Neuer privater Pool im Mai 2015 und neue Hot Tub! Es hat einen großen privaten Hof mit einem 2-Well-Boot Slip # 2-11X28 # 1-10X20, beide haben Aufzüge und 1 PWC-Lift. Neue 10.000 lbs heben im großen Slip an. Privates Schwimmbad und großer Whirlpool. Auch tolle Badeplattform am Dock. Neuer Patio am See mit Feuerstelle am Wasserrand.

We were very pleased with the property. The pool, hot tub, grill and appliances were in great shape; the house was very clean and spacious. We especially enjoyed the three season room overlooking the water. Instacart was able to deliver to us and the property was relatively easy to find.

You can’t go wrong! We loved this place so much. We had 4 adults and 6 kids ages 4-12. It was perfect for us. Home was very clean! Pool, hot tub and dock were amazing. We brought our fishing supplies and hung out on the dock a lot. Boats have to turn off their engines in that area so we felt safe with the kids in the lake. We brought our paddle boards and took them out. Mark communicated arrival and check I it great! We didn’t need anything while we were there and would stay here again in a heart beat.

We were looking for a chill location away from the busiest part of the lake and this place was perfect! The view from the deck/pool was incredible and the heated pool and hot tub let us enjoy it at night too! Pictures don’t do it justice, it was a beautiful home with plenty of space for our group of 11 adults. Can’t wait to plan another trip!

The glowing reviews aren't wrong, the pictures online do not do justice to the house or outdoor spaces! Mark is a fanastic, communicative, and responsive host. From Grandparents, in-laws, teenagers, and newly-minted 4 and 6 year olds, everyone had an absolute blast for our summer family vaca. My east-coast pool-kids fell in love with jumping into the lake again and again. Even the grandparents had no trouble taking out the jet skis and putting it back on the lift. Overall it was a fantastic experience and we will be returning in the future! Thank you Mark!

This house on the lake was a perfect set-up for our family group of 10 adults & 5 littles. Everything was clean, well-maintained & provided plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The pool & hot tub were in use always & kids enjoyed roasting marshmallows down by the dock & swimming in the lake. Our host was very responsive to any question we had. Would highly recommend this beautiful home to all- we hope to return again next year!

Great Family Vacation!
My family of 12 just stayed at this property the last week in June and it was an absolutely terrific experience! So much great space, and the pool and hot tub were a big hit with all. The sleeping arrangements worked out well and provided privacy and time away from the large group when needed. The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances, utensils and cookware, which was important for us as we eat all our meals in. Everything was super-clean and the dock and swim area was also big hits for the family. Mark was a great host and kept in touch with us throughout. This was a great experience for us — our family is already asking us to book for next year!

Annual Ozark’s trip
The pictures do not do this house and property justice. When we pulled into the driveway and got our 1st look we were is awe! The house, the pool & the view are top notch! The kitchen was perfect for our group! We had 11 people and we had more then enough space. We would 100% stay here again! Working with Mark was simple! You won’t regret your stay!

Beautiful and QUIET!
We stayed in October for my 50th birthday with a small group of family and friends. The photos in the listing don’t do the house justice. Mark has done more updates to the house since he listed it such as new concrete steps to the dock. From the time we decided to book this house to the day of checkout Mark was in communication. The cleanliness of the property was first class and the sheets and towels were nice as well. Plenty of room for the 9 people staying, everyone had their own room. The three bedrooms downstairs share two full baths and the upstairs bedroom has a 1/2 bath, so they share the master suites shower if they need one. The pool is absolutely stunning and the hot tub is large enough to fit 6 adults comfortably. We spent most of our time sitting on the spacious dock using the swim ladder and the jet ski lift( we brought our own jet ski) it rained for a bit every day, so the covered dock was nice to sit under when the storms came. Our last night we lit a fire in the fire pit and sat by the water gazing at the stars.
The cove is super quiet and not busy like other sections of the lake.
I don’t typically repeat rentals as I like to experience different properties, but I will most definitely be renting from Mark again.

Amazing vacation home!
Mark was a great host! Everything was top notch and better than we imagined. We have never stayed on this end of the lake and it was beautiful. Relaxing weekend with most of our time in the pool which was just what we wanted. We hope to return next summer. Thank you for having us!

Best place on the lake!
This is our second time staying here. Great location, great house, great owners! The pool was amazing and the hot tub was great at night. We had 12 total and the house was plenty big. Had a fantastic time and made some fantastic memories. We will be back. Thank you!!

Boaters paradise
We brought two boats to this wonderful home just off Linn Cove and had a blast! The pier and boat slips were top notch, it even had a lift! At night the multicolor lighted pool and hot tub all to yourself and no view of any neighbors made it feel like a million dollar property!

This house was in the perfect location and had all the amenities we needed the dock was huge the pool was overlooking the lake- I hate to give away the secret but it was on the best location on Lake of the Ozarks at mile marker 31 in a cove that was very calm!!We will definitely rent again on our next vacation.

Great Stay
Everything was great about the day the hot tub and the heated pool were a plus. There was plenty of room to accommodate everyone. We will definitely book again the only downfall was, there was a storm so the power went out for about two hours. It was fixed right away by the company.

Awesome views!
Great place, pool & views were really pretty. My sons loved fishing from the dock. The steps getting down to the dock are a bit challenging especially if traveling with grandparents.

We had a group of 14 stay at the house. Plenty of room for all of us. The house was super clean along with everything outside. We all loved the pool, hot tub, dock, fire pit. Mark was great about answering any questions we had. Would highly recommend it!

A place with everything for everyone!
From grandma and grandpa to the 10 year olds there was something for everyone and so much space! After staying at a number of places that advertise for large groups this one really put those to shame. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed so that meal prep was easy and everyone could eat together. Time spent at the dock, the pool and around the huge kitchen table playing cards made memories we will never forget. Thank you so much for sharing your house!
