Atmosphere is magical! Food is fantastic. Cool music playing everywhere. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi. Best hotel ever in the desert.

The only thing I didn’t like was that we had to leave 😂

This is a well appointed hotel with a lovely pool and gardens, very picturesque. The staff are very attentive with pool side service and a nice restuarent attached which served very good food and cocktails. There is also a hot spa pool best for the cooler evenings. Free parking was a bonus. Lovely, quiet and relaxing. We will be back.

We were in Room 11 and there is a very noticeable pungent smell from the pool pump room, we mentioned this to the staff and it was checked to be safe but it was very strong at time. The rear ground balcony with sofa was disappointing and the seat had a number of cigarette burns. We didn't really use this as it was off putting. We stayed mid week and can imagine a different experience at the weekend with more people.

The room was nice, stylish and VERY clean! Pool area gets cleaned well also. There’s pool service. Food and drinks are okay. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating.

Bed wasn’t very comfortable but it’s a matter of personal preference. Mattress was a bit too soft and pillows were huge so if you’re a side sleeper better off without them at all.

Cute and quaint. We enjoyed that it was not too busy

Parking should have carports and it would benefit from Solar panels at the same time More selection for dinner items

Room was spacious. I really enjoyed having the balcony. The soaking bathtub was wonderful. Appreciated the bath salts! Mini-bar was well stocked. Richard, the massage therapist, is amazing. Staff were very friendly and service was excellent.

The pool wasn’t very clean or clear, which surprised me, considering how clean everything else was. Restaurant food was bland. I eat a low-salt diet, so that wasn’t an issue for me, though I heard several people asking for salt. The flavor just wasn’t there, unfortunately.

The whole experience from start to finish was extremely good. We got upgraded, the staff was very professional and friendly. The room was very spacious and well appointed. Mattress was unbelievable. Our breakfast was one of the best I have had in any hotel in the desert cities. Service top notch. This deserve is overall the best I have stayed in for a long time.

No complaints...these guys have done a great job

The decor was very hip and cool - the property is small, intimate and elegant. Very "old school". I am not one for needing a lot of amenities such as gym, game room, gift shop, etc. so this worked well for me. I wanted a relaxing, peaceful environment which is exactly what this was. Others who want more activities and amenities may want a larger property elsewhere. I also loved the proximity to "the Nest" restaurant - a very fun Palm Desert hot spot!

There truly was nothing I didn't like! This hotel did it for me in every single way. It will be my new "go-to" in the desert! I even loved the delicious ice tea at checkin.
