House was a great location, for our group. House has been updated. Overall pretty nice.

This property was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 4 young children. Having the boat dock and swimming area was wonderful and the kids ready enjoyed their time there swimming and fishing. The main channel views are very nice for relaxation on the main level balcony deck, lots of seating for our family. Having access to the Margaritaville marina, restaurants and pools made it very convenient. Only issues that would need attention is one of the AC units in the lower level bedroom was making noises and smelled of smoke in the controls which we reported to the property manager, as well as the main level TV is missing the remote which made it difficult to turn on and off. Additionally, the shower curtains in the restrooms all need adjustment as they are not properly located and allow water outside, we had to keep towels on the floor to stop the water.

We had a great time during our stay. Almost everything that we needed are already in the house. Clean and neat house. Very aesthetic and instagrammable. Only the soap dispensers in the restrooms are not working properly maybe the host can change it. But other than that we had an awesome stay. :) Thanks.

We are a family of seven and we had plenty of room! Having three bathrooms was a plus for sure! The kitchen has plenty of cooking utensils and small appliances, which made it easy to cook for our large family. The deck space was a bonus for sure. Would recommend!

We decdided to a Christmas away from home and landed on this property. We loved the location and the house was perfect for our group. It was wonderful. We went to the caves in the area and took a day trip to Branson. The house is in a great location at Lake of the Ozarks. I would definitely recommend this house to friends and family.

It was a fun place to stay to get together with a group of friends. A gate code would have been beneficial.

Positives- View is beautiful but Im sure crazy loud during high season. Loved the coffee bar!
Negatives-
House is worn and in some places down right gross. We had ants on the kitchen counter within 30 minutes of having food out. There are spiders and webs in every window and all over exterior doors, too the point you need to wipe them before walking through the doors. Watch out where you sit outside there were spiders all over there too. The upper back stair case is getting ready to fall and is a SERIOUS DANGER to anyone who uses it. Many of the doors dont open and close well. Lights didnt work on dock or path to house. Usually when staying at a VRBO which we do regularly there is more info on the house and area this place had nothing.
Looks much nicer in the pictures than it actually is.
We ended up leaving a day early I couldn't handle the ants and spiders anymore.

One of the closets smelled very musky/moldy. We noticed an ant problem when we left a cup of orange juice on the counter for a couple hours and there were so many ants in it when we came back. Other that those two things, we had a pleasant experience.

We loved being in the Tan-Tar-A estates/Margaritaville area. We have been coming down to the lake for many years and this was one of our favorite areas to stay. The house was as advertised. We loved swimming from the dock and enjoying the views.

It was perfect! We loved the house, had plenty of rooms, loved the area, had lots of fun things to do! We stay at The Ozarks often and I will stay there in the future! 100% impressed!

Looked like they are installing new/shaky hand rails on the property, very unsettling to lean on. Lots of wood screws around from demo/installation. Top deck has new decking over old decking with large gaps, not sure if there is trim supposed to be installed in the middle or not. Fire pit was full of ash had to clean out to use. Parking is very limited, a short box pick up barely fits 3 vehicle max. Dock is very nice but steps leading down had little rocks all over with leaf's covering them (Shoes Required). All together the property was a 5/10.

This was a really nice experience. Newly reno’d house in a small cove off the main lake. It was super clean and tidy and was setup perfectly with everything you could ever need. Give this one a try.

The location was great. We were right on the lake. We ate Easter dinner out on the deck which has plenty of tables and chairs for a large gathering. We enjoyed the games and the coffee bar.

We booked our conference at Tan-Tar-A too late to stay on property, but this was even better. We had a nice house right in the estates. Although the property is older (and needs a remodel) it is clean and the decor has been updated. It had a beautiful view of the lake out the back and had all the conveniences we needed for our 2 night stay. I would recommend this property to anyone.

