The house is beautifully set up with every bedroom having it's own full bathroom with views I miss :) Alex, answered every and any questions I had. He was there to greet us and explain the layout. He helped with the rental car from a company called NONO which I will gladly give a glowing review for as well. You can walk to the beach and restaurants but the car was nice to have to drive around the island. It was only five of us so the house had more then enough space and the outdoor area with pool were perfect! I would definitely book this again.

We recently stayed at this hosted home and it was absolutely perfect. If it is availible for your dates, book it! The house itself is stunning, with beautiful architecture and design. The bedrooms were comfortable, cool at night with a/c in the rooms, and each had its own unique quality. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, with crystal-clear waters and lush greenery. The pool was a great size and provided a refreshing escape. The hosts were amazing, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Overall, this hosted home exceeded all expectations and provided an unforgettable experience. Don't hesitate to book it if it's available. We look forward to staying here again.

We had a girls reunion trip and this was the perfect place! Our host was very helpful and took great care of us. I would highly recommend this property. Views were stunning!

Except for the mosquitoes, and nobody can influence that, we have no complaints. Only compliments: spacious, beautiful, clean, everything is there, lovely swimming pool and a great view.

House is in a gated community directly across from Orient Bay with restaurants, shops and the beach. The house is gorgeous and the view is spectacular from every room that do have A/C. The pool was always clean and so refreshing after a day at the beach.The owners are so helpful and friendly. Their list of vendors are great and highly recommended, Everything was so easy The owners helped us line up a pick up from the airport with NONOs and had the rental waiting for us at the house. We will be back..

We loved our stay! The house is amazing and the views are second to none! You could spend your entire week in Orient Bay. The beaches are beautiful and there are great restaurants in the village!

The eight of us had a fantastic time at this villa. The house is amazing as the pictures show. We loved the sunrises and the afternoon shade. The pool is the centerpiece of it all. The property owners could not have been more helpful and responsive! The location is fantastic. Everything you need (beach and provisions) are with a few minutes. This is a return to destination for sure!

This wonderful home is as beautiful as in the pictures and the view is even better in person! My favorite spot was to sit on the bench in the pool and look out towards the ocean... it felt like an infinity pool that was falling into the ocean water. I am very picky about the homes we rent and this house is one I would happily stay in many times! The house was very clean and all the doors opened fully so you really enjoyed the indoor/outdoor living lifestyle. The air conditioners worked great and kept all the rooms cool for sleeping.There isn't a bad bedroom in the place so no need to worry about who gets the best room. The gym is well equipped and has a great view (plus an air conditioner which was very helpful). Alex met us at the house and explained everything we needed to know and was great about giving recommendations/answering questions on things to do on the island. Per his recommendations, we rented a car from Nono's (so convenient as they shuttle you from airport to the house and the car is there waiting for you) and we had groceries delivered to the house for our arrival (highly recommend doing that so you can just relax with some food and drink the night you arrive). This was one of our best Spring Break trips ever and will absolutely stay here again whenever we visit St. Martin!

We were 4 couples from Canada, coming to relax and enjoy the island for 11 nights. This villa is amazing....we all had our space, each having gorgeous bedrooms and en suite bathrooms. We spent most of our time outside at the large table, and of course in the pool. The pool was larger than I thought and many times, had 6 or 7 of us in at once. We also enjoyed the chaise lounges. We cooked a lot at the villa and though the kitchen is small, we churned out lots of meals from there! There are lots of grocery stores in the area to choose from, plus french bakeries. We even used the boules court up above the villa one evening, with our neighbours! All in all, a wonderful trip and we would definitely stay here again. Alex and Severine responded immediately to any questions we had and they had great referrals for a boat charter and rental cars. Also, a cleaning lady came every 2 days, which was really convenient.

This is our second time staying in this house. We absolutely love it! It is nicely furnished and decorated, the view from the patio is breathtaking! The house is clean; the cleaning crew comes a few times a week during the stay as well. The owners are wonderful, nice and extremely responsive. Highly recommend this property. We will definitely be back!

This villa was the perfect size for 7 of us. All 4 bedrooms have a king size bed and a bathroom. It sits on a hill across from Orient Bay village which has many beautiful beaches and high end restaurants. The owners are lovely, and very responsive and available if anything is needed. The photo are very accurate- just be advised, the pool is small- more for taking a quick dip vs swimming. . Highly recommend.

Everything was just fantastic. The villa and view is just as beautiful as the pictures. The beds are super comfy memory foam. The kitchen has everything we needed. The location is terrific - wonderful beaches and great restaurants nearby. Alex and Severine were super helpful and accommodating in answering questions prior to our visit and check in/out. Alex was a savior and came over to jump my cars dead battery within minutes after I texted him. A nice add would be to have beach chairs as we went to Galion beach, ( no resorts or beach clubs), quite a bit. We look forward returning soon.

Everything about this property is outstanding! It is impeccably furnished and decorated. The view is so beautiful it should be on a postcard! Best of all the hosts, Severine and Alex, are a pleasure to deal with. We have stayed at all three of their villas in Orient Bay and can't wait to get back!

It started with Alex, the owner who is not only lovely to deal with, but extremely responsive. The home is so clean and well maintained, The cleaning crew comes in during the week (towels, dishes, counters, etc. all taken care of). The Decor promotes serenity/calmness, and super comfortable couches and beds -exactly what you are looking for on a vacation. The house layout was ideal for large groups- rooms are strategically deigned for privacy.. Every room had an amazing view - FYI the downstairs was something special with its own very private landing. Alex and his wife outdid themselves- Not only is this home gorgeous (better than the pictures), it has everything you need. We cooked numerous times (spices and oils in cabinet) and had everything we needed! Everything on the island is extremely close. Albeit, you will need car for the beach, but it's only a five minute drive, and luckily Alex belongs to a beach club, so chairs, umbrella and Sedwick (beach server) is on hand for you. Additionally, Grand Case (recommended for night and day) is very close - there are great shops, restaurants and nightlife. Lastly, renting a car couldn't be easier -thanks to Alex's partnership with the rental company, who pick you up from the airport and deliver you back. My only "heads up" is to bring Skin-so-Soft or bug spray - those little suckers hurt!

