There breakfast was lacking a little and the internet was down so the tv didn’t work.

we originally booked for 2 nights Aug 8th & 9th through booking.com. We enjoyed our vacation so we decided to stay one more night. The evening front lobby person promised us we could stay in the exact same room on Aug 10th if we booked another night through booking.com. On the morning of the 10th we went to the front desk to have our room keys recalibrated since we added another day. The day manager told us that our room was booked a month earlier by a couple who had requested our room specifically. She reviewed our options of available rooms, so we had to move all our belongings. We had a boat cruise scheduled the previous day. Had it been scheduled on the 10th we would have been late for the cruise, we had to wait until our new room was clean. Then the front desk lady had the comment "We WON'T charge you for an early arrival for your new room." She said she was training new staff, but the evening staff worker did not even check to see if the was reserved.

Breakfast was good! Bed was comfortable, room was clean!

Hot tub was down. Was kinda bummed about that.

Everything was exceptional

our original room was not cleaned from the previous guest stay. staff on hand didn’t seem surprised about this which makes me believe this occurs frequently. moved to another room and that room was cold and we weren’t able to adjust the heat. shower water smelled as well.

Great motel. Clean and bright. Mini fridge and a coffee pot in the room. We arrived after dark and we had a little difficulty locating the office to check in. Other than that everything was great. We didn't have time to enjoy the pool or sauna. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Would recommend this motel.

Hot tub wasn't working, breakfast was minimal, and heat wasn't working right

When I first drove up it was a bit difficult to find the 'office'. It had been moved 'around the corner'. I saw a little sign that said 'office' with an arrow. As I drove in and pulled up this wonderful man came to the door, opened it and welcomed us in. We had the nicest chat with him. He was the owner and had lots of energy in telling us about his motel and his Grandfather's restaurant up the street. The rate was great too.
