This was a great property for our recent family trip to Salt Lake City. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to grocery stores and local restaurants. Its central location made it easy to explore the area including downtown, Snowbird, and Park City.
The management company was very responsive when we let them know the TV in the primary bedroom wasn’t working. They replaced it with a new one within a few hours.

Property was good, neighborhood was great and very quiet. Communicating with management company was a bit challenging and confusing and they were slow to respond.

Check-In was questionable. Never did use the front door because we couldn’t figure out the lock and code number? We just went through garage everyday. The place itself was very nice with the exception that the TV didn’t work in the master bedroom which was disappointing. Hot tub was very nice! Great location to the slopes each day.

The property was generally as advertised. We discovered that the hot tub was in the 70’s when we went to use it after skiing. I reported the problem to the number provided. We checked in on Saturday and at 6 pm on Monday night the tub was still not usable. By the final night of our 4 night stay the hot tub was finally usable. I complained to the management company and when they finally got back to me they agreed that we had been inconvenienced by the hot tub not being usable for three of the four days of our stay. They offered us a 10% discount off of 1 night of our stay ( a refund of between $19.00 and change.). I think as kind of insulted by this offer. If you’re going to prominently advertise that you have a hot tub in can effort to attract skiers at your property you should make sure it’s functioning properly before it’s occupied and if it turns out that it’s not you should have it repaired the same day. I’ve rented through VRBO. all over the USA and this was the most disappointing rental I’ve encountered- other renters either took care of issue’s immediately or else provided an acceptable resolution to the problem - utahs vest did not.

Every single room was spotless, that’s the first impression. Beautiful decor, it made me feel welcomed and when it was time to relax it felt like a comfortable hotel stay. All necessities were available from extra towels to cooking accessories. We loved the jacuzzi tub, and outdoor hangout, very private. That week was super hot in Utah and we truly enjoyed coming to a cool house. So satisfied, we would stay there again.

I like a lot of things about these condos, but there were times when we were frustrated. We had a group of 10 people staying in 4 different condos during April and May. When we called to report things that needed to be addressed (e.g., clogged sink, inoperable WiFi and garage door openers, and iron), usually the person on the phone said they would send someone right away to make the repairs. But several times, nobody came that day or even the next day or two, and we had to call again to report it as a second time. That was really frustrating, because we were very inconvenienced by not having those amenities working properly. One other issue... one Saturday night we came back from the airport after visiting family in Japan. It had been a very long day of travel, with a canceled flight and many hours of sitting in the airport. We were so glad to finally be back to the condos, but alas, the front door wouldn't open; the battery had died. We called you and left messages. When we finally heard back from Kobe, he said he would come replace battery in an hour, because he was coming from Provo. An hour while it's late at night? Isn't there another employee closer to the Midvale area. On top of that, no apologies were given for this big inconvenience. I just thought you should know that a sincere apology would have gone a long way. :-(

This house is very nice and comfortable. The furnishings are nice, the bedding and towels are nice. It is in a good central location for access to airport, downtown, and the canyons. 3BR/2 full baths upstairs so everyone was comfortable. We really enjoyed hanging out in the family room and the hot tub after a ski day. The only thing I didn't care for, is that the management company wouldn't allow us to check in two hours early, even though the place was empty, unless we paid a fee. I had never had an AIRBNB charge me for an early check in before this and I did not care for this. Other than that situation, our experience here was great.

Overall it was a great place to stay. We had received the wrong door code but the on call person was prompt at getting up the correct code to get into the house. One of the bathroom sink drains was plugged and the maintenance people came promptly the same day to fix.

Snowboard trip to SLC
The property was amazing! Everything was as pictured. The kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub was clean. The grill has not been cleaned after the last visitor but it worked well! There were some outdoor games in the garage that we didn’t use but it was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend

We were a group of 9 people renting this lovely home for a ski trip to Snowbird. It could not have been more perfect for our group. The mountain is only 20 minutes away with easy access to road leading to the ski area. Grocery shopping was a breeze with excellent stores within a mile. The house was clean, well maintained with nice furnishings. The hot tub was especially nice after a long day of skiing. The home is situated in a nice area with lots of sleeping options for a large group. Kitchen has everything needed for cooking for a group. The staff at Utah's Best were very helpful throughout the process. The home was everything the site indicated it would be. We had a great time and plan on renting again next year. Thanks Utah's Best.

Great Place, Some Snags
We very much enjoyed this property. It was clean, nice, and very spacious for accommodating a large group. The property manager was responsive, and we got it for a very good rate. Thank you!
The snags that merited -1 star include:
-The heating and cooling in the house is very difficult to manage. If you’re comfortable downstairs, it’s excruciatingly hot upstairs. If you’re comfortable sleeping upstairs, you’ll be freezing downstairs. There’s no happy medium, and the thermostat seemed to have a mind of its own in the middle of the night.
-The fireplace didn’t work. Even after a crew came out to fix it, the fix only lasted less than an hour. Our friend worked two hours on it, and ended up fixing it properly. Shouldn’t have had to spend time on that.
-The TV is very outdated, with access to very few streaming apps. It wouldn’t be a huge deal if they didn’t have laminated signs all around threatening you with a $100 penalty if you mess with their cables/ports at all.
-Location, while good for driving, had very little within walking distance. The neighborhood has a steep hill, and our Door Dash driver got stuck in the snow and couldn’t leave the neighborhood.
Would stay again, if we could sort out the heat situation.

Didn’t start out the best as we were given the wrong property address, but once we were in the property was just what we needed. Enough space for all of us and the location was awesome. Hoping to book this same place there times a year when I travel there. Loved it.

Would stay again
We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again! There were only a few things I would recommend. Better pillows in master bedroom (not sure what was in the other bedrooms) they were flat as a pancake. More leniency on check in would be nice. If guests are coming from out of State it is difficult to tell exactly when you will arrive. Most hotels and our timeshare will let you check in a tad early if everything is ready. So I would say within an hour would be nice. Lastly the home description listed a game table which was not provided. My kids were looking forward to that. Otherwise it was a great stay!

Wonderful property
Used this property as home base for my sons wedding, it was centrally located which made life easy, the home was well maintained and we really enjoyed how organized and labeled the kitchen area was , it made keeping the items we brought from being mixed up with the properties items .

It's close to alot of restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood was nice and peaceful. The property was clean. Some damages like paint and such...needs to be stated so people that stay aren't responsible for documenting.

Spacious home for a family get-away.
House was beautiful. There were some bugs and we got a few bug bites but there were a lot of nice plants and shrubbery so not surprising.. We really enjoyed the home and would have liked to stay longer.
