Had a great time with friends and family on vacation. The property was immaculate and the few minor questions were answered promptly. Highly recommend !

The home is very spacious as we were a family of 7 adults. The 4th bedroom in the home is more like an office as it does not have a closet to hang clothing. We did have an issue with the pool and we’re not able to use the last day due to algae however the owner did call the pool company and they came out to shock the pool. I would recommend if you will be using the pool to make sure you ask for extra chlorine tabs so you don’t have any issues. Overall home was great!

We all had a wonderful experience in this large, livable home! Great living spaces and amenities. We had a few issues but they were resolved quick;y thanks to the kind property manager. We had a memorable family vacation there!

The property was great; however, if I had one thing to criticize, it would be that there were no TV's in any bedroom except the Master Bedroom.

Normally stay in North Scottsdale but decided to try Paradise Valley. Happy with location. Close to restaurants. House itself was very clean and modern. We did have some issues outside. Pool was green when we arrived. A call to owner was quickly returned and pool company came next day to clean pool. We did miss 1.5 days of swimming but was vary happy with quick response/action of owner to solve issue. Pool area was very nice and roomy. Would have liked to have the yard cleaned at least once during our 17 day stay. Deck got very dusty and weeds were growing. Even if there was a blower in the garage, I would have blown off deck. Even with that, house is nice and modern and pool area is nice and spacious. Given owners willingness to make a renter happy, I would recommend this place.

4 retired couples enjoyed the property and the warm sun during February and had a wonderful time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The home was spotless and had all the amenities we wanted/needed. The pictures were a true portrayal of the property, but thought the actual property was even better than the pictures. We spent most days by the pool and most nights in the open concept kitchen/livingroom area. We ate most meals in utilizing the all the appliances and stocked items in the Kitchen along with the great outdoor kitchen area (5 burner grill and 2 refrigerators). Location is great for proximity to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery story, Fashion Square Mall, Old Town Scottsdale, and Papago Park. Lily was great to work with and answered rapidly the few questions that we had. We would definitely stay again at this property and would high recommend the property to others.

We really enjoyed staying at Shea North Estates, plenty of room for 4 couples. Wish the weather would have been warmer so we could have used the beautiful pool. We did take advantage of the hot tub!!

This house and location was awesome for our annual guys golf trip. The house was spotless when we arrived and was exactly as presented. I had to reach out for some instructions and got a swift reply. A+ rating

Overall it was a really great house! It had everything we needed and more! We did have some issues with the hot tub not heating, the host was able to get someone out the next day to fix that issue. We would stay here again!

We had an amazing time. The house was spacious and accommodate my and my groups of friends. There was 10 of us celebrating my birthday. Kitchen was complete, bathrooms were nice, and there was plenty of towels. If I could change anything I wish the wifi was a little faster, there were more lights outside at night for the pool and shade during the day because in 100 degree heat we still want to enjoy being outside. Other than that I would stay here again. Thanks Roger

This is a special house, to be treated with respect. I didn't know how impacted I would be staying here. An Oasis of love and learning. Clarity and beauty. The operators are a Godsend to work with and truly made our experience worthwhile and are so very gracious. If you rent this space, please treat it with the love and honor it deserves. I could have done a better job at that, but I am learning to accept my imperfections and move on to being a better guest. What a beautiful and absolutey divine home. Worth every penny. MLH

This home was perfect for our group during our stay. Very clean home and huge outside backyard for fun activities. Location was next to all types of restaurants within a short time for driving. Definitely a place our group would book again!

Beautiful place!

House was huge, clean and spacious. We enjoyed our retreat as the house and pool area felt like we were at a private resort. Great location between the Kierland area and Old Scottsdale.

