I've been coming for 30+ years and this was has become my favorite place! Love everything about this resort: beach, service, groundscare, security, pool, the guests, and so much more on top of the beautiful condo and ideal location. We'll be back!

Great location w nice balcony and furniture. Kitchen well stocked, communication with owner was fabulous. Linens was above average. No beach towels so make sure you bring you own. Everything matched description no surprises. Vaccum cleaner may need filter change as it didnt pick up sand great.

Property was wonderful! Clean, great linens, execellent communication with owner, fast elevators, perfect views of the gulf. We saw stingrays and dolphins from the balcony daily. Condo updates were great.loved our stay.

Our stay was wonderful, and the condo and it's view was great. Everything that wasn't great was out of the owner's hands, i.e. the cleaning personnel, but I would definitely recommend and would stay again. The parking was very convenient, the location of the condo is great, having the beach chairs every day was perfect. We all enjoyed ourselves.

Perfect location in my opinion close to Pineapple Willys and surf shops. The condo was very clean and well stocked. The owner was very nice and got us in early around 12 which was nice because we drove through the night. We loved it!

The balcony is very big with a wonderful view of the beach. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a quick meal.

We had a great stay at Twin Palms. The condo was beautifully decorated and we were so pleased with everything. We arrived early and Mr Hanig was so accommodating! He arranged to get the condo cleaned earlier than expected and we were able to get checked in long before the normal checkin time! That was great after a long car ride down! The condo is in walking distance of most anything you would need. I would definitely recommend!

We drove from MI to stay at this property , and left a day early unsure if we were going to be able to drive straight through. (Which we did, so now we were in Florida a day earlier than anticipated.) Hoping we could check in early , we lucked out and got the best HOST , Bill , who made it happen for us! He made it so smooth for us, and we were so very thankful. After a long journey, to be able to enter immediately upon arrival was HUGE for us. The unit was gorgeous upon arrival. That balcony view,…WOW! Modern decor, and very well equipped from kitchen supplies, to beach chairs, toys for kids, ect! We would recommend this property to anyone. Great location, and we will definitely return to this property! Many thanks to this AMAZING host, and this BEAUTIFUL rental!

This condo is a sure to please! Beautifully appointed and gorgeously decorated 2 bedroom condo that suited our family perfectly! The kitchen is fully equipped, dining area easily seats 6, and living room is comfortably inviting with spectacular beach and water views. A huge bonus is the absolutely enormous balcony complete with dining table and chairs, lounge chairs, and a view that is second to none!
The master bedroom is quite spacious with a modern on suite bathroom. The guest bedroom is equally as comfortable with a bathroom attached. Soft and cozy linens make sleeping easy!
The owners obviously take great pride in their vacation condo and we were lucky to have the opportunity to stay and relax for a week. The communication was thorough and timely, and the owner (Bill) was a phone call away for any needs or questions. We will most definitely stay again if our travels bring us to Panama City Beach!

Beautiful condo and location.
Very heavy pot smell several days. Don't know from which patio. The same unit had a lot of arguing. Every time we went to use our chairs we has to ask people to leave. Ironic that the first day were were sitting in our assigned chairs the attendant questioned us. Each of these comments are not the fault of the owner of the condo.

Hubs words to me when he arrived prior to me was ‘This is Nice’. That about sums it up. I personally loved the master bedroom and bathroom. The 18th floor made me nervous prior to getting there but loved the views From it.

Great Condo!
We truly enjoyed our experience. The property owner is very friendly and helpful. Everything was exactly as described. The only thing left out of the description was that there are 2 BBQs located in the pool area that can be used. If we return to Panama City Beach, we will definitely stay here!

Beautiful well maintained condo
Awesome condo that is well maintained with up to date furnishing and it shows the ownership pride! The kitchen is beautiful and fully stocked with everything you need. The bedrooms and bathrooms are just as nice. The oversized decked is absolutely amazing. The view is incredible! Having an assigned parking spot is was awesome! William as an owner is very easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions. Would highly recommend this property! Will definitely be back!

Great Fall Vacation
Very nice, clean condo. I know it was fall and not as many guest in the building, but we loved the assigned and secure parking. They were in the process of reclaiming (for lack of a better word) the beach and it was fascinating to watch the pumping of sand from offshore and pushing it around! We aren't big sand people, so didn't mind not being on the beach. Great communication with the owners and plenty of information given upfront before arriving. It was also in a great location. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect
The condo was exactly as described. The pictures match. We thoroughly enjoyed this location, but especially the room itself. The beds were so comfortable, the bathroom towels weren't the cheap towels, even the mats in the bathrooms were super soft😆. The seating on the balcony is perfect. We got to see dolphins, even a shark or two from the balcony. We loved the location. It wasn't loud or noisy, you feel very secure. Red tide was in, so We definitely spent some time in the room taking breaks. If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would. My husband says we will definitely be back to stay. Look for us in the future!

Wonderful vacation stay
We loved the unit. Ample towels and kitchen items. The unit was clean and well maintained! The parking was awesome. Literally our only complaint was the sheer number of codes to remember to park and get in the unit along with a master bed that could use some tlc. We had a truly amazing vacation. I loved spending every morning out on the balcony watching dolphins splash.

Beautiful farm house feel!
First of all, the condo was exactly as described and pictures were on point. Honestly, it’s much better in person. It was very clean and well maintained. The beds were SO SO comfy! The balcony was my favorite. Being on the 18th floor it was a truly breathtaking view! The appliances were all updated and worked great. The farm house feel made us all feel at home. We really enjoyed the atmosphere there as well. Very laid back and chill. No office you have to check in with or deal with at all. Truly a home away from home feel. The parking spot on the 2nd floor was also a HUGE plus! No having to search and it’s covered so your car is protected from the sun which I liked a lot. Bonus: the ocean is DIRECTLY in front of your parking space! We all had a wonderful time staying here. It was a beautiful area. We love Panama City beach! Look forward to many more vacations here as our family grows! Also, if you love that “farm house feel” check out first watch for a simply fresh and delicious breakfast! You will not be disappointed. That you Bill Hanig for checking in on us to make sure we got in and all was well on check in day. It was much appreciated! Hopefully we can stay here again next year! Oh…we absolutely loved the HUGE pool!! Only thing I would change is having a full length mirror somewhere in the condo. I wasn’t used to not having that but otherwise this place is simply perfect. We were a family of 5. 2 adults a 14 year old, 9 year old and 4 year old. We all had PLENTY of space!

William’s place was beautiful and well-stocked. Everything was as promised. I loved the beach theme and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. We would definitely rent from William again.
