Sehr schönes Hotel, alles sehr modern und hell. Von aussen eher unscheinbar. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und komfortabel.

Área do café da manhã apertada, muita gente para pouco espaço. Rua muito barulhenta a noite, acordamos com gritos e risadas de pessoas saindo das festas próximas, de madrugada.

Quartos novos muito bem decorados ! Amplos banheiro ótimo conforto nos lençóis e toalhas !

Chambre impeccable, lumineuse et bien équipée. Parfaite insonorisation, hôtel bien equipé et à deux pas de la gare Cornavin. Personnel agréable et professionnel.

Gezellig hotel, op wandelafstand van het station en het meer, dus perfecte locatie. Je wordt hartelijk verwelkomd door het super vriendelijke personeel. Je kan een gratis pasje vragen voor het openbaar vervoer. De kamers zijn modern, proper en smaakvol ingericht. Voor een solo reiziger is dit een ideaal hotel.

De standaard kamers zijn aan de kleine kant voor 2 personen, maar aangezien ik alleen reisde was dit helemaal geen probleem.

O Pequeno almoço tinha o essencial, mas com uma qualidade acima do normal. Grande variedade de fruta fresca. O ambiente do hotel era acolhedor, os funcionários simpáticos e prestáveis. A localização fantástica. A recomendar...

A series of flaws mean I probably will not stay here again: -when checking out at 5:45 am, the front desk tried to charge me for breakfast. I had to specifically ask what the added charge was for and then indicate I hadn’t eaten breakfast - but of course I hadn’t, it wasn’t even open yet. -the rooms are very cramped, barely space for one small carry-on suitcase on the floor. Would not recommend staying here as a group of two or with large baggage -shower water did not ever seem to get fully hot -room had an unpleasant smell of frying food, perhaps from the kitchen downstairs or a nearby restaurant

Super hôtel très bien situé par rapport à la gare (moins de 5 min à pied). Le personnel est adorable, serviable et disponible. Les chambres sont design, fonctionnelles et très bien insonorisées. Le petit déjeuner est riche et varié. Mention spéciale pour la grande douche à l'italienne.

We were upgraded at arrival to the next room class. The location close to the train station. The bathroom is nice.

The hotel is very noisy, the insulation if exists is very poor and doesn't work, the noise from the outside is very loud. We spent 2 nights at this hotel, the first night we barely slept even with earplugs. The second night we changed rooms and the situation improved, but we could only sleep with earplugs. If you stay here earplugs are a must because if there's no noise from the outside, the noisy air conditioning will be disturbing instead. The Internet keeps disconnecting on iPhones. The second room we had was quite dirty, there were stains on the carpet and the walls.

Location was good. Room was clean. One member at reception was very helpful.

There was no complementary bottle of wine. No dressing gown or slippers. One member of staff was less than helpful. I queried the wine and a was told that Booking.com has been told to remove that from their website.

Juliean in the front desk was a key reason for us loving our stay, he clearly understood the power of first impression from a customer service perspective. He was pleasant and helpful in finding the parking location and checking us in to pointing out good places to eat and see. This was a change to what we have experienced in that regard😞. The room is “cozy” and ver clean with a comfortable layout and bathroom. Will certainly visit again and will recommend it.

It was all amazing, such friendly staff, great location so close to the train station and other places such as cafes and restaurants. The room was beautiful, one of the best hotel rooms I have ever seen and the bathroom was gorgeous, so spacious and with great amenities. It was very clean and extremely comfortable. The staff were so helpful with everything.