Lily and Jonathan were great hosts. The backyard was amazing and was really great for my group and I to relax at the pool, grill some nice food and watch Baseball most of the day with the outdoor TV. The house was beautiful and every where that we wanted to go was roughly 20-25 min or less. Overall it was a really nice send off for one of my best friends whose getting married this year. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

When all six of us arrived at the agreed check-in time, we found the property was not at all move-in ready. The reason why we rented this house in the first place was because of the pool, hot tub, patio area as well as how well maintained the property was from my previous visit in 2018. After waking up very early Thursday AM to make a flight, all we wanted to do was get our swimsuits on and relax by the pool. This was impossible given the current situation. When we arrived on April 29th, the pool and hot tub were empty with garden hoses leading from the house and extending across the patio with water trickling into the pool. I immediately phoned the property manager Lily and informed her as what the situation was. She said that she was sorry, that the pool would be ready “soon” and not to worry, everything would be fine. The first thing she said to me over the phone was “that there is water in the hot tub, you can use that.” I explained to her that this was not the case, as there was zero water in the hot tub, as it was dry with discarded coins at the bottom and a hairband lying next to the hot tub on the pool deck. Lily was very responsive to the issues but kept saying the pool and hot tub will be “ready for us to use in a few hours.” I began to disagree with her as I said that the pool is going to take at least 24 hours to fill up, and then it needs even more time to be at a temperature that is usable, which will take even longer. Later, on the second day of our stay, I said to Lily that the pool was still cold, and we really could not use it, as it was uncomfortably cold around 78 deg. F. She told me for $40 more a day, that she would turn up the heat to 84 deg. F, and I asked her to please waive these fees based upon the less than pleasant experiences we had thus far. She refused and accused me of asking for too much, and if I was not happy, I should find another place to stay in Phoenix. Graduation weekend at ASU-right! Later that evening, Lily then said I needed to be out of the house by 10:30 AM the next day, as she was turning off the pool heat immediately, and was sending her “crew” by in the morning. I informed her that we were not leaving and that this conversation was over. From that point on I called VRBO and spent the next 2 hours on hold and in discussions with two representatives with VRBO. Because of all this, our dinner that night was delayed until midnight. Requesting a full refund for the awful time.

Eight of us stayed at this fabulous house for a girls' long weekend get-away. There are four rooms inside, 2 master bedrooms, one en- suite, and the fourth room was probably a den, made into a room (bathroom right next door, but no closet). There were also two twin beds in the pool house that we did not use. The house was very clean and simply decorated. The kitchen was spacious for 4 of us to be cooking at one time. The outdoor space was absolutely amazing! We stayed at the end of April, but heated the pool anyhow. Even though it was 80 degrees out, we wanted the pool to be 84. So glad we paid extra for this. The hot tub was also very nice to have. We didn't utilize the outdoor kitchen, with the beverage refrigerators and extra large grill and extra large counter area, but it sure was beautiful. The backyard was very private and quiet. We used the very spacious laundry room that was immaculate. There were plenty of pool towels and bath towels in the house. There were enough dishes and silverware for all of us. They even had kitchen soap, paper towels, etc. so we didn't need to run out and get those. In most places I have stayed at, I've had to make an extra run to that store for staples. The location was approximately 25 minutes from Camelback Mountain, less than 15 minutes from Old Town, and 21 minutes from the airport. It was a nice location. The property manager was absolutely amazing! All my questions via text were answered immediately. She was great to work with. If I were to come back to Scottsdale, I would stay here again!

House was huge, clean, well equipped. We enjoyed all the places to enjoy conversation, cards, swims. The only downer is you have to take your pick between a warm hot tub experience or a warm pool. You would think for the price paid, you could enjoy both. Not one or the other. Also the pool house is used for a great bedroom but lacked a bathroom. Kind of inconvenient for one of the bedrooms to have to venture across the pool area to use the bathroom. The property manager was very helpful and responsive. BUT, a good stay.

Lily was most professional to deal with for reserving and any issues that might have come up during our stay. This place has everything. Location is fantastic. The accommodations are wonderful. Large spacious bedrooms. Open concept for entertaining. Wonderful outdoor pool and entertaining space. It was a pleasure. I wouldn stay here again in a heart beat.

Everything was clear and perfect from the initial planning and renting to the actual stay. Lily was helpful and immediate with any question. Love the yard and pool. Definitely worth paying a little more to bump the heat up to 90. Yep. 90. Hoping to return next time we are in the area.

This property was all around great. Large bathrooms and bedrooms were perfect for our family of 6. The backyard, pool, hot tub are ideal for family relaxation time. We will definitely be looking to book this property for future trips to Phoenix. Lily is a great property manager who answered any questions in a timely manner. 5-star property!