This place was amazing! Just like the pictures. The location was perfect. You are very close to the beach and the town that is easily walkable (though the walk back up the hill is steep) but we also drove many times and has plenty of parking. The views from the pool are fantastic. We would just sit there all day staring at the beautiful view! You are super close to grand case which has great dining spots. We rented two cars and got around the island well. We would love to come back here to experience this beautiful island again!!

The villa was perfect for our group of 4 couples. It featured 4 very nice bedrooms all with an excellent view of Orient bay and a very nice patio with a infinity pool. The villa was very clean and comfortable, spacious and in a quiet gated neighborhood. The location is excellent with many beaches and Grand Case dining a short drive away. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. On our final day we had a dead battery on our car. Severine and Alex had a jumper unit there in minutes and got us on our way to the airport. I highly recommend this villa to visitors of St. Martin. It is even better than the photos.

Absolutely loved staying here - the views were fantastic and the location was ideal. Alex was so responsive - anytime we had a question he quickly answered. He was able to recommend a wonderful boat trip to Anguilla, helped with taxi service and the beach bar KKO was wonderful too! I highly recommend this property!

this house was amazing, stayed there with family for 5 days and loved every minute of it. after arriving we were greeted by the owners, who go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable, and taken care of. there is a great grocery store, (very reasonable prices), with great selection of food, liquor, wine, beer, 5 minutes away great restaurants within minutes of the house, and a nice beach right across road from house, with more places to eat and shop. and if you want to go into Philipsburg, its an easy 15 minute drive to get there, will definately go back to this property again. its also easy to go to and from the airport.

The Villa was modern, nicely furnished, very spacious rooms, a beautiful sitting area the terrasse, with an amazing view and pool. The pictures on the site are pretty acquired. We were 2 families and we have travelled the world and stayed at the best hotels and we found the villa very comfortable, modern and spacious with a nice gym addition, in a gated community and excellent location. The hosts severine & her husband Alex are very sweet, always responsive and make sure that any question or concern is rapidly answered. We really enjoyed our stay, highly recommended and we will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property is absolutely amazing! The pictures truly don't do it justice. The rooms are spacious, house is modern and everything is in working order. We even took advantage of the beautiful gym! Our kids played in the pool all day into the evening while the adults enjoyed the amazing views! It's so rare to find a house where all the rooms are suites and have ocean views. Only 5 minute drive from the beach. What a gem! The property manager was very friendly and responsive and the cleaning service 3 times a week was also a nice bonus! Hope to be back soon.

The house was exactly as it appears online. The location was great, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and Orient Beach. Alex and Severine were excellent host, very responsive to any request we had or questions about the home. We would absolutely stay here again.

This property was everything the pictures showed it to be and more! I'm always a bit nervous when booking a place I haven't been to and am unfamiliar with, but we would choose this property again in a heartbeat. The property manager, Alex, and his son were so easy to communicate with and so quick to respond to any questions we had. We had 4 couples with us and never felt short on space. The al fresco dining was so awesome, that we ended up eating in more often than going out. Location was a short drive to dining and beach, but honestly, the pool was so appealing, we didn't go down to the beach much. Next door is another house identical to this one. We had housekeeping Mon/Wed/Fri and it was obvious the home has been well taken care of. Thank you Alex & Jules!!

Waking up each morning to the gorgeous sunrise, that can be seen from any of the four Master bedrooms, was surreal. Our kids (7&10) shared a Master suite with plenty of room for sleeping, clothes, a king size bed, a bathroom, and their own private balcony. Having a pristine pool to take quick refreshing dips into or family fun was perfect for the kids. We could lounge in the chaises next to the pool or inside the living room to watch them play. The glass doors open the length of the living room so you’re constantly feeling the warmth of the island sun and the cooling mild breeze. The owners were responsive, kind, and helpful. The helped arrange a rental car and a private nurse for COVID tests in the home. Huge stress reliever. I hope can go back and share this experience with more friends and family.

Absolutely beautiful villa in a great location in Orient Bay. This was our third time in St. Martin but by far the best time. The views are gorgeous and it's a short distance to the beach. Kakao beach club was wonderful, staff top notch. Great restaurants and bakery in Orient Bay village. Super U supermarket 5 minutes away has everything you may need. Great wine stores and seafood market also minutes away. We chartered a boat for a day with 7 Marine Charters and saw the entire island which was amazing; they can also take you to St. Barths or Anguilla for a day trip. Severine is a delight to work with. Highly recommended!!

We stayed at this villa with 2 families (4 adults, 3 kids 17,15, 13) and had a wonderful time! This was our first trip to the island and we would definitely recommend this house to anyone. We rented a car and explored all areas of the island, chartered a boat for a day and did a fishing trip and we all agreed we loved the location of the house and Beach club the best. The village in Orient Bay was a pleasant surprise with a great French bakery for breakfast and plenty of options for nightly dinners. The attendants at KKO had comfortable chairs waiting for us with drink and food service throughout the day. Don’t hesitate to book. It’s a perfect vacation!

We stayed here for a week as a family and had a wonderful time! The house is exactly as described/depicted...the views in the pictures don't do the real thing justice. Extremely convenient to Orient Bay, Grand Case, Friars Bay, grocery stores, and many other great attractions. We will certainly be staying here again when we come back!
