Really enjoyed the house and pool, although they clean it on Mondays now apparently instead of Saturdays, so it got a little green on Sunday. Great rooms and bathroom. The owners were quick to respond and very accommodating. It's a great location if you don't mind driving to the beach. Great kitchen if you enjoy cooking with friends and family. The kitchen had everything you need in it. There are beach toys and chairs to take to the beach. Really enjoyed our stay!

We spent an incredible 5 days with family at this Bonita Springs property. It’s even better than the pictures, just beautifully decorated inside and out, comfortable beds, lots of towels and pillows, everything you could need provided for you. We loved the extra large kitchen counter and the way each bedroom is spaced out with its own bathroom. The double bunk room is huge and was awesome for the kiddos to hang out in day and night. The pool was perfect and the lights were so fun. Nearby there are great spots for pizza (Leoni’s), ice cream (Royal Scoop), groceries (Publix) and dinner (The Fish House)! Also, it’s close to the airport, beach, mini golf and outlet shopping. And don’t miss The Wonder Gardens! So much to do, we really couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We will definitely be back!

The house is lovely and well appointed. The beds are comfortable. The cold and hot taps are switched in one of the bathrooms so you know. The lanai likely needs a little more frequent cleaning and de-spider webbing.. There was no Kleenex or bath soap but we remedied that with a trip to the grocery. A very user friendly kitchen and we did use it! Could not find remotes for ceiling fans in 2 bedrooms ( present in the bunk room). Thanks

All I have to say is Kim made our stay SO incredibly enjoyable! She is truly the best host and always made sure we were taken care of. The house itself is absolutely stunning, the bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious. My friends and I stayed here for my bachelorette party and we had the most amazing time. You are minutes from tons of food, bars and the BEACH!! The pool is perfect and warm! No complaints whatsoever. We cant wait to rebook our stay!

4021 Springs Lane in Bonita Beach, FLorida was a great place to stay. All the extras ( toys, books, beach and pool gear, travel crib, high chair, etc.) was really nice! Our host , Kim Albee, was easy to work with and responded to our messages.

What a wonderful week we had! The house was so roomy with a bathroom for each bedroom. By far the outdoor patio and pool area is where we spent most of our time when we weren’t at the beach which is just a short drive or bike ride away. Our teenage girls loved the freedom the bicycles gave them to go shopping or for ice cream. Owners are very responsive! Would definitely stay here again.

We were in town for a baby shower and only spent two nights. Wish we could have stayed longer. Everything about our stay was wonderful. The home is beautiful and the beds are comfortable. We walked to the beach and avoided the parking nightmare. We enjoyed the bicycles…they were an extra special treat. The hosts were easy to reach and quick to respond. We would highly recommend!

Lots of space to accommodate a big group of people. Having three bathrooms was great as well. The house had everything that you needed. It was very clean and easy to get to. Close to beaches stores shopping and restaurants. The only downfall was that the pool was only solar heated but was shaded by lots of trees so not much sun to sit by the pool. And 9:00 quiet time is pretty early. We did have a great time though!!

This was our first VRBO experience and it went super smooth. The weather wasn't perfect but we still enjoyed our time. Lots to do in this area and the house was very nice. The kitchen was equipped with anything you might need including tupperware for leftovers. The only downside was the pool wasn't heated. We would go back for sure.

There were 8 of girls traveling together. We were looking for a nice house with enough beds and a pool. Those were really our only requirements! This property completely exceeded our expectations! It was AMAZING. The house is gorgeous, the kitchen and pool deck are awesome for gathering for drinks, snacks, or dinner!!! It is located in a way that we felt like we had many options within a short drive (we rented a car). The owner was so kind, answered all of my questions promptly. We had such an amazing time at this house. If you are looking for a girls getaway, this is your place!!!!

Two moms and 6 seniors shared this great home for a week. We found it to be roomy and comfortable. The home is beautifully decorated and comfortable. As others have commented it is the nicest house on the block but the neighbors are pleasant and quite. Close to everything. Renting a pontoon was the highlight. Beaches are great. Would definitely rent again.

Spacious open floor plan home, super clean, with nice decor. Plenty of seating, inside and out by the pool. Full access to beach toys, bikes, towels and a cooler, making for an easy beach or pool day. Loved the fully stocked kitchen, made our meal prep simple. Great place for 2 families... the kids loved the bunk room! Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! Thanks for making our beach getaway so fantastic!

High ceilings, open floor plan, gigantic kitchen all make for an extremely comfortable and appealing vacation home. Lots of toys in the garage and a heated pool cater to everyone’s relaxation needs. As others have noted, the neighborhood is a bit of a surprise as the house is definitely the gem on the street.

