Amazing place to stay at Chamonix. Very central location, beautiful and very spacious place. Very highly recommend it, and we are surely coming back

It was fantastic to have a quiet, spacious home with a large, private garden and an outstanding view right in the center of town. It was like our own VIP oasis in the middle of everything with a killer view of Mont Blanc. Our 12 year old particularly enjoyed the hot tub! The property, unexpectedly, came with a pass which allowed easy access to the private parking area through the pedestrianized center of town. There were free train passes too which we used to reach different hikes.

There were a few small issues with the house but they were dealt with swiftly by the property managers. The instruction booklet could have been more useful. For example, pointing out how to use the car and train passes (which were both great to have) and giving a heads up on how the lighting works.

Anthill inside, sanitary we had to clean ourselves, jacuzzi did not work. On top of that, the agent (!) mandatory charged us 500 euro for two small felt pen lines on a wooden table, 5 hrs after the check out. Our representatives were not allowed to check hypothetical damage. Since the agent attends to the rent, it probably is just a way for him to earn more.
