we needed a ground floor room and this request was granted. the staff were so friendly and made sure all was given that we needed

Over nice facility and staff.

No mold in bath tub, no gap in door, price was more than the received value. taking advantage of the opening of the race track.

The hotel was very accommodating for a last minute reservation. The girls at the desk were very helpful and took great care of us.

The room was not super clean. The sofa bed was broken. The cushions on the couch were covered in old dog hair and flipped over. No shower gel in the shower.

The workers were very nice and the breakfast was great

That we had to goto the neighbor hotel to swim

the noice from all night coming from the floor above our room and both nights we got up because someone was at our door !!

Bed was too hard. Music from nearby club/bar was very loud. Pool was closed but not a big deal. I would rather the hotel fix their facilities then let then go to crap.

Staff very friendly. Enjoyed the hot breakfast also they allowed us a late checkout without any hassle. I'm sure if we had mentioned the room to the front desk they would have handled it accordingly. It wasn't that bad but worth mentioning

Room smelled just a little mildewy when we first entered

The staff was somewhat friendly, the jacuzzi being broke and room not being up to standard wasn't their fault. They attempted to get it to work. The indoor pool was out of service and well the heat didn't work it was 43 degrees outside...

I was loving

A PLACE TO SLEEP AND A ROOF OVER MY HEAD.

THE ROOM DIDN'T HAVE BATH TOWELS OR TOILET PAPER. PICKED UP TOWELS AT DESK AND HAD TOILET PAPER SENT TO ROOM. TOWELS WERE WRAPPED AROUND THE SHOWER HEAD CONNECTION AND THE DRAIN OF THE VANITY SINK BECAUSE BOTH WERE LEAKING. DESK PHONE DIDN'T WORK-HAD TO BE CHANGED OUT. BATH TUB WAS PAINTED AND WAS PEELING OFF. WHAT A DIVE!!!!!

the parking lot was almost entirely filled with people hauling trailers taking up multiple parking spots. a huge refrigerated truck taking up 8 parking spots. a truck hauling a trailer loaded up with a side by side parked sideways taking up multiple parking spots. we had no where to park.

It was in a great location.

Everything was great.

The hotel was dirty and the room we stay in was in bad condition. Rugs were filthy soap was left behind by other guests never removed by cleaning crew. Coffee tasted like water. Hotel was so noisy you could hear every noise. Would not stay in this hotel again. Needs to be refurbished.
