The property was outfitted as listed, had all necessary amenities, was conveniently located to ski resorts, and only a few minutes from grocery stores. Perfect for a small group or family. Hot tub was clean and hot. Washer/dryer in unit. Parking for up to 4 vehicles if needed (2 in garage and 2 on driveway). Having a grill was a nice bonus as well. Overall, great stay.

We had a great time staying here with my wife and four kids over Thanksgiving. It was very comfortable and the location is just minutes away from great restaurants, a movie theater, shopping, and the Murray Fashion Place mall. We loved the hot tub! And we were grateful that when a minor maintenance issue came up, they had their team there there that same day!

We stayed here for our snowboarding trip. This house location is not as close to ski resort as we stayed before in Sandy but it not far either. House is very clean and comfy for 8 of us. We definitely will consider to stay again in next season

The AC was broken when we showed up. We notified them immediately and it was still broken when we left. It was up to 90 degrees in the house and 105 outside. Miserable. The house itself was fine, but we found ourselves finding any excuse to stay out of the house because it was so hot.

Great place but check the AC
Our stay was good but our only problem was the AC no instructions and even with using Google to help we could not lower past 72. Our last night AC had issues because unit was at 77 making upstairs miserable for the family. Even with calling management for some assistance (after hours since we did not get back until 10:30) we could not get any help. I will say the women I contacted tried to help was very nice but basically she couldn’t get a hold of anyone. This made our last night not very pleasant. I did see another review with an AC issue also so just be sure to double check if your staying during summer months 😊

We had a wonderful day and a great experience overall! The space is really nicer than pictured! The furniture was comfortable, and the space was extremely clean. We found the labels in the cabinets to be very helpful. The hot tub was clean and easy to operate. The management company was easy to get in touch with and responsive.

Convenient Ski Location, Very Structured Rental
Good: This house was ideal for my group of friends to stay at during our long ski weekend -- quiet neighborhood, about 30 minutes from the mountain. Plenty of space for us to relax and watch the beginning of the Olympics. They are very specific with how the house is stocked, labeling everything very neatly, with quantities, etc.
Bad: The check-in process is a bit involved as this rental is managed by a specific company. They require you to sign additional paperwork, setup an account and download a separate app to receive the full check-in information. The only two complaints my group had about the house were the uncomfortable pillows and the black splotches on the ceiling of the bathrooms/showers.

Ski Trip Jan/Feb 2022
House was very comfortable and well equipped.
Only criticisms are that some of the amenities were not very good quality i.e. dishwasher did not get dishes clean (and had a minor leak), oven had missing control buttons and a non-functioning double burner, tumble dryer took ages to get the laundry dry, other minor defects and/or excessive wear with fixtures and fittings.
But overall a nice place and would certainly consider renting it again.

Comfortable stay.
The house was roomy and comfortable. The kitchen as well stocked. About a half mile from the UTA ski bus line. It was quite a long bus ride to the resorts however. It was great to be able to ski 4 different resorts in one week. We had children and were able to walk to the bus stop each day and home (in ski boots). The kids loved the basement, but it was a little too cold for them to play down there without any heater. Otherwise we were very happy with this rental. The fireplace would only stay lit for about five minutes and then shuts off. The rental management company was quick to respond and says they will have it fixed in the next few weeks. The hot tub was great in the evening.

Watch for the huge contract
Had problems with code to open the door and had to wait in the cold to hear back from someone. House was nice felt very Corporate with everything having a number attached to it. Very clean and nice area. Did not like that you had a huge contract to sign after you payed with times you can and can’t use hot tube. Fine if you smoke outside or near property , move furniture . I would have like everything up front before we spent the money. All in all was nice stay just wish we had all facts upfront before hand.

Perfect for Thanksgiving gathering with enough room to spare. Hot tub and game tables were great extras.

Fun sisters/mom wknd!
Overall very decent and clean property, only complaint is one bed had hairs in the sheets, still dirty from previous use.
Also the key code we were given did not work so had to call and get a new one before getting into house.

Bed was too high for most people to get into easily in the third bedroom. Poor lighting for BBQ. No good knives. No tupperware.

Great place with lots of amenities
Really enjoyed the quality of the property. Only negative was the limited parking although the garage is very spacious and we were able to utilize it even with larger vehicles to accommodate additional vehicles in the driveway.
The property was very clean and well stocked with all necessities. Spare NW bedroom may require additional window sealing to prevent bugs from entering; about 3/4 through our trip we came home and discovered many had entered the room and were crawling on the walls and ceiling. Also need to spray the front bush and near the garage door for wasps.

The Union Spruces was clean and had pretty much everything we needed. It's in a good location and close to shopping, major highways, and to the mountains. It was a good size for our party of 9. The furnishings were really nice. The master bed was wonderfully comfortable. Also, the king bed in the 2nd bedroom was comfortable as well, but was up very high, so could be hard for some to get onto. The only other downside was that the pipes made noises every time the water was turned on. However, overall, we really enjoyed our stay in the Union Spruces and would recommend to friends and family.

Great house
First day was great. It had plenty of sleeping space. The only things that we feel that could’ve made it better were having some basic spices and things like a can of Pam spray, and maybe a few kids toys in the basement. We appreciate that when we called about issues that we were having that they were taken care of while we were staying.

Great house, lots of fun activities
This was our second time renting this property. It’s clean, very organized and we love having all of the added fun activities (hot tub, ping pong table, trampoline and foosball). Check in and check out process was very simple. This place is great!

Quick Utah Trip
Overall the property was excellent. My only complaint is that the air conditioner could not keep up with the record heat. Excellent space and the kids loved ping pong!

Nice, could use some TLC, coffee table was broken, deck was dirty, we weren’t able to adjust the heat, so the house was a bit cold, hot tub is not level so the water spills out the far end. All of these were minor, and did not really interrupt our stay.

Pictures better than the property
The pictures show a perfect home but the reality is it needs an update and new stove badly. Not all the jet’s worked in the hot tub, disappointing. Beds were comfy so that was a bonus. I wouldn’t stay here again for the price, that’s for sure.

Great home base for skiing
This home is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants and is a short 35 minute drive to Brighton. We enjoyed every part of the house from the hot tub and trampoline, to the ping pong table, fireplace and kitchen.

Great space!
Family loved staying in this spacious condo! Plenty of space for all 5 of us to rest AND remote school and work. Central location with easy drive to all kinds of skiing and hiking. Hot tub was a wonderful plus! Kids loved the activities in the basement too!

The place is very nice and has very nice amenities. The hot tub was great. The location is really great too. As we are in a pandemic, we expected the place to be fully sanitized. The listing described an enhanced cleaning to sanitize everything. However, there was a dirty pair of women's underwear in the bathroom and the livingroom smelled a bit like vomit. Also we were given the wrong code to check in.

The property was great. Location was close to skiing and downtown. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Quiet residential neighborhood. We had 6 adults and plenty of space and opportunities for recreation. There were a few minor glitches that were attended to quickly. Would definitely stay here again