The home is beautiful! High end furnishings, bedding and beach decor were fantastic. We've rented a lot of VRBO properties and this home was by far the best stocked home of all. From the fully stocked kitchen (every appliance you can think of and even the spice cabinet), lots of beach towels, paper products, laundry detergent... the list could go on! Loved having beach chairs (although many are broken), bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, coolers...truly a well stocked beach home! Communication with the owner from the first inquiry was lighting fast. Our only disappointments were the neighboring homes are a bit sketchy and the pool. We didn't have any issues with neighbors but I expected the neighboring homes to be of the same caliber of our rental home and that definitely is not the case. The pool was cold. We specifically spent more on our rental so the kids would have a pool. Before we made our reservation I asked about temperature, heating, etc. I asked about the solar cover and explained to owner that I had narrowed my search to two properties. This home was further from the beach and more expensive but had a pool which my kids were excited about. I wanted to make sure since we were traveling early in the spring it would be warm enough. In the owners answer to the solar cover I was told "it heats to about 5-10 degrees more that it would otherwise. Normally that time of year I would even swim. Which is saying a lot". When I contacted the owner during our stay to find out where to find the solar cover I was told "no cover. They damage to fast". Another time of year (or even a warmer week) this wouldn't be a issue but it was definitely disappointing during our stay. Although I loved the home I would have made a different choice if I had known we wouldn't be able to enjoy the pool.

When we walked into the house, everyone exclaimed that the online listing did not do it justice -- the actual house was even better! The house is beautiful, spacious, and fit our group of 10 perfectly -- including around the pool. Plenty of pool chairs and beach towels were all provided. Easy to get to the beach every day or evening. Fantastic vacation week!

We enjoyed our 2 week stay at Kim and Chris’ property. The location is excellent; near the beach, numerous restaurants and shopping too. The property is well maintained and the pool area was wonderful. We especially enjoyed the privacy of the woods behind the pool area. Both Kim and Chris were very responsive with our questions. We had a very lovely 8-day stay at this property. It was extremely clean and well-equipped upon our arrival, and the kids loved the private outdoor pool and lanai. The owner, Kim, was extremely responsive to our needs and the check-in and check-out processes were very smooth. The property is also very centrally located, with convenient access to restaurants, beaches and shopping in all directions. Highly recommend the property for a family get-together or similar event!

We take a girls trip every year and picked this house because of the ability to sleep lots of people and it's proximity to everything... and the reviews were amazing. First impression - the house is exactly as pictured; absolutely beautiful. It was perfectly clean. Amazingly equipped is an understatement... we were hard pressed to find a convenience they didn't have. Tucked away at the end of a street - it was on a great lot that backs to trees so we felt very secluded. The reviews are on point when they say towels were in abundance. They also had sun screen and bug spray available while we were there. I can't list all of the things we said "wow, they have that too" we discovered. The pool was very clean and the water temp perfect. Proximity - a quick drive to anything... beaches, food or shopping. We ubered a few times, so we could enjoy cocktails and not drive, and the wait was 5 minutes or less. Would absolutely recommend this gorgeous house.

We were coming to Bonita Springs for the Annual Bonita Blues Festival. Unfortunately the festival was cancelled due to the Coronavirus. Kim was willing to refund us but we decided that we needed a weekend away from the madness. We are so happy that we came to this beautiful home. 3 beds 3 baths, huge kitchen living and dining area, beautiful pool and patio. Just gorgeous! Perfect location! Every thing we needed was there. We visited the beach at Lovers Key and even caught some live blues music at Jacks. We hope to come back and rent this house again. Thanks Kim!

We loved staying at this home! Many great amenities, some in which we didn’t get the chance to use! Great home for families as they have a great kids room with some toys! Property manager is OUTSTANDING at communicating and very quick!!! Great location!

We had a wonderful week! The house was perfect for our family. We have 3 kiddos 6 and under and my parents joined too. We all had a really enjoyable time and the house had everything we needed, it is a very well stocked house! Kim was super easy to work with and very prompt with responses. Thank you!

The home had a great floorplan with bathrooms off each bedroom. The Kitchen, Dining, and Great Room flowed nicely so we all could be together. The homeowner has thought of everything and the home is well stocked with linens, kitchen utensils, consumable items, beach and pool gear, etc. TV and internet service was outstanding. The best amenity was the location! It was in a quiet neighborhood with a large lot for privacy, but we were within minutes of shopping, quality restaurants, and the beaches. Kim, the owner was very accessible and accommodating to all of our needs. Already looking forward to next year!

The house is beautiful and well-stocked. We enjoyed being close to so many gorgeous beaches like Barefoot, Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach and Naples. Kim was wonderful to work with and very responsive! Thank you.

This property is amazing. Not only is it beautiful, it is conveniently located near plenty of shopping, restaurants, and of course, the beach. My whole family was able to comfortably sleep here as there is ample space and plenty of cozy beds. We never ran out of towels. And having multiple modern and clean bathrooms was so helpful. The pool is well maintained and beautiful. And the host was kind and helpful with any questions. Can not wait to visit again, would happily stay here any time. Thanks Kim!
