Das Lu-Zan Suites - Suite A ist eine Suite mit 1 Schlafzimmer im historischen Geschäftsviertel von New Iberia in der einzigen Backsteinstraße der Stadt. Die Innenstadt und Bouligny Plaza, Heimat des jährlichen Gumbo-Koch- und Zuckerrohrfestivals, sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Es ist auch zu Fuß zum Bauernmarkt, Food Truck Festival, nahe gelegenen Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Nachtclubs. Shadows on the Teche ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar (sechs Blocks durch die historische Innenstadt).

The property is in a quiet and convenient location. It was clean and had all the extras needed during our stay.

Quiet area. Very nice place with breakfast food provided. Good eating in easy walking distance. Roc star just around the corner has great shrimp. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is clean, Comfortable, well-kept, and spacious. Easy check in and check out. Has everything you need. Not a lot immediately around the property, but super easy to walk my dog. Would stay there again.

My niece and I went to visit Avery Island for a quick weekend getaway. Linda’s place was just perfect. It was clean, safe, easy to locate and had everything we needed. It was also close to Avery Island. Great place to stay. Thanks Linda!

It was quite, clean, and was fully stocked with cooking items, utensils, condiments, snacks, etc.
Linens were new.
Parking was next to unit.
Linda was quick to fix couple of small things.

The property was very inviting. The suites were clean, well organized and pleasant for all our needs. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils and cooking items. Bedroom and bathroom well stocked. The suites are within walking distance of downtown. The backyard was was wonderful for our dogs. We had both suites which allowed our adult girls and us to have plenty of room to spread out and relax. Definitely looking forward to repeating our stay here in the future. We would highly recommend these suites to fellow travelers.

The owner was wonderful when we had flight issues and couldn't get there until a day late, she was incredibly accomodating!
The place was beautiful! It was very clean (never going to stay at hotels again!) and had all the necessary items for the kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom.

Nice location, close to everything, clean, well stocked with necessities. Only problem was getting into the lock box & back door was sticking, but overall, I would definitely recommend it.
