Wir haben Schildkröten, Mantas und Massen von Fischen, nur ein paar Meter vor der Küste von Kamaole Sands Resort gesehen.
Unsere Wohnung in Kamaole Sands ist zu einem hohen Standard renoviert worden und wurde ein A-Grade verliehen, eine entspannte Atmosphäre zu schaffen, die Ihre "home away from home" sein wird während Ihres Aufenthaltes auf Maui. Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen mit einem herrlichen Wendeltreppe Eiche und dekoriert "Island Style" mit Fliesenböden im gesamten Wohn, gibt es viele schöne Original Hawaiian Ölgemälde und Bett Insel Stil Belägen die Stimmung. Die Wohnung befindet sich im vierten Stock, sowohl die Passatwinde und die beste Aussicht zu kontrollieren. Wir haben offene Kathedrale Decken, in der zweiten Etage der Wohnung ist von einer atemberaubenden Eiche Wendeltreppe näherte.
Die beiden Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein Queen-Size Bett. Es gibt ein zusätzliches Doppelschlafsofa im Wohnbereich, der zwei und zwei kleine Hawaii-Platz für Betten zusammenfalten für zusätzliche Gäste, wir auch eine Packung liefern und Play Krippe und Kindersitz für Säuglinge oder Kleinkinder.
Die Wohnung hat auch ein voll ausgestattetes Wäscherei mit einer Waschmaschine und Trockner. Wir haben alles, was man für den Strand mit übergroßen flauschigen Badetücher und Strandtasche, Kühler, Sonnenschirm, Liegestühle, Boogie Boards, Schnorchelausrüstung sowie eine Versorgung mit Strandmatten müssen versorgt.
Entspannen Sie auf der großen Veranda (es hat schönen vollen Blick auf das Meer) mit einem entspannenden kühlen Drink, Cocktail oder Bier gibt es einen großzügigen Tisch, die leicht Platz für sechs, so können Sie Ihre Mahlzeiten im Freien zu genießen. Property includes everything you need for your stay in Maui. Coolers, beach gear, kitchen gear, and an amazing view from the Lanai! My family really loved this place and I would recommend this place for a stay in Maui!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had read enough reviews from others to have a good idea what to expect.
This is not a luxury condo. No frills, but comfortable. The air conditioning had to work hard to keep us semi-cool. Being the top unit of a three story building, this condo gets hot without the air conditioning running. We honored the owner's request to not run the a/c when we weren't in the condo. But it took an hour or two to cool down when we returned each evening.
There were some thoughtful amenities. We really appreciated the beach umbrellas, small cooler, and 7 beach chairs that were housed on the patio. They even had a set of utensils that could be used for picnics.
The kitchen was tiny (only one person can really be in there cooking at a time). But, the dining room and table were quite large. All the appliances in the kitchen worked well.
It is not right on the beach. But, the view from the patio was still beautiful. We couldn't see the sandy beach of Kamaole Beach Park directly, but the view from the patio was still stunning at sunset with a view of the ocean, the West Maui mountain and Lanai in the distance.
The condo is outdated. But we did't mind that at all. We felt right at home. The upstairs loft's bathroom fan is quite loud and cuts out after running for more than a few minutes. We didn't turn the tv's on (we would much prefer to be out exploring paradise!).
This wasn't a 5 star hotel, but it was perfect for our cheap family of 6.

Overall, a fine stay. Things to be aware of: only 2 bedrooms, so the additional 4 potential people on a listing are on a pull out couch and 2 foam pads. The AC unit in the living room (where the pull out couch is) has a timer - seemed about 5 hours max at a time. So if you sleep with AC, you’ll wake up hot around 5 hours later. I woke up every night between 3-4am to turn the timer back on. Also, the 2nd bedroom is a loft, where noise very clearly and easily travels, really it's like one giant room (living room and loft combined). The beach supplies were great and we enjoyed the location close to the beach!

We had a great stay here for a week. We had a slight issue getting the door code to work but the after-hours call line was immediately responsive and had the issue fixed in minutes. The condo is well-stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. Everything is well labeled and there’s lots of extra linens. The only other issue was running out of toilet paper - they didn’t leave enough for the 6 people the condo sleeps. It’s great to have the beach just down the road. Overall a great experience!

My family and I had a great and wonderful stay! The check in could have been a bit more receptive when requesting access 30 minutes prior to the 4PM class in however that was just a minor inconvenience. The place was well stocked! I was pleasantly surprised with three kitchen having the basics that included sets of dinnerware, pots pans all the gadgets asking with plenty of dish soap and washing detergent along with fabric softener sheets. I totally appreciated the basic spices available along with foiil, wax and plastic paper rolls. The fridge was clean and lots of ice. The rooms were comfortable and had ceiling fans and stand alone fans which was awesome! I especially love that there was plenty of towels sheets and blankets for use and change of linens throughout our week stay. Plenty of ice coolers, beach chairs and umbrellas to use while we stayed and were able to take to the beach which was literally 5 minutes away. Grocery stores were within 5 minutes and local ABC store located at the nearby Texaco was a goldmine. I would 💯 percent stay here again. Oh I totally forgot to mention the pool was clean safe and perfect to just unwind after a long day!

The unit was very clean, across the road from Kamole Beach III - great beach for relaxing. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and easy access from the airport. Would definitely recommend this unit.

The online listing was accurate! We had a multi-generational group and going into the stay, knew what to expect with the lay-out of the rooms. We appreciated the labeling of light switches and the notes to remind us “at a glance” of key requests related to items such as trash and dishes.
During our brief stay, we had two issues (WiFi and the washing machine). The property management was very responsive and resolved both items quickly.

