you need, is immaculately clean and finished to an extremely high standard. Great balcony with lovely views! Lovely location and a wonderful week had by all! Would return in a heartbeat. Thank you to the friendly and helpful hosts also, couldn't ask for more.

The view from the balcony of the beach was fantastic and a smaller balcony to the back made it easy to dry some clothes etc separately from there. A quick ten min walk brought us into the old town with too many beautiful restaurants to choose from and a friendly welcoming atmosphere. The beach was just over the road and a few supermarkets and a beautiful bakery all in close proximity. The owners live just next door and are a lovely couple. They even escorted us to the doctor when our baby took ill and took my husband sightseeing round the coast and snorkelling. We will definitely be returning to this little gem!!!

It was in a great location (with a great view from the balcony) with the beaches, old town and marina all within easy walking distance. Should you feel like exploring further afield the bus and train stations are nearby. The hosts were both helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Can't wait to return.

I spent close to two weeks in beautiful waterfront apartment. It was impeccably clean. The kitchen is well equipped if you are inclined to stay in and cook. The décor is fresh and clean. There is plenty of natural light. There are two balconies. One is set up with table and chairs with a beautiful view of sea. My husband and I enjoyed our breakfast on the terrace and in the evening it is a beautiful place to watch the close of the day. Our host could not be more gracious hosts. They live right next so if there is anything that you need they are right there. The building is quite and in great location. The apartment is exactly as described and would highly recommend it. We look forward to turning.

This is an exceptional apartment -even better than the photos. The sea view from the veranda is stunning. No detail has been overlooked in the apartment, it is incredibly well-equipped, very clean and beautifully renovated. The location was perfect and minutes walking from everything... sandy beach, boulangerie, supermarket, old Antibes, museum, restaurants, etc.. It was perfect for our family. Our Hosts were extremely gracious and attentive. They helped us with local information and recommended spectacular local sites to visit. All was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend it!!!
