The layout of our room was nice. Location was perfect for our trip.

The pool was a little cloudy. Parking was a bit hetic. Breakfast was okay. We didn’t have anything the second day.

Very nice stay. Was just passing through & this worked out perfectly. The breakfast was a plus & the gal working it was very pleasant & kept everything up & supplied very well.

Only one minor comment. The hallways upstairs had an unpleasant odor.

The hotel was quiet and clean and housekeeping did an excellent job.

Beds aren't too comfortable we had a queen room but the beds were really full size beds they were NOT QUEEN SIZE

Everything was great. The only critique I could have was the breakfast options were not appropriate for me because I am lactose intolerant and have a wheat allergy.

We have always stayed at this hotel when coming up to visit our son at college. We have always been happy until this past visit. We like that we can bring our dog, we liked the pool and sauna, it’s clean, and the staff was always friendly and warm.

The young man at the front desk was not very friendly, and he was actually openly sarcastic with me. I didn’t even want to have to see him again, so I avoided him the rest of the stay. We had enjoyed the pool/spa area the past trips, but this time, there were people in the hot tub who were drunk and or high, playing a loud speaker and it was difficult to have any conversation because it was so loud. To top it off, the sauna was broken and the water in our shower wasn’t hot. All in all, it was not what we were used to, and for our upcoming trip to Marquette, I am searching for other hotels.

Comfort and location was great.

Hotel was kind of a maze to get around in.

There needs to be more places to hang towels and bathing suits.

Staff was awesome Haley checked me in was great. The poll area was better then expected and had a bonus adult hot tub that was nice and hot and pool area was very clean

Breakfast was kinda light but for what I paid I felt it was a good value.

Absolutely loved the hot tub away from the swimming pool...made for a much more enjoyable spa experience with my family...