The trip was very nice and we liked the condo. The shower door in the downstairs bathroom was not on the tracks so it did not open and close well. The sink in the downstairs bathroom drains extremely slow and should be cleaned out. There were small coolers that prior guests had left water in and there was mold inside them that we had to clean out. The cots are pieces of foam that lay on the floor. Overall, we had a nice time and enjoyed the space.

We loved staying here. We, the grandparents had the loft to ourselves and daughters family downstairs.
Layout was great and lanai was nice to sit outside Kitchen had what we needed but too small for more than one person to work in when fixing meals, but otherwise had everything we needed.
Enjoyed the pool one night but spent most of the time at the beaches.
Perfect location to get where we needed to go and close to all shopping/restaurants.
Easy to get in touch with owners and property manager when needed.
Overall, great place.

Very beautiful veranda with a view, no good A/C to keep everyone comfortable and nicely appointed and equipped unit. Great beaches, restaurants, and shopping within walking distance. We had a great time at this property. There was a problem with the payment at the beginning with VRBOs website and Tue owner was kind and patient through it all. She was a very wonderful owner to work with and the property was beautiful! I highly recommend this rental and am so thankful that the owners were easy to work with.

We were extremely happy with our stay at this beautiful property. It’s close to everything you may need & has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Fully stocked kitchen (lots of Tupperware which was nice to bring snacks to the beach), coolers, beach chairs, etc. Plenty of room for our family of 7 to stay comfortably. Great option in a great area!

It was a great location but unfortunately wasn’t what we expected. We had two families with young kids. The master bedroom is an open loft so we weren’t able to put our kids to sleep and then be in the living room as the sounds and lights shine so bright into the bedroom. Even if we were a single family the downstairs bedroom was so far away I don’t think I would have been able to hear if the kids were crying in the night. I think a single family with slightly older kids would work well here or a group where everyone would be going to sleep and waking up at the same time.
The master bed was very comfortable but the second bedroom’s bed wasn’t.
The kitchen had all the tools we needed. Several stores are close by. And the pool was fun. The property managers were quick to respond and fix issues (they had someone there within the hour!).
It was strange that the all the information said check out was at 11 but the owner’s note said we had to check out by 10.

The property and location was amazing! Very comfortable for my family of 7. The price was within our budget compared to most. For a family of our size, price was one of the driving factors and this property not only was reasonable but so worth it on every level. So glad we found it. We were so appreciative of all the gear, beach chairs, towels, coolers etc. This as well, help tremendously with the costs. Grateful for places like this that can make our dreams, reality. Would recommend property to anyone, and would definitely come again. Thank you!

We were 7 people but house still felt spacious, Beds are comfortable, plenty of towels and some snorkeling gear and even couple of life jackets were available. House is nicely decorated without feeling cluttered, A/Cs were nice and cold. Overall our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable would love to visit again.

I found the unit to be very comfortable and spacious. Decent views of the mountains to the northwest which were particularly majestic in the light of the rising and setting sun. This was only my second experience with a Vrbo property; I appreciated the allowance for an early checkin and found communicating with the host easy, but found checking in and out with both the local reception and the host to be a little annoying, but I don’t know if both a host and local reception is common.

After an initial cancel in 2020 due to COVID, we were finally able to make it to Maui. The property and location were fantastic. Property owner was incredibly patient and easy to work with as we worked through the initial cancelation and then rebooking process. We all had a great experience.

Enjoyed this condo thoroughly.. Within walking distance to the beach with sand and sunsets, close to food choices, and easy access to the bypass if needed due to traffic. Clean and thoughtfully furnished and stocked. Do keep in mind that one bedroom is upstairs via a circular stairway that some might have difficulty navigating. Resort is well maintained and enjoyable. I was a tad put off by the myriad of instruction signs throughout the condo but do realize that not everyone may be as traveled nor as conscientious about taking care of others property, so I give that a pass. All in all a nice way to enjoy Maui.

Overall we had a good time at this condo at Kam Sands. Communication and booking was smooth and easy. Check-in was simple and quick.
First impression of the condo was that it was quite dirty. Coffee splashed all over the kitchen cabinets, filthy bathroom doors, crumbs and dirt in the clean dish drawers. However, I let my kids and family relax while I did a couple hours of cleaning and then we were good to go!
Upstairs bed was very comfortable, bathroom was nice. Downstairs bed was hard and squeaky- needs a new mattress. Plenty of comfortable clean bedding.
AC worked great for the beginning of the trip but then quit altogether. Called Maui Condo for help but the technician didn’t call back or show up. Had the last couple days without AC. Lots of fans, tho, so we managed.
If you’re staying here make sure to turn the fridge to the lowest level, we lost all our vegetables because they froze- twice- and the fridge was not even half full.
Kitchen had tons of dishes (54+ plates!!) but not enough casserole dishes or food storage (Tupperware). If you like to cook and have leftovers, it’s a problem.
Location is perfect. Kam beaches are great for families, pool and hot tubs were fun, and the BBQ areas were great places to gather. I would definitely come back to Kam Sands, but would try a different unit next time.

Resort is very nice, very well taken care of beautiful grounds and pool area. Staff friendly and helpful. The condo was very well set up for our group of six with great indoor and outdoor seating for all six nice of us. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely consider coming back to the same property again.

My son and daughter in law stayed in this unit (we rented several condos at Kamaole sands) with the grandkids. Well stocked and even being the building towards the back was still close to the beach, even closer to the pool and other amenities. Well stocked and comfy accommodations. Highly recommend

We stayed here for 3 days, prior to this we were in another condo that did not have the “home” feeling. This condo was super clean, well equipped and was just comfortable I would definitely stay here again.
