This is it! Whether you’re two people or a family of 5. Communicating with the managers was great, they reached out on their own prior to arriving to make sure all instructions were clear. Just the way you want it to be. Location couldn’t be better. In the middle of everything but just a block or two off the main pedestrian street. 5 minute walk up to the Brevent lift. Or a 5 minute walk down to the Main Street. View from the master bed is of Mont Blanc. BEAT THAT!!! three balconies with views all of Aiguille du Midi and Mont Blanc. Absolutely amazing. The building is an absolute icon. The hallways are a bit dark as other reviews say but you can turn lights on, feels like a Harry Potter scene but it’s very safe, adds to the allure. Apartment is on the 4th floor. We used the steps during our 4 days there as we were in Chamonix and wanted exercise. There are two lifts. A service elevator and a smaller lift for residents. I can’t begin to tell you how much this residence added to our stay. Along with all the activities we did over 4 days we also tell everyone about the apartment. When I come back to Cham I’m staying here again 100%.

Our third visit to the apartment and it would have been fourth or fifth were it not for Covid. An extremely well equipped, comfortable and beautifully appointed apartment in a brilliant location. Mickael and Elisa have taken every care to make this a practical, luxurious and stylish apartment and it has some of the best views of Mont Blanc in Chamonix. Mickael is extremely responsive and helpful. We love it!

The apartment itself is spacious, beautifully decorated and perfectly clean. The view from the balconies is breathtaking. The location is perfect for easily walking to town or to access various lifts. Owner was extremely easy to communicate with. Can’t recommend more highly. Probably the nicest VRBO we’ve ever rented. The apartment was perfect for our family vacation. We all had space of our own and space to spend time together. Although the town is so amazing and easily accessible from the apartment, so you probably won't spend much time there. I would absolutely recommend. Also, the hosts were great and super responsive.

We had a wonderful week in the apartment in Chamonix. The place is spacious, comfortable and seems to be almost a brand new renovation. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location could not be more convenient to town and skiing. I highly recommend this place for a short or longer stay.

What an amazing stay. The property was even better than the photos. Very spacious, clean, and fantastic location. The hosts could not have been more accommodating including a warm welcome on arrival all the way to helping us with our bags on the way out.
Our two families had more than enough room to be comfortable and had tremendous views of Mont Blanc and the Alps. A short walk to town with shops and restaurants.

Four of us (two couples) were in Chamonix on a hiking vacation, and thoroughly enjoyed our six nights at this property in mid-September. We found everything about it to be exactly as depicted in the listing. It's bright, spacious and modern, with high-end furnishings and appliances, comfortable beds, and a very well equipped kitchen. The views from the balconies are stunning! It is also very peaceful. We never heard any sounds from the hallway or other units.
The building is very conveniently located to restaurants , shopping, and hiking. We walked everywhere. The Tourist Office is nearby, and the staff there are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Very beautiful apartment, near the center of Chamonix, at walking distance to all restaurants, stores and cableways. Extraordinary view of the Mont blanc range from the balconies. Very bright. Beds are super comfortable. Bathrooms are very well appointed.
The apartment is quiet despite being central. parking was most days available in the parking lot, which is a big plus in Chamonix. The building's entrance corridors are a bit scary (oversize, a bit dark, lights flickering, no decoration), and the building owners might want to remedy that to make them a little more welcoming. But this is largely compensated by the beauty, tastefulness and elegance of this apartment. Excellent communication with owners.

We stayed at this amazing condo after hiking the TMB. It’s new, quiet, very comfortable, well appointed and offered amazing views! It could not have been better located as it was just a couple minute walk the city center and a minute to the city center bus stop. Mickael & Elisa were very helpful and responsive hosts. I'm going out on a limb here, because I've only been to Chamonix the one time, but I simply cannot imagine a better place to spend time there.
Over the years I have stayed in many VRBOs, mostly in the US but also abroad. And without a doubt this one tops them all. The building in which this apartment resides -- Le Majestic -- is aptly named. It's just about, if not THE biggest and most stately (and yes, majestic) building in all of Chamonix. If/When you go up on Mt. Blanc, you can spot it right away.
As you enter and go up the stone, spiral staircase, you get the feeling of a grand old French chateau. But in contrast, when you enter this wonderful apartment, everything is modern and new. The decor is beautiful. The kitchen is well-appointed, should you care to prepare your own meals. The bedding very comfortable. And so on. The pictures don't even do it justice.
That's not to mention the greatest thing of all, which is when you open any of the three sets of French doors, and your breath is literally taken away by the snowy Alps towering above you. A "million dollar" view, if I've ever seen one.
Lastly, while most VRBO hosts I've worked with have been extremely helpful, Mikail takes the role to another level. You can rest assured, he will take care of every detail -- and for anything you need during your stay, if it can be done, it WILL be done.

This apartment is in a historic building right in the middle of Chamonix. It is centrally located but tucked away amongst a grove of trees. It has been updated inside and has all of the modern amenities you would like. The owners were terrific to work with. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Chamonix.

