Saltwater Inn is a charming bed and breakfast located just a couple of blocks from the beach. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Beach decor throughout the house makes you feel welcome and relaxed. The onsite manager, Josh, is excellent and a huge asset to this property!

Hot water took a long time to heat up, but did work eventually.

Met the house manager ( Michelle ) very informant and friendly person. She gave us the great information about area restaurants. Plus the working of the town parking system. Very a plus for a first time visitor.

Not me personally. We stay two days at beach resort and had only two towels for two people for showering. Not a plus. We brought towels for the beach, did not want to use towels that we use to wipe salt water for showering.

Michelle was an amazing Inn Keeper. She went above and beyond in every aspect. Location was fabulous, just a couple of blocks from beach. Really enjoyed sitting on the patio having coffee in the morning.

Cute little bed and breakfast 2 blocks from the beach! It was very clean and put together with very friendly staff. I really enjoyed my time there and would definitely recommend it to others!

The innkeeper, Michelle, was AMAZING! super friendly and accommodating. we had a minor issue in the bathroom and it was quickly fixed. The inn is super clean. Rooms are very very clean.

I’ve stayed at Victorians in the Jersey Shore before. This was my first time here. For the price, I wish they would have provided beach towels, seats or umbrellas. Wished they had more perks for staying there (happy hour, complimentary snacks, ice).

No Breakfast was offered.

Rooms need drinking cups, paper, or glass- none are provided. Only pegs to hold wet towels need a towel rack bar so towels can dry, no tissues are provided. Bath matt looks good but does not hold water after a shower. New owners they are working on these items.

Marty was wonderful. The room was perfect beautiful bathroom and had a great time with the other guests on the wrap around porch. Perfect place to stay for a weekend concert in asbury.

Outstanding Inn Keeper, Sharon. She made the visit a pleasant and fun experience. The Inn is spotless as are the rooms. I would say the only things missing are breakfast and beach passes. Other places nearby offer these perks.

BYOB…Bring your own breakfast. Listen, the staff and inn keeper are great. The property is great. 2 blocks from the beach, a huge wrap around porch and patio to have a snack, coffee or glass of wine. I have two questions. Not sure why breakfast of any kind is not offered. Social distance??, use the outdoor area, you can make that work. Staff mentioned they love to cook, let them and it would raise my rating 10 fold. They have a great policy around quiet time to help the guests respect hours where many of us are sleeping. Some of the halls are lacking noise absorbing materials, like an area carpet, wall hanging or carpet steps on the stairs. I think a few of those will help. Bottom line, I’d try this B&BYOB again. Hope to enjoy a great breakfast, interact with the staff and other visitors which adds to the experience.
