The location was decent but it wasn’t completely beach front as advertised. The women at the front desk were all super nice and helpful. We had issues with our sink on our first day and they were happy to send someone over right away.

Our sink wasn’t working for half of our stay and the maintenance person who came to check it the first day didn’t actually fix it and didn’t let us know that they would be sending someone else, the next day they had plumbers come in but it took them half of the day to fix it so we weren’t able to use the bathroom provided for that time. The maintenance worker was very rude when we were checking out, my parents weren’t feeling well so we had talked with the front desk twice and we were told we could have a late check out and didn’t have to leave until 12, but he came knocking on our door at 11 and argued with us that we “mustn’t heard her right” although we had double check twice.

A little run down.

In major need of updating the bathroom in our room was horrible and not very clean there was moldy stain on walls and ceiling, the toilet and sink drained very slow the entire bathroom all together was just very nasty and could use a makeover. Also the beds were very uncomfortable 🥴

It was close to the beach and right off the boardwalk and the staff that I felt with was great!

The picture made it look a lot bigger. There was barely any seating in the room besides the bed, the bathroom had a weird odor, the AC unit seemed to be not working well it would run for 60 seconds then turn on and off in that time frame. Only one of the 2 tv's worked.

Perfect location. Nice staff. Very nice vintage Ocean City hotel- next year it will be 100 years old!!

Just a fact of life but they’re remodeling the front porch and lobby and adding a coffee place- I prefer the way it was!

Location and price.

Everything else. No elevator. 80 year old had to carry luggage up 3 steep flights. Luke warm water. Small room. No breakfast. No beverages of any kind. Place is a museum not a hotel. Desk clerk was nice,but it was his first day and no-one else there. This stay was a disaster.
