Checking in and out was easy. The room we stayed in must have been updated in the last 2 to 3 years. The hotel was nicly kept. Most hotels in wildwood are from the 70s and nasty. Pool was nice when it wasn't over ran with kids. Parking was extremely tight don't bring bigger then SUV.

Location was excellent Located right at the beginning the boardwalk. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was good

Room was extremely small. Very little room to move around. When we checked in our room had a flood in it from the refrigerator. There was a coffee machine in the room but no condiments or coffee filters to make the coffee

It was clean, modern, close to an entrance to the beach, close to the boardwalk, easy to find, and had covered parking.

I didn’t like that we couldn’t have both vehicles on the property, even for an extra charge.

Location and staff were great.. bed was comfortable.

Room was VERY small. Needed a good cleaning. There were potato chips under the bed and diet a 1/8 an inch thick on top of the door seals. Had to call office for a plug for the tub. That took 2 days to get.

The hotel did not have breakfast but right across the street there was a place that had coffee, breakfast sandwiches, hoagies etc.

Great location on the boardwalk with direct access to the beach! The room was clean and we were able to do early check in with no problem!

Only thing that rubbed me wrong was my room key was locked out and I still had 10 minutes left before check out! I was putting things in my car so thankfully my daughter was still in the room and she was able to let me in. She then told me that someone had stopped by the room and said that we only had a few more minutes before check out. I just think that is rude to do. We are aware check out is 10am. Locking my key access and having someone stop by the room before that 10am check out time made me feel rushed out! Which I did not appreciate. I did inform the front desk and she did apologize and claimed that my key should still have worked until 11am and said that someone had made a mistake on the computer.

The hotel was close to the beach, boardwalk and was very clean. The staff was exceptional!! The beds were comfortable.

The only discouraging mishap was, we were unable to park our vehicle on the premises. The parking only allowed compact cars or small suvs, that was very difficult for our family and we seen other guests struggle to fit their vehicles also.

Location was great. Loved the firm mattress. Nice view from balcony. Close to beach and boardwalk.

Small leak from ceiling in sitting area. Spa in pool area was regular temperature water.

Perfect walk to the beach and boardwalk.

Wish there was more space for dying of towels and swim suits.

Room was ready early, let us park in the lot afterwards and returned an item I left behind
