Large house accommodated 5 families. The wrap around porches were a huge plus and closeness to Chiringos and Red Bar meant we never had to leave Grayton.Easy access to beach. We were VERY HAPPY with everything. Royal Destinations was amazing to communicate with. Not a single complaint

We loved every moment of it.The house is perfect. Was really disappointing that we got stranded twice with the rusty old bikes. I may consider just running our own and not looking for houses that have bikes in the future. Two petals fell off and for chains. Seats were rusted in place. Suggest having them check them before next visit.

After Dune Delight was perfect for our family of 16 beach vacation. Our crew included grandparents, our three children & their spouses and 8 grands from 18-8 years. Each couple had a private BR and bath. The house and especially the kitchen are well appointed with tons of dishes, glassware, flatware and utensils. The extra fridge was huge in the hot weather. The pool was a highlight for us all after a hot day at the beach and many enjoyed the bikes. The elevator is a plus for luggage, groceries and babying a knee injury. The breezes on the upper balconies plus the view were fabulous. Everyone at Royal Destinations was very helpful. Thank you!!

We had an amazing time at After Dune Delight!!! Our party, which consisted of 4 adult couples and 9 children, ages 2-21, visits Grayton every year. We had plenty of space at this house! The views are on every side- beach, lake, downtown.. We enjoyed bike rides every night and an easy walk to the beach every morning! Restaurants, bars, and shops are within walking range.
The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. We had everything we needed to have a great time including games, puzzles, and books! The pool was such a relaxing place to enjoy after a long day on the beach. And the response time of the host/manager was very quick! We had everything we needed!
We had a great stay and will absolutely be looking at After Dune Delight for our stay next summer!

Our family spends a week on 30A every year and has for over twenty years. After Dune Delight was our first time staying in Grayton and we all loved it and plan to return to this area again next year. We had 14 people, 10 adults and 4 young children ranging from 1 to 86. The home was very nice with room to spread out and sprawling porches with a view of the ocean and the lake or simply enjoy the fun atmosphere of Grayton. The house sits right in the heart of Grayton and is an easy walk to the beach even with 4 small children. The boardwalk to the beach is flat with no stairs and was close enough to run back to the house for lunch or a bathroom break easily. The kids enjoyed playing in the shallows/estuary. It was fascinating watching the crystal clear water turn into sweet tea throughout the week. We enjoyed having the option of the pool although it was a little cool because we were there in early May. It was extremely nice that each bedroom(6 Total) had it's own bath and walk in closet. The elevator worked well and was very helpful for my 86 year old Mom. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook meals if we wanted to or it was easy to put your name on the list for the Red Bar and walk over when your table was ready. The couples enjoyed walking to Chiringo's for a game of corn hole or grabbing a Hotz Coffee during nap times for the kids. The area is golf cart friendly which the grandkids loved and is a nice area for walking, running, or biking as well. Note to families with young children, the staircases are wide, so if your babies require a gate, a standard baby gate will not work. We were able to survive the week without one, but something to consider with young children. Royal Destinations was very responsive if we needed anything and After Dune Delight provided us a great week with family!

Absolutely wonderful house in a great location!! Wrap around balconies on every floor were much enjoyed! It had everything we needed. The kitchen was so well stocked with all the dishes and cookware to make cooking easy. There were plenty of towels. The elevator was very helpful in getting groceries up to the kitchen. Perfect location to beach, restaurants, shops. Spacious rental with lots of steps but in good condition with ample parking. Evenings were a bit chilly for us to enjoy the pool but enjoyed lounging around it while using the grill. The many levels of porches allowed us to take in some wonderful views of the the ocean and some incoming storms. The extra refrigerator on porch next to kitchen was a much appreciated convenience. Management was very attentive to a couple minor issues. Our 2 families will definitely consider renting this property again.

We were so impressed with this house. The house was stocked with finest top of the line appliances, dishes, potaand pans, serving pieces, wine glasses, (Even the best sheets) etc, which is not typical in a rental. These things did not go unnoticed with our group. Brand new tvs, and ahhhmazing mattresses, as well, which is also rare. We were just a little bit away from beach, but it was not an issue. The pool was great, if it was heated, it would have been perfect. We loved sitting on the massive decks over looking the Red Bar, which was such a great. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

First time to Grayton Beach and can't wait to go back. This rental was nice and roomy - we had 3 families and had plenty of room. Steps from the beach but would still recommend a golf cart to get around the area (just don't park at the end of Garfield in handicap area or you will get a ticket - we did and were just dropping things off for the beach for 5 minutes). Another nice feature was the pool - it was partially shaded by the home after 2pm. This was nice after being at the beach all day - nice opportunity to cool off. Speaking of the beach - it was incredible - clean, plenty of room and the beach umbrella setup was nice. Definitely recommend the house due to the location, size of the home, and it's in Grayton Beach!

We love this house. We love the pool and the new pool furniture is nice. WiFi is iffy, perhaps a booster would be appropriate. The elevator is so handy, wish the dumb waiter worked as well. We have stayed here for the past 5 years and will be back again next year.

We loved both the convenience to the beach and the short bike ride to Seaside and Watercolor. Our only bad experience was once the beaches were closed and we stayed by the pool, workers were running 3 chainsaws all day long cutting posts behind the house.

Beautiful Home
We traveled there with a group of friends - 8 kids and 8 adults. More than enough space and privacy with spacious bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms. Kids loved the bunk room. TV in most bedrooms. Cable with wifi (although slow). Elevator in home to get luggage to higher floors. Well decorated and in good condition. Board games, puzzles in home. Great pool size to entertain kids outside of the ocean. Very close walk to the beach. Great restaurants across the street if you don't want to cook!. The kitchen is well appointed with utensils, glassware, pots/ pans, etc. There were no basics like salt, pepper or foil. Staff at check in was very helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would strongly recommend this home for large groups.

We had a great time. After Dunes Delight is spacious enough that all 19 of us had room to chill out. The house had everything we needed and any repair request were answered promptly. The beach is close so we could go from beach to house easily. We would stay again.
