Unsere entspannende Ferienhütte für nächtliche Aufenthalte befindet sich im Herzen der Black Hills, 1, 2 Meilen nördlich von Hill City, SD. Diese geräumige Hütte verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen Gasgrill, einen Whirlpool, Wäschemöglichkeiten, Sat-TV und WLAN. Communication with the owner and property manager was great! We were not there very much, just to shower and sleep. This property was convenient to see Crazy Horse, Custer Park, Mount Rushmore, the Badlands and Walt Drugstore. Everything we needed was in the house. Thanks!

First off, this property was very Clean! It also had anything and everything you could need in the kitchen.
The owner of the property was very easy to get along with, answered any and all issues the best he could.
Really the only issue we had was with the AC unit. This cabin is very large, and one window AC unit will Not keep up with the heat we experienced while there. Also, one other minor detail I wish would have been disclosed before we arrived was, they need to let you know there is only enough room for two vehicles to park there and if you bring a 3rd vehicle like another car, truck or trailer you have to take it somewhere else to park it. This should be disclosed when you make the reservation, seeing how it sleeps up to 8 people.
Anyways, if they were to get the AC (install a Mini-split, this would definitely fix this AC issue) figured out we would most definitely stay there again.

The house was very nice and the location was perfect. One of the owners Chad seems to be a very nice guy. However there is ZERO privacy and my biggest complaint is the misleading information on the rules. One of the amenities that is at the top of our list is a hot tub. I never received the rental agreement until it was time to check in. Things happen, I’m not upset about it. When I received it I found out my children were not allowed in the hot tub and smoking was not allowed anywhere on the property. That information should have been known from the start. If I refused to sign it I wouldn’t have had a place to stay and the $1,200 I paid would have been forfeited. BE MORE CLEAR WITH THE RULES BEFORE PEOPLE HAVE A BUNCH OF MONEY ON THE LINE!!!!!

This was the perfect place for a 2 day stay while we explored the region. 15-minute drive to Mt Rushmore or Crazy Horse. Hill City was a very nice town for exploring. Great wineries and breweries less than a mile from the property. Hot tub was very relaxing at the end of the day. Had all the extra kitchen accessories you can image. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The house is perfect. It’s clean, comfortable and a beautiful setting. Hill City is also a perfect base of operations for a Black Hills vacation. We watched deer nearly every night from the hot tub.

My husband had a medical emergency while we vacationing and checking out of the cabin would have been very difficult. Both the manager and the owner were very compassionate and helpful in extending our stay a couple days, enough for him to get back on his feet. Without the help they provided it would not have gone well. Thank you so much!

Clean, spacious cabin. Well equipped for visitors. Beautiful location. Check in and out was a breeze. Easy access to Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse Memorial, 1880 train etc. We used the hot tub and enjoyed sitting outside. Would rent again without hesitation. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed this location. We used the hot tub 1-2 times per day and enjoyed watching the deer in the field every evening. We did a little hiking right near the home. The kitchen was very well equipped. Our kids enjoyed the games and puzzles that were provided!

It was very nice, we didn’t use the hot tub because it isn’t very private being out front. If it was in the back it would also be out of the elements. Just a thought. Also a tip for future guests would be to have some bottled water in the fridge and some coffee pods. We enjoyed our time and would recommend to friends and family!! Jackie was great with communications and was helpful!! Thanks for a great stay!

Everything about this place was great except parking situation. The property owner was nice and allowed us to park our trailers on the grass but the neighbor was not happy about that and taking pictures of us. I guess the only thing bad I’d say is the limited parking situation needs to be in description of the property.

The cabin is fantastic. My wife and I went to Hill city to ride the Mickelson Trail. The location of this cabin is perfect for accessing various segments of the trail. The cabin itself is clean, well equipped and very comfortable.

It was the perfect cabin for my sister to take the upstairs bedrooms for her and her boys and for me to take the downstairs bedroom and pull out couch for my girls. So much extra stuff in the cabin available than other places. Lots of kitchen supplies and games for the kids. A GREAT STAY AND FUN was had by all seven of us!

The sweet cabin is on the outskirts of Hill city. It’s in a small group of cabins located in a meadow with a little brook nearby. Deer and geese visited us almost every night. Everything was perfect and just as just described.
