Meine Suite mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern befindet sich in der obersten Etage (7. Etage) des Honua Kai Resort and Spa, einem Strandresort am Kaanipali Beach. Während Sie auf der großzügigen Veranda sitzen, genießen Sie einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Strand und die nahe gelegene Insel Molokai. Öffnen Sie die Glastüren für das Vollwand-Akkordeon und Ihr gesamtes Wohnzimmer wird Teil des hawaiianischen Außenbereichs. Das Beste ist, dass ich nach Norden ausgerichtet bin, so dass der Lanai den größten Teil des Tages im Schatten liegt, damit ich ihn voll genießen kann.
Die Wohnung ist 1.100 qm innen und 235 qm außen leben auf der Veranda. Das Lanai verfügt über einen Esstisch für 6 Personen, zwei gepolsterte Loungesessel, einen Beistelltisch und einen Stuhl für vollen Meerblick. Es gibt ein Restaurant "Duke's" auf dem Grundstück mit einer großartigen Außenbar, einem ungezwungenen Essbereich im Freien und einer gehobenen Atmosphäre im Inneren. Ein Feinkostgeschäft / Kleinigkeiten / Coffeeshop befindet sich günstig im Erdgeschoss. Der Whaler's General Store befindet sich in der Lobby des Konea Tower und bietet Ihnen Gegenstände, die Sie zu Hause möglicherweise vergessen haben. Ein örtliches Lebensmittelgeschäft befindet sich auf der anderen Straßenseite (ein gesunder Spaziergang). My Sister Brother-in-law met in Maui for the Leap year passing of our Matriarch..She passed in 2020 and we spread her ashes by request two years ago..

Great location, with beautiful view of beach from balcony. Beautiful resort grounds, very well maintained, with access to multiple pools. Beach has excellent snorkeling (snorkeling gear available in condo), including encounters with green turtles. Great information provided by host, smooth check-in, easy accessible parking in garage, and very friendly people everywhere. Beautiful condo, with truly everything provided in. Great food option nearby- teenagers loved walking to food truck area. We had a truly fun, relaxing beach vacation, with beautiful weather each day.

This was our second trip to Honua Kai in Kaanapali. The property is excellent and as advertised. Great location and amenities, from the pools, to the beach, Dukes bar and restaurant, poolside service and the excellent ocean views…particularly whale watching from the 7th floor lanai. This unit is well furnished and updated. Well stocked kitchen utensils and appliances for dinning in when preferred. Also a great location to walk up/down the beach or boardwalk steps out the door. Convenient parking as well. Owner Shelly was detailed a pre trip communication which was very helpful. Would highly recommend and definitively go back. Mid January stay was perfect weather and whale watching season

Shelly's condo is amazing and exactly as shown on VRBO. She is super responsive and made the entire trip easy. Great information to local activities and it is the perfect location for relaxation and fun. The area is being rebuilt from the fires, but this location is away from the main destruction. Most of the local community is very receptive to the tourist returning. Everyone we encountered was amazing.

We would highly recommend this listing to anyone wanting to visit Maui. Shelly provided so much helpful information/local recommendations prior to our arrival and was a great communicator throughout our stay. Her condo is gorgeous and there is nothing like the early morning or sunset views from her lanai. Shelly's listing provided everything we needed without looking cluttered. The pools, Duke's restaurant, and proximity to the ocean also helped to make great memories during our stay.

My husband and I absolutely loved this vacation rental.The lanai is wonderful, the kitchen very nice, and the beds/bathrooms spacious and clean. Thank you Shelley for letting us stay in your beautiful condo. Was hard to leave because we were having the best time. My family of 5 stayed here over the July 4th weekend and it was a great stay. The property is well appointed as described, clean, and in great location. There are a multitude of high quality beach accessories in condo as well as some essentials in the kitchen left by the owner and previous guests. The Honua Kai is a beautiful resort and I would highly recommend staying at this property and this condo specifically.

When we arrived the check-in process was so easy. Very prompt and courteous. Once we arrived in our room we were more than impressed. Had just about everything in the condo that you could think of. The view on the Lanai were spectacular. Pools were very nice. Lot's of seating around the pools. Rented a cabana one day and that was very nice. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend to all my friends and family.

