Nice house near Ditch Plains Beach. Good place to relax.

The stay was wonderful at Ditch Plains Beach, we arrived and the house was clean and accurately depicted. It ended up being nicer than expected. Loved the location, as it is just a couple of minutes walk to the beach in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Would recommend!

Friends and I had an excellent experience. House was exactly as advertised. Was clean and comfortable. Great water pressure in both showers. Easy walk to the beach and easy drive to town.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean and bright, exactly what the pictures show. The main bath is large with a great rain head shower. Location could not be better, a short walk to ditch plains.

We loved the house. Best part is the back of the house overlooks a beautiful preserve. Very cleans, bright and a wonderful get away.

We had a wonderful stay at this Ditch Plains Beach house. The house was clean and bit a nicer than the pictures. Chris, the host, was a great communicator and very attentive. We loved the location - a short 10 minute walk to the beach and a 4 minute drive to Montauk town. I'd recommend talking some surf lessons while staying there! Overall a great trip.

Beautiful house on Montauk. All the beddings and towels were white and super clean! The kitchen, dining and deck was clean and great for breakfast gatherings. We went outside for dinner and it’s super close to many nice restaurants around montauk. Communication with the host was quick. Overall a wonderful stay with me and my friends!

A beautiful location for an inter generational family weekend. Gave us plenty of space on a rainy Memorial Day weekend!

The house was everything that was advertised. Very clean and the owner was very responsive. It was perfect for what we were looking for. Proximity to the beach was just a short walk. It also very close to town. Some minor criticisms are at these price points I believe there should of been paper towels available not just a starter kit. The outdoor coach had stains on it. Also, there should be more than 3-4 beach towels available as it is a four bedroom house. Overall a great stay and I would recommend.

Pictures of this beautiful house do not do it justice ! An easy walk to unspoiled Ditch Plains beach, this house was perfect inside and out. Nestled on the side of a nature preserve we looked out on woodlands and enjoyed morning bird songs with a distant view of the ocean. Large yard was naturally landscaped, comfortable lounges for catching the afternoon sun, chimera for nighttime outdoor fire. Outdoor shower, plenty of beach gear (cooler, bicycles, chairs, umbrella) completed all you could need. Outdoor staircase leads to either first or second floor of the house. Inside, the house is open, light, airy and beautifully decorated. Main part of the house is a 2nd floor open floor plan - kitchen, dining area and living room. Walls are whitewashed with contrasting grey wood floors. 3 wraparound double slider doors bring the light and breezes in. This large area is further complimented by vaulted ceilings, skylights, and a beautiful fireplace that was a safe and easy to use. Large, wraparound outdoor deck catches morning and afternoon sun - perfect for A.M. coffee or evening cocktails. Outdoor space is furnished with very comfortable L-shaped couch, dining table and large gas grill. Kitchen is nicely equipped, large porcelain floor tiles, striking soapstone counter tops and deep farmhouse sink. Furniture and decor is obviously chosen with care, smart design and many unexpected lovely touches. First floor houses the master bedroom and 3 additional bedrooms - each more lovely than the next. Our favorite was a riff on the house architecture - vaulted ceiling, skylights, pristine white walls, and warm wood trim. All bedrooms were simply but tastefully decorated, exceptionally soft linens, plush towels, ample closet space in every bedroom, washer/dryer easily accessible and 2nd bathroom with rainforest showerhead. The master bedroom is its own private, soothing oasis. Large double slider leads out to a private deck with table and chairs, shades to let sun in only when you are ready, very comfortable bed, 2 large closet, large dresser, and tv. Stunning spa like bathroom built to spoil you - smooth porcelain tiles throughout, spa tub, rain forest showerhead, skylight, towel warmer, and heated floor. House was spotlessly clean when we arrived, check-in easy, and our hosts were very accessible and accommodating. Can't wait to book our next trip

The house was perfect! The beach was a short walk. The owner was quick to respond with any questions. I honestly did not want to leave. We had the most beautiful weather for April while there. Soooo peaceful, it was a great much needed escape from reality.

We had a great time in this comfortable home. The decks in the afternoon sun and the lux master bath shower spoiled us. Christopher went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

Check in and out was a breeze we had everything we needed in the home. I definitely recommend renting here

We had a wonderful stay here! The house is spacious, clean, light and airy and is just a few blocks walk from a beautiful ocean beach. On the upper floor there is a well equipped kitchen with skylights and open plan dining and living room area with a fireplace. Also a wonderful deck from which we could hear - though not quite see- the surf. It was too cold for us to eat out there but we did bundle up and sit out in the sun. On the lower floor there are four bedrooms. The bed was very comfortable and the master bathroom was the best bathroom we have ever seen! Heated floors, a great shower and a large soaking tub from which you can gaze up through two large skylights. We definitely hope to return!

The property is clean, chic, comfortable and relaxing. Everyone had enough space to themselves, and when we came together to sit and talk in front of the fire or play games at the table it was lovely to watch to snow fall outside and feel cozy inside. Mike is a very responsive host.

This property had a lovely view and location. Rooms were large and comfortable. However furniture needs an overhaul as it is mostly old, & rusty. Cost for stay is pricey considering this

Perfect weekend getaway!

Smooth and beautiful.

My fiancée and I spent a wonderful three nights at this cozy spot. The master bathroom is amazing and great decor all around. Everything was spotless and the host was quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for our Thanksgiving weekend - the kitchen is very well equipped for the preparation of the family dinner. The terrace is a wonderful place to stay, overlooking the area and very private. Michael was very responsive to all of our requests.

This is a great property that I’ll definitely come back to again. The place was very clean and the communication with the owner was almost instant. Great deck and great living space.

We really enjoyed our stay - the house is spacious, clean, comfortable and has a great layout. Lots of outdoor space and a super short walk to the beach, which was a spectacular way to start the day. Owner is extremely responsive. Looking forward to returning!

Overall we had a great stay. The house and yard are large, master bathroom is great -- especially loved the shower and jacuzzi tub. We also really enjoyed the deck, and of course it's an easy walk to the beach. Only negatives are that the furnishings are a bit on the older side, and somewhat uncomfortable. Also, the cleaning staff also were late in turning the house over to us, but apparently someone had rented the house for a full month before us, so that's understandable. All in all, would definitely recommend.

Perfect! We have been coming to MTK for nearly 30 years. First time we rented a house and this house was just right! Love the laid back vibe of Ditch Plains and it was so nice to walk or ride bikes to the beach. House is as pictured or better! The property is lovely. The air smells like honeysuckle and the sea. Owner was extremely responsive and professional. We will definitely be back!

If you aren't familiar with Ditch Plains, it's worth a visit. Walking distance to the beach this house is a perfect fit for a family or group of friends who wants to spend their time going back and forth from the beach, grilling and enjoying all MTK has offer.
