It was closed to the beach.

They never even empty the garbage can during our stay. our stay started 9/15, they charged my account on 9/12, 3 days prior to our stay. We checked out early 9/18, I was still charged for the full stay, I notified you, as well as them and gave in my access card(door card). When I would call their two tel # their message box was always full.

I loved how personable the staff was. The room was delightful, it had everything you would need and it was very clean. And I am a germaphobe. (I brought cleaning products) The only thing I didn't like was that we had such a short stay.

The room itself is very nice looking and the beds were very comfortable. Overall it seemed pretty clean, minus some cob webs.

The owner didn't seem to understand what I was trying to tell her. Our room had ants, a lot of them and that was upsetting as well as the TV didn't work.

The shower

Everything inside had mold on it, lamp shade, smoke detector, fridge, bathroom. Only had a flat sheet on the bed, no fitted sheet, no other bedding. I did not feel safe walking to the hotel at night.

Everything was so nice. The lady at the front desk was very helpful with anything that we needed. The room was very clean and comfortable. The shower was the literal best shower i’ve ever been in. The pool was great.

The place was very dirty the room smelled like mold had mosquitoes everywhere the pool was very dirty! I will never stay there again.

The shower was amazing.

I wasn't told before I arrived that I had to give a $200.00 security dep.. The lid on the toilet seat was broken. The air conditioner wasn't working properly until our last night we had it set at 62 but it was more like 80. We put our dirty towels/washcloths out but had to go to the office to get clean ones. Ran out of toilet paper & again go to the office. The room wasn't cleaned at all while we were there. 6/15/23-6/19/23. When you go into the office nobody was in. No bell rings or none to ring. Finally knocked on the door to the residence. No phone in room. Owner very hard to understand. When we got there the microwave wasn't plugged in, tried to plug in but socket was loose. Had to sit it on floor to use a better socket. Paint was peeling off the closet rod. It certainly didn't look like the brochure/online.
