Dies ist ein tolles Sommerferienhaus und ein perfektes Haus für die Wintermonate. Das Hotel liegt am Seeufer des Highway 95, in der Nähe der Stadt und der Wasser- / Startrampe. Riesige Tiefgarage mit 5 PKW-Booten und Klimaanlage, R. V. Parkplatz an der Seite und auf der Rückseite des Grundstücks mit VOLLEN Anschlüssen. Haus ist ein Eckgrundstück, das 13.000 qm groß ist. Haus ist 1700 qm groß und ist voll mit allem, was Sie brauchen würden.
Das Haus verfügt über eine großartige Küche, die mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, Fliesenböden und Corian-Arbeitsplatten ausgestattet ist. Es gibt einen Dachbalkon mit Blick auf den See und die Umgebung. Der Pool ist ein Infinity-Rand und kann beheizt werden.
Ausstattung: Dieses Haus verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie von zu Hause gewohnt sind. Haus hat t. v./ DVD in jedem Zimmer eingerichtet. Loved the set up. Ton of space in doors and out. Loved the location it was great when it came to getting to the launch ramp and to Walmart for food. The hosts were great! Couldn’t have asked for better communication!

We had an awesome time, property was clean, met all our needs, plus. Relaxing and close to all the places we wanted to go. We had 9 of us and plenty of space. The pool was great.We, definitely want to return.

Great place to stay with relatively large group. Comfortable beds. Plenty of entertaining activities provided by the host. Fusball, pingpong, boardgames etc. Kitchen was spacious and provided ample room to prepair meals for lrg group. Very nice weber grill.

Overall nice stay. Missing remote to pool so worked with owner to turn heat on. Unaware there would be a charge later for propane usage. Had to bring in Costco delivery of 3 boxes to the garage and work with Lowes to pick up another item while on my vacation with my sisters.

Spacious and comfortable home, with everything we needed for grilling, cooking, and relaxing. Lots of living & dining seating, in & out. Huge well-equipped kitchen—very large fridge /freezer, with bar seating. Wifi/Internet worked well except in Master bath. Airplay to LR TV or stereo (once we figured out how to use them). Nice small pool to cool off in. Ping pong & foosball lin the air-conditioned garage. Very private corner lot on the edge of open space. Lake Havasu Marina and Safeway groceries about 10 minutes away. Things to know… No ice maker, but freezer holds 60 pounds of ice. Garage has only 1 indoor space free, but plenty of driveway and gravel parking. Ask about operation of TV, stereo, and pool in advance. 4th bedroom & bath are off the garage.

Everything was awesome. The house is alot biggest then we thought. Grilled some hotdogs on the bbq. When we got back from being on the boat all day. We Played in the pool with the family. The setting for pool was off alittle. The waterfall off the rocks came on at night. Lol i highly recommend this place. So nice!! 💯

We really enjoyed our stay here. Chris was very responsive and the house was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room for several cars and our 22’ pontoon boat. Use of the climate controlled was a nice bonus. The pool although smaller than expected was great and the house was really clean. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood was really nice and close to everything. I can’t think of anything I would change about the property. I’ll definitely stay here again!

The home was clean and comfortable,. The only problem was the listing said you have access to the 5 car boat deep garage. You could probably fit 5 compact cars in but its realistically
a single car and an extra deep 2 car. There was only room for my boat trailer in one side of the 2 car because the owner has his own boat in the other half. The single garage had his RZR parked in it. The home and location are very nice but if i knew I would have to park my truck outside i would have booked somewhere else.

It was a great property. The kids had a blast in the pool and with the games and ping pong table. Very close to the lake and has a lake view from the balcony. Very accomodating and responsive host. Overall, great stay.

This beautiful home has everything! The pool is wonderful and the viewing deck is fabulous-overlooking beautiful Lake Havasu. You can experience every sunrise and sunset on a private second story deck. This is our third year in a row-that's how much we love this area and especially this home.

This property is in a great location with a beautiful pool and landscaping. It is close to town, the lake and public trails out your back door. The home is very well kept with everything you need for a short visit or extended stay and the host Chris was very responsive and accommodating .