This is a truly lovely and well appointed condo with all of the amenities you could ever hope for in a vacation rental. The location is perfect as you are out of the fray in a lovely and quiet setting with spectacular views yet close to everything. This apartment is great. Right in the middle of Chamonix, no more than a 10 min walk to anywhere in town. The apartment itself is beautiful, my wife called it Mountain Chic. Plenty of room to hangout when not on skiing or in town. Kitchen is outfitted well to cook at home, even had great glassware. All appliances were modern. Ski storage downstairs. Amazing view of the Midi and town. Quick walk (250M) to Brevent Cable Car, right on town bus route for other mountains.

The apartment was absolutely lovely, it had everything we needed and then some! Very convenient location, just a few minutes to walk to town. Appliances were brand new and the towel warmers in each bathroom felt so luxurious. We had six adults staying there and it still felt very spacious. We had a fantastic long weekend stay in Chamonix! The place was great - exactly as described and shown online and Mickael could not have been more responsive during the stay. The property is an updated, nicely designed and decorated apartment. The apartment was spotless and we appreciated the very well equipped kitchen (we took most meals in, except for lunch on the trails). The beds were comfortable and there were pillows for everyone to enjoy 2 (not a standard in Switzerland). The view of mount blanc and the area is wonderful, and can be enjoyed from the balcony. The location was excellent, in a quiet area but close to everything. The owner, Mickael is very responsive and really cares if you have a good stay. He was generous answering questions. We will definitely stay again.

A very nice apartment with stunning views of Mont Blanc. Short walk into town and all the activities summer Chamonix has to offer. The hosts were very helpful and responsive with any questions. Highly recommend and plan to come back some time in the winter too!

Fantastic place -- a few minor suggestions
First, let me say that this is a very fine apartment in the most impressive building in Chamonix. We loved it. It has a perfect location (very close to both the center and the Brevent lift, but just off the main drag so very quiet), and the views of the Aguille du Midi/Mont Blanc through the large French doors in the living room and 2 of the bedrooms are just breathtaking.
It's probably the best apartment rental in Chamonix. Period.
There are a couple of minor negatives to mention, though, so that people are aware of the entire picture:
- The hallway leading to the room, quite unlike the room itself and the building in general, is under construction and is dark, without a rug, and with styrofoam ceiling. It is quite depressing actually, and you wouldn't want guests walking through it for, for example, a nice dinner party in the apartment.
- Similarly, the basement ski storage is just functional, not modern/pretty
-The walk to Brevent (three blocks steeply uphill) would be hard for someone with a heart condition)
-The apartment had essentially no basic cooking necessities (I don't mean pots/pans/tools -- it has all of that) . I suspect the owners made a decision to throw out ALL foodstuff, but I disagree and believe the place should be stocked with at least spices, olive oil, (non-perishables) which can be left between renters.

We truly enjoyed spending 3 weeks at this apartment in Chamonix. It is clean, spacious and fully equipped. It was a wonderful location within walking distance to all the stores, restaurants and facilities in town, but still far enough to enjoy a quiet evening. We would certainly come back next time.

Perfect stay for family of 6!
My husband and I, plus my parents and 2 teens stayed here end of July. I tend to appreciate reviews with specifics so here are my bullet points.
1 exceptionally clean- like, eat off the floor clean
2. Very well appointed with full sets of dishes, cooking gear, etc.
3. Beautifully and simply decorated
4. Very comfortable beds
5. Great owner communication
6. Within a few minutes easy walk to restaurants, gondolas. We parked our car and didn’t use it until we left.
7. The pictures on VRBO are accurate- the views are amazing!
As stated one of the rooms is a little smaller with 2 twin beds and no windows. As there is no AC, in the summer you really do want the windows open. We solved this be leaving the living room windows open and the door to the twin room open and that allowed air to circulate.
I would absolutely recommend highly.

Gorgeous flat in excellent location
We loved staying here! The flat was gorgeous and spacious, with lots of light and high ceilings. It was also quiet. We were here at a busy time and did not hear any noise from adjacent flats. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking meals and is even stocked with a plug-in fondue pot and a raclette grill. Also nice wine glasses and champagne flutes. The flat is very convenient to the shops and restaurants in the city center, with everything a 5 minute walk away.
Check in was easy and Elisa was so helpful and responsive to all of our questions. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We would love to stay here again!

The apartment may be even better than the pictures. Beautifully decorated with many amenities not always found. It was a great location in a beautiful building. The one note would be that the third bedroom has no window. We were there on some very warm days so to be able to open a window would have been helpful or at least a small fan. Otherwise it was the best. I wish we had stayed a little longer.

Perfect vacation pad in Chamonix
This was place was perfect for us! The owners were attentive and responded quickly. Everything was very clean and seemed to be brand new. Views of Mont Blanc and the rest of the valley from our bedrooms and living room were breathtaking. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to prepare and serve meals from. Rooms were spacious and the entire space was beautiful and made us feel comfortable and relaxed. Restaurants, shopping, groceries are a very short pedestrian-friendly walk. I can not recommend enough!

Everything was perfect!
A fabulous apartment in a fantastic central location with amazing views! The apartment is well equipped and cleaned to a very high standard, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. As a party of six (three couples) it suited us down to the ground especially as it has two ensuite shower rooms and a family bathroom. We found the coat/boot room very handy to put all our ski kit away at the end of the day. Apart from our first night we cooked and ate in - the kitchen/living space works brilliantly. Our hosts gave us really useful restaurant recommendations and were very prompt with their responses to our queries. We would highly recommend this apartment in Chamonix and would most definitely say again.
