Nothing except for its location which is 1 bus ride to the city (15 mins)

all the bed were old and sunk in. the kitchen do not have enough utensils not even a knife to cut meat, we were using table knife to cut. the entire place look very tired and dated. will definitely be better if they were to change the bed and add more utensils to the apartment.

The location was good. A reasonable walk to the main hub with a lot of restaurants and bars which was great fun.

The apartment felt like an old school dormitory. The pictures were very deceiving. There were 2 bathrooms except 2nd bathroom only had a shower and sink, no 2nd toilet. I looked back at the ad and it does list it as only 1 bathroom which confuses me as i was sure it said 2 or I would not have booked here. Maybe i assumed it because of the photos they took. This was a problem for 6 adults. The only TV was in the one bedroom. The bathroom was long and narrow, your knees almost hit the wall when you sit on the toilette. The showers did not have a shelf to put your soap on so had to be on the floor. The picture you see with the ironing board is the main entrance room beside the kitchen. No living room The other rooms were all bedrooms. Graphite all over the front door and building. Overall it just lacked any charm or warmth to create a nice stay experience

Very lovely host Davide met us at the property. We had communicated before our arrival and he always responded immediately meaning arrival and departure was very easy. It was my birthday weekend in Rome and he allowed us to have a much later check out so we could sleep a bit more :) Thank you Davide! Also I think the apartment looks much nicer and bigger in real life than in the pictures. We were very happy with our stay.

Everything was great.

The host, Davide was very helpful, he helped us to book the airport transfer (including child seats in the car), and explained to us where to find certain places. He also organised a cot for our baby. 👍 He is very fast in responding to messages. The apartment is big, equipped in a modern way. Nice bathrooms. The only thing that was missing is a sharp knife in the kitchen. 😁 Netflix was great, too! Thanks for everything Davide!

The only thing I can mention is that there was some noise coming in from the street but nothing really disturbing

Wonderful location, in a calm neighborhood. Tram and buses to Rome city center and main attractions a short walking distance. Bakery/Pizza place next door; groceries, pharmacy, supermarket - all within a short walk. Recently renewed, clean, and comfortable apartment. Air conditioned in all bedrooms. Davide, our host, was very friendly and helpful.

Although there were 2 bathrooms, only one had a toilet, which was difficult to manage with 6 guests.
