The customer service was great! The staff went the extra mile for us the entire stay! Great location, that's close to everything, free breakfast, and clean! We will stay here every time we visit Hot Springs.

The shower could've been cleaned a little better. (There were footsteps in the shower)

The hotel was nice and clean and the staff was friendly. Cute fire pit outside. It was outside of downtown but close enough for a short drive.

The hallways where so cold and the bed was really hard. They didn't offer any tips or suggestions on what to do while in town. The food was okay. They offer a cookie when you check in but no other time.

The breakfast eggs were boiled and cold. I would have preferred to have hot scrambled or fried instead with more choices. All three days were the same on the breakfast bar.

We checked in late and the process was a very easy and fast. After a full day of traveling it’s just what we needed. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfy. Kitchenette had everything you could need. Quiet in the hallways.

The facility was clean and the room was super comfortable. The staff was very friendly and made us welcome. The location was convenient to the lake and lots of restaurants.

We travel to Hot Springs at least once a month for dr appts. And we LOVE this hotel!!! It’s so quite and comfortable and there are SEVERAL great places to eat very close!! And it doesn’t take but a few mins to get to Oaklawn if that’s where ur going!!! Our dogs are also very comfortable here!!!!!
