My Newport Place - Steps to Beach
Diese außergewöhnlich saubere Einheit wurde vor kurzem mit einer neuen voll ausgestatteten Küche mit neuen Schränken, Granitoberflächen und Geräten aufgewertet. Es verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder (Dusche und Badewanne), Hochleistungswaschmaschine und -trockner, Platz für 2 Autos in der Garage für 4 Autos, Highspeed-Internet, Flachbildfernseher, Stereoanlage usw. Die obere Einheit hat einen Balkon mit Meerblick und die untere Einheit hat eine Terrasse. mit mindestens 10 Stühlen und 2 Tischen. Die Immobilie ist eine Maisonette und die hier aufgelistete ist die niedrigere Einheit, die kurzfristig und wöchentlich von Samstag bis Samstag von Juni bis August vermietet. Die obere Einheit ist gleich groß und wird von Mitte September bis Mitte Juni für 9 Monate vermietet. Es ist ab der ersten Juniwoche wöchentlich verfügbar. Our stay at Newport Beach was fantastic. The place was clean, comfortable and homey. Joe and Joan are excellent hosts and have the garage stocked with everything you need for the beach!! Just a 60 second walk to the sand. The place was perfect for our family of 5. We hope to come back next year for a longer stay.

The garage parking is so nice to have. They have it stocked with everything you need for the beach! They have towels, chairs, boogie boards, toys bikes! It’s perfect. The house is clean and the kitchen is well stocked. The beds are comfy and it has a new washer and drying in the house. The location can’t be beat. The beach is 7 houses away from the beach and close to everything you want, restaurants, shops and the pier. It sleeps 6 comfortably and can sleep 8 will the couch. Having 2 bathrooms is very nice too.

The communication between Joe, Joan and our family was so helpful! They went out of their way to accommodate and offer suggestions on restaurants etc.
Their place was also so beautifully well kept as well as so well supplied with household items I was even able to make an Easter dinner for my family using a crock pot. And in being so close to the pier , restaurants, shopping and within steps to the beach our vacation was very relaxing!

We loved our stay. The communication with property owners was wonderful. The house was clean, smelled fresh, and had many amenities. It was in a great location, being just a few houses down from the beach and short walk to restaurants and shops. We would love to stay here again!

Joan and Joe made our stay even more memorable than the birthday trip it already m was. It started with leaving us a personalized suggestion and game for our son. And they regularly followed up to make sure we had everything we needed. The quiet location only 1 block to the beach was perfect. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Newport.

I was hosting my brother, sis-in-law and 2 nieces on a CA roadtrip. Location is excellent for many things. Dropped the 2 nieces off at Disney on a couple of days. Felt the would be fairly safe there snd they took an Uber back from Disney, Anaheim. Uber was around $30. The adults enjoyed the very, very nice local bars and seafood restaurants. The house itself was very clean, attractive & well equipped. Only minor issue was noise from another family holidaying upstairs. Noise insulation not the best. The other family kept their youngsters well under control especially during ‘quiet’ hours. All my family enjoyed the stay and would go back again.

This beach home was perfect for our family! We had 7 adults and one child (4 yrs.). Such a quiet street, 2 minute walk to the beach. Loved all the sand toys, chairs, umbrella and towels for the beach. The bikes were so fun to use on the path. Great eating places nearby. Stop looking and tent this place!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in the lower unit recently. The space is clean, cozy and efficient. It is a wonderful location with short walking distance to beach and shops. It is well-equipped with all the amenities listed in the description.
Having garage access and close proximity to highways made travel and parking logistics a breeze.

Our experience was amazing and helped us through a difficult life event. The cute and cozy home, proximity to the beach and the fun activities available made our stay peaceful and comforting. The bicycles and boogie boards were so fun. The nice long bike ride with our adult children was so enjoyable. Such a pleasant distraction and the new memories will be cherished always! The home was just as described; very clean and decorated so tastefully and complete with all the necessary amenities, including a coffee bean grinder - a must! The owners were extremely accommodating and flexible and our correspondence with them was very prompt and helpful. We hope to be back soon. This house is close to all the fun places but quiet at night which was nice! The beds are comfy and the bedding is soft. The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials. Owners care about their property and it shows! Plenty of towels and beach chairs. They also had 2 bikes! It's nice to have 2 parking spaces. House has a nice beachy, comfy feel to it. We had a wonderful stay at Joan and Joe's home in Newport Beach. The location is ideal with the beach just steps away and many restaurants and other conveniences within easy walking distance. The entire unit is beautifully furnished. The kitchen is well-stocked and the beds are very comfortable. It's really nice to have off the street parking in the garage. We are repeat renters because we have really enjoyed our stays here. Joe and Joan are awesome hosts and very easy to work with. I can't thank them enough for sharing their beautiful home with us.

Great location - this part of Newport has a real cottagey feel to it and is interesting to explore. About a 15 min walk to Lido village which is super cute and has recent eating options for a nice dinner. Good communication with host - they seem to care about the property and I'm sure will continue to improve it. Great for families looking for a beach escape.

This home was perfect for our staycation. We had everything we needed. The kitchen was well appointed and the bathrooms were as well. You don't need to bring much! With one brother turning 80 years old and living in Irvine and three other brothers scattered around the US, we rented this house to use as a base for various events. The weather was perfect and the neighborhood super safe -- so we spent time walking and talking and sitting on the beach. Great restaurants and brunch spots were all around, many in walking distance. The place itself had all that was needed. Thank you to the owners who really made it work.

Mornings were the best for us - making coffee and walking the very short distance to the beach to watch the sun rise and surfers riding those waves!