What a great time we all had at this property. It was meant to be a practice vacation with my grandkids to see how they would handle a mini vacation.
Waking up early and having a cup of coffee overlooking the lake was truly restful. The coffee station is a great idea!
The weather was colder and at least one day was rainy. This was not a problem as we all gathered around and enjoyed our time together. If the weather had been warmer I'm sure we would have enjoyed the decks and boat dock even more. Also, the properly is well located and it is a 10 minute ride to several attractions that the grandkids enjoyed as well as good restaurants.
Definitely recommend this property to others. :-)

This place was prefect for our family and friends getaway. We enjoyed our time at the house, getting around was quick and easy close to grocery and shopping, the boys did some fishing off the dock and we even payed a visit to the Joly Moon waterpark. Highly recommend to others and will stay again when in the area. Thank you so much!

The house was clean overall. There’s mold growing on the ceiling in the living room and flooring peeling up in the basement, that looks like from a recent water leak. The heating/cooling units are in each room and the temperature fluctuates up/down a lot. The view was great!

The problems we saw was busted boards by the grill we had small children and we had to put chairs by the busted boards so they could not get there easily. The bench by the fire pit was rotten and if you would fall back I would think it would snap, now sitting fine. We enjoyed the docks and taken showers were great. Enough room for everyone there. Very nice bathrooms. We really enjoyed our stay. Had everything we needed.

The overall house is nice but could use some TLC. The shower heads looked like they were not cleaned or had hard water stains. The front door was covered in Cobweb's along with the full deck. Fireplace needed to be emptied as well.

Although the location was great and the fire pit was used the entire weekend, the lack of attention to the entire property outweighs the good.
The whole place inside & out, could use a good power wash and a lot of TLC. Inside looked as though no one had stayed there in quite a while. Bugs, cobwebs, spiders were everywhere. In all the lampshades (nice surprise when turning off and on), in the overhead can lights, all over the entrance and heavy presence in the basement bedroom on the left. Ceiling in living room had beams with what looks like black mold up and down the main beam.
Outside was covered in spider webs again, as if no one had been there all season. The windows, outside lights, shed on dock were all covered in webs and dock lights were the worst!
There were some minor things that I would like to have seen done or called out given the rate.
I would not recommend this property, nor would I stay at this location again.

The house had a great view, met our needs. The house was not very clean and several maintenance issues, a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and lights going down the stars to lake had short and would trip the gfi breaker.

Great Family Stay
We had 4 adults and 7 kids on our vacation and the house fit everyone comfortably. We enjoyed swimming and fishing off the dock and the access to the pools.

A little rough around the edges
The location of this house is great! Very nice neighborhood, access to pool, great view of the water. Overall, the house needed a good scrubbing and some attention to detail from the property manager. Kitchen drawers had crumbs and dirt left from previous visits, multiple lights were out in the house, the porch and outdoor furniture were covered in tree droppings and debris, windows on all sides of the house looked like they hadn't been washed in a long time. We enjoyed our vacation on beautiful Lake of the Ozarks, but we would choose another house next time.

Nice location and Property
Overall the location and condition of the property was great. My only complaint is that there is a gated entrance to the area that is closed at night and we arrived shortly after 10PM. This was not noted and we were not provided an entry code prior to arrival. We also could not reach the property owner when we arrived to get a code. We waited quite a while to have someone else come through the gate so we could follow them in using their code. Very inconvenient experience upon arrival.

Softball Trip
We had a great time at the location. We wish it would have been warmer so we could have enjoyed all the extras. My only suggestion is to give the gate code prior to check-in. Our GPS took us to the service entrance and it was locked.

First renter of the season.
The property is nice but some things definitely need work. The grill needs to be replaced! They didn't leave out any kitchen clothes or towels. Luckily they left a supply closet open because there were no garage bags left out either so we found them but no dish clothes just one towel. The maintenance people came the first morning we were there to try and fix the grill and replace the toaster because that didn't work either. Some of these things were obviously left that way since last season and being the first renters of the season is no excuse for the lack of readiness. Other than that we had a nice stay.

Lovely view, great stay
Enjoyed our stay in November. The house was just the right size for our group snd we enjoyed the view of the water. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. I wish they had one more couch in the living room to accommodate groups sitting together. There were only seats for 5. Overall loved it and would stay there again.

Family time
We were a group of 6 adults and the house was plenty big enough. The views are gorgeous when the sunsets. We spent most of our time fishing from the dock and hanging out at the fire pit. Caught so many catfish and bass. Such a great time. Kitchen was nicely stocked for any think you may need. We would definitely come back.
