Good location, great view. Condo was clean and offered enough space for a family.

Pool area could be a little nicer.

It was spacious and the staff wad very friendly and accommodating.

Location is great, I've stayed here before and I'm always in awe of our rooms views of the bay, sunsets and dock! The room itself is big and great!! Has everything you need and close to a lot of places. The pool and hot tub are a good feature too.

The cornhole bags were rock hard so we couldn't play, the pool itself was very cold, and we didn't see any staff at all besides checking out and getting a parking pass and they weren't friendly.

The view of the bay is beautiful. The pool was clean and towels were available. Great location! Only 3 blocks to the beach and walking distance to the water park.

There was a dog that barked the entire 1st day. Other than that everything was great!

The property was clean and we had everything we needed. The rooms were spacious and the linens were fresh and clean. Great distance from beach and other attractions. I would definitely book again.

There was a little gang of flies around but I understand it’s close to the bay.

Condo was not as updated and clean as the pictures made it seem. Also, we were missing a shower curtain for second bathroom upon arrival and not able to get it until the following day. There was some kind of leak as the carpet leading into the master bedroom became soaked over the course of our stay. The windows and sliding doors were difficult to open and close and very dingy.

The pool was closed again. Was only to be closed until 5/1 but then was closed to 7/1 so during my trip and it rained most of the time and I didn't even have the pool to fall back on for my 5 kids.

It needed to be updated and more amenities on the property. The staff were not at the desk full time. We couldn’t find anybody to check on at 6pm and had to find somebody to give us a phone number to give us our room code. No outdoor pool. No security or desk staff around the clock

The shower curtain in the main bath needed to be replaced. Was too small for the shower

The unit was clean and big.

The unit says it sleeps 6, but I guess they don't take into consideration the size of a person. The sofa bed is supposed to sleep two, but it was only big enough for one person. I tried to request a roll away bed, but they did not supply any. TVs didn't work. I tried calling to get fixed but didn't have any luck getting anyone to fix them. I was told it would be done the next day. The next day they came while we were out and only fixed the TV in the bedroom but the living room was left not working. What was the most disappointing is the fact that we booked the hotel because it advertised a pool. When we got there, it was closed for renovations. I reached out to the property for some type of credit or compensation but was told that it was advertised on the website that the pool was closed. I sent them a screenshot showing that it stated the pool was open, but they did not care and kept insisting that they could do nothing for me. We made it work, but I won't be booking a unit from them again.

It’s was really nice good location

A lot of teenagers stayed there. There was a fight and sprayed the fire extinguisher all over and the fire alarm went off at 3 am it’s was awful!

The location and view from the room were great, the staff was very nice and helpful.

Dust and pet hair all over the place. Towels had hair and stains on them. Tub were dirty. Water pressure was low.
