The house was nice though slightly limited on bathrooms. The dishwasher was minimal at best with the stairs leading to the second floor a challenge. That being said, the house was nice for being at the beach on the ocean. The focal point of the house was the real nice pool that was more than expected. Also the easy walk to the beach was perfect. The golf cart is a must with its beach pass. Lastly was the wonderful host, Natasja who couldn't have been nicer. We had a couple of small issues that she addresses immediately. All and all, it was a very nice place to stay.

Gorgeous house. Perfect location. Beautiful pool. Beach cozy and comfy for family movie nights and grilling out by the pool and hearing the ocean waves. Proximity to Flagler for our family made this even more

Lovely and spacious vacation home with spectacular ocean view. We enjoyed the pool and beach daily. The golf cart was an added bonus and a great way to access the town and beach. Would definitely rent again; a fabulous beach getaway!

Loved this property! The property manager was very nice and communicated every step of the process. The home was lovely and having the beach out your back door, who could ask for more. The pool and spa really topped off our stay and made it enjoyable for everyone. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

We chose this property for our family vacation this summer. Great property! The kids loved being oceanfront and also having a private pool! New Smyrna was such a fun town with lots of cool places to eat and shop. We also rented the golf cart and had lots of fun on the beach and in town! The property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Truly a special place to stay. Clean and location is perfect. Neighbors are very friendly too! Property manager is wonderful to work with and she looks out for your every need so you may enjoy your stay. The view each morning is amazing!

Great place to relax and enjoy the ocean. Even though it’s located on the drive beach, the pool and spa are amazing, and very private. Plus the decor and amenities are gorgeous. I run out of things to say, as this is not our first stay!

Our second stay was just as wonderful as our first! This is the most perfect beach house for our annual family vacation. Beautifully stocked and seriously only steps to that beach! And when I accidentally left some personal items behind, the rental manager retrieved them and shipped them to me at her expense! First class customer service all around at this beautiful home!

This was an amazing property. We had four adults and three children in our party. Photos on Vrbo were very accurate, the house was immaculate. The kitchen was well equipped. We never cooked a meal there although it would’ve been very easy to. The house was very well located within a quarter mile or less of several fantastic restaurants. The swimming pool and hot tub were very clean, easy to use and very warm with a hot tub being hot. Beds were very comfortable with plenty of linens and towels supplied. We look forward to visiting this wonderful property again

We stepped off the back porch and walked right onto the beach each morning. We enjoyed to pool as an added bonus. Walgreens is less than a five minute walk around the corner. This location is so close to many amazing restaurants on the beach, on Flagler Ave and on the A1A/South Atlantic Ave. The upstairs master sweet is gorgeous, with amazing ocean views!!! We would love to stay in this property again.

We had a lovely time in this sweetly decorated beach home! It felt like we were in a quaint cottage with all the amenities of a spa! We loved the hot tub and pool, the access to the beach and the convenient location! It was warm in the bedroom with the Murphy bed and two cots, but we were grateful for the ceiling and portable fans in each room. Very clean, nice linens, beautiful view, best beach ever with warm water... shallow grade and wonderful birds.

The property was more beautiful than the pictures, for sure. Everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed. There was even a pack and play in the master walk in closet which would be perfect for a small child to sleep in. The pool was very well maintained, as well as the pool deck. Overall, very lovely!

Our family of six resided at the property from Feb 14th - Feb 21st. All aspects exceeded our expectations. The home is beautiful and well maintained. The salt water pool and hot tub are fabulous. In addition, right past the manicured walkway within just a few feet you are at the beach. Natasja, the property manger, was responsive and addressed any concerns quickly. We had an Amazon delivery scheduled to arrive on our check in day. Natasja brought the package inside for us prior to our arrival. It was a tremendous gesture and we immediately knew we were in great hands. I highly recommend this beautiful home if you plan on vacationing at NSB.

Perfect Beach Cottage experience
Lovely restored exceptionally clean Beach bungalow!! Quality throughout. Beautiful deck with amazing pool, hot tub and gas fire pit. 1 large TV in living area only. Cute small kitchen with very basic equipment ok for preparing small meals. Found ourselves purchasing a small blender, kitchen sheers, and a lighter for fire pit. Might need to keep in mind the giant beautiful master and laundry upstairs are accessed by very narrow steep steps as may be difficult for some. Parking on slab was tight with 2cars and street is too narrow to park on the roadside. We found we also needed to purchase acrylic drink ware for outdoor use around the pool in place of glass for outdoors. And also need to bring/purchase any pool floats, Beach chairs, beach umbrellas as none on the property (I left 3 of each behind) There were construction crews next door each day except Sunday working on the new home, but they were respectful, pretty quiet, and done by 4pm. I would have appreciated a small binder of directions and information all in one place rather than frames and signs all over the first floor, but these are very minor suggestions and do not subtract from the house. Will definitely return.

Perfect Getaway
This was hands down the best vacation we have ever taken (as a couple or as a family). The house and the location were perfect for our family (kids are 1.5 and 3.5) - we hardly left the property even though there was a lot within walking distance and a short drive. We popped back and forth from pool to beach all day long. The beach was so close that we didn't pack up anything and would just run back to the house for drink refills or more sandtoys. The pool and hottub and outside area were AMAZING!
Natasja was a perfect host and was extremely responsive before and during our trip. The few tiny hiccups that came up were addressed really fast and everything became a non-issue.
Honestly, I don't want to say too much good about this house because I want to make sure it's available for us next time we come back :). We loved everything...Thank you for the best and most needed trip!

Heavenly Property
The property is spacious and decorated with relaxed beach house elements. The house is beachy, airy and bright, with neutrals and watery colors, comfortable furnishings, multiple windows and a magnificent beachfront setting. The pool and deck are contemporary. The spa is divine! Stay here!

Amazing house and beach getaway!
We had the best time in New Smyrna Beach at this gorgeous house. It was recommended to us by my sister in law who had stayed there a few years ago and it did not disappoint. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Piece of paradise
Our family of 4 adults and two small children loved this home. It had everything we needed, never had to leave. 😃 We overpacked- we lived in our bathing suits. 👙We got dressed once in a week to go crabbing. 🤣 The beach access was phenomenal! We could see if the beach was busy from deck. We’d go enjoy the waves in between applying more sun sunscreen. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this location- quiet and relaxing. Even the construction next store didn’t disturb us. I like the new house there, it gives privacy from condos.
Rental office was terrific to work with. Natasja was helpful and answered all our questions. She was very endearing during our crisis. There are good people in this crazy world. 😊

Awesome Beach House
Beautiful beach house for our annual summer family beach vacation! Beautifully decorated. Kitchen stocked with all the necessities. Definitely worth the money to be just steps from the beach with an amazing pool and hot tub with lots of patio furniture. Definitely would stay here again!! Was surprised the master was really only a loft (although it’s the whole second story but there is no door and the stairs are fairly narrow). Can’t wait to come stay here again! Absolutely PERFECT!

Everything was perfect! The home iis decorated perfectly with a coastal comfy beach style. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and spa. The short path to the ocean was very convenient. We feel blessed to have stayed here. Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach home!

Great Stay
We visited at the beginning of the COVID-19 crisis. The property manager and owner were very flexible and understanding. They both worked with us and we really appreciated their help during as the situation changed quickly. The house is beautiful. The pool and deck area are spectacular. A very clean and comfortable home. We felt right at home and wish we could have stayed longer! Would recommend this property and can't thank the owner and property manager for their willingness to work with us.