Shelly is truly an amazing landlord. She provided us with detailed information regarding what to expect when we arrive, where to eat and shop. She also provided us with details about the condo and arrival instructions. Her notes were very detailed and very helpful and made our stay so much more enjoyable.

Very clean and tastefully presented. The condo looks exactly like the pictures. The furniture is new and the beds were wonderful.
Shelly always made herself available to us to answer any questions we had and she replied back very quickly. As an added bonus, she gave us access to her pantry which has a variety of spices that made eating in very pleasurable.
We would definitely stay here again and I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. You will have a great stay and will not be disappointed.

My family of six had a great time in this condo. It is very clean and well-stocked. The views are gorgeous (we saw so many whales from the balcony we stopped counting!). Check in was easy and communication with the owner was very informative. The location is very convenient to Lahaina. We would definitely recommend this condo!

We stayed here with a family of 6 including a toddler. The condo has a beautiful lanai with a great view of the ocean. The beach is just 5 minutes away and there are several nice pools available in case the waves are too big for any small children. The beach has nice snorkeling spots just right off the coast. There are some big rocks at parts though which makes it harder to just walk around in the water. Further down the beach there are fewer rocks. The condo is outfitted with anything you could need including multiple sets of snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, inner tubes, coolers, boogie boards, and more.
There were many nice touches as well such as some snacks and cookies as a welcome gift which were much appreciated.
I would definitely stay here again in the future.

It truly doesn't get much better than this! The condo was perfect for us, and it was just as pictured. We watched whales from the patio every single day. Opening the large glass doors for open-air living was great. The parking garage was so convenient and Shelly's amazing visitor notes and dining recommendations were game-changing. We Loved It!

Property was excellent, we have stayed at the resort before but this unit is great as Shelly has stocked the unit with all the things you will need for beach from chairs to sand toys and more. I appreciated kitchen items that were also stocked as well. Great view from lanai.

Shelly is absolutely a dream to deal with! I had travel issues and she was the easiest person to communicate with and so accommodating. The property is gorgeous and stocked with any and everything you could ask for. I have stayed in vrbo rentals for years and I have never seen one with everything that was provided here. This unit had a lanai with an amazing view of the ocean and the inner courtyard swimming pool. This was the ideal stay, to have breakfast on the lanai in the shade. On the 7th floor we were able to see whales breaching . This place is awesome.

This place was simply beautiful. Shelly was a very accommodating and communicative host. Location was perfect and we could keep an eye on our older kids at the pool from the lanai. This place was equipped with everything - shampoo, soap, detergent, coffee, snacks, pool and beach toys. We would book again in a heartbeat!

The apartment was perfect for our stay, being top floor it was very quiet & private.
The views from the lanai are lovely & you can see some special Maui sunsets from right there.
The whole resort was very well maintained & has great pools. It is very family orientated with lots of young children - but also a quiet pool for those of us not travelling with young ones. We had an amazing trip and the property was absolutely stunning! Shelly was great from the very beginning and made the entire process so easy! The extras that were included were wonderful and allowed the entire family to enjoy several comfortable days lounging and playing at the beach! Perfect bacation
Amazing location! Beautiful view, lots of shade. No direct sun. The unit was fantastic with lots of the things that are a pain to bring along like beach stuff (umbrellas, roller ice chest, chairs, sand toys, ect) and baby stuff like a bumpo seat and pack n play. There was even blue ice in the freezer with several soft sided ice chests. Love the backpack cold bag! And… the AC works VERY well. Thank you Shelly! We loved our stay🥰

Owner was very easy to deal with and even checked in with an email to ensure everything was good. The resort itself was amazing for our 11 and 14 year old boys. They loved the pools, water slide, hot tubs, and playing football in the courtyard or the green space between the pool and beach. The beach is steps away and is very nice as well along with Duke’s restaurant with amazing ocean views. We’ve stayed many places in Hawaii and this was the best!

We have been to Maui five times over the years. This property is by far our favorite.
Clean, air conditioned, fully-stocked, beach and pool views--my favorite was the shaded lanai which was comfortable at all times of the day.
The owner provided great instructions and communication.
