Excellent rooms and the pools are fantastic.

Die Lobby sieht architektonisch ansprechend aus und unser Zimmer war sauber und größentechnisch vollkommen in Ordnung.

Die Mitarbeiter waren unmotiviert und beim Hotelinternen Starbucks zusätzlich noch sehr unfreundlich und inkompetent. Die Preise sind noch teuerer als auf dem Strip in Las Vegas und unser Brötchen waren bei Übergabe an uns komplett mit dem Plastik der Verpackung verschmolzen, da es zu stark erhitzt wurde. Bei unserer Reklamation wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das so sein muss. Da wir jedoch damit nicht einverstanden waren, machte er uns nochmal neue Panini - diese waren jedoch ebenfalls verbrannt und ungenießbar und wir warfen sie letztendlich in den Mülleimer. Das Angebot an Restaurants lässt generell zu wünschen übrig, so dass wir doch tatsächlich nach Palm Springs zum Abendessen und Frühstück gefahren sind. Wir persönlich finden die Poolarea nicht richtig ins Hotel integriert, da alles durch Zäune abgeriegelt ist. Bei uns war diese auch extrem voll, so dass selbst unsere Kinder (16&18 Jahre) nach 1 Std. wieder gehen wollten. Es gab nicht genügend kostenlose Liegeplätze am Pool (bei 115F /46C) und die die frei waren und einen Sonnenschutz hatten waren unbelegt, da sie kostenpflichtig sind!! Ich habe noch nie für Liegeplätze an einem Hotelpool bezahlen müssen - ein absolutes No Go!

Water park

For very simple stuff you should pay a big bucks. Like a bed beside the pool is $300 a day, for dog you pay $150, parking you pay $30 day. Breakfast too pricy ($40 per person)

room was great and roomy. fridge worked well. staff friendly and accommodating. air conditioning was wonderful. food at restaurants great, coffee in room was good.

all good. cleaning girls did not speak english so a bit of a challenge to communicate with, but they made it work

Wonderful newly decorated rooms. Amazing pool, slides, and lazy river. Nice drink and food options at pool.

Kids activities

Was nice but our room reeked of paint. Not impressed with food I ordered a salad to go from nice restaurant in there was sent with plastic container of salad like I’d get from a gas station.

Kid friendly!

The first secretary Sara.. was not friendly. She stated that my original room would be blocked by a wall due to the renovations. I asked her if she had a room available that wasn’t near the construction.. she puffed and unhappily provided me with a room that was out of the construction zone.
