Anthony's place in Newport Beach was wonderful with easy access to a beautiful beach and the warmest water I've ever experienced in the Pacific. The upstairs unit was exactly as the pictures suggest, with more than enough room for my party of 3. The place was clean, well stocked and equipped, with wonderful touches like the upstairs roof deck, beach chairs and towels, and three Smart TVs. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

We loved our stay at this lovely upstairs unit. The bedrooms were lovely. We didn’t need ac as there was a nice cross breeze. Parking was great. Really loved the location. It is very close to all the restaurants and shops. Loved the outdoor bbq area. Thank you for hosting us.

Great family vacation house steps from the sand!
This house was awesome! Tons of towels for the beach and showers. Tons of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and sand toys. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is big with all items needed to cook daily, bathrooms nice and stocked with supplies. We don’t have a bad thing to say about this place.

This is a fantastic beach house rental
We loved our stay at Anthony's house. The location cannot be beat, and the house is new, modern, and clean. The rooftop deck was such a great feature and we enjoyed our evenings on it playing games. Anthony was very quick to answer any questions we had during our stay. We had a 3 and 1 year old with us. I felt the house was very child/baby friendly, and didn't need to worry about my toddler injuring herself or breaking any valuables. Thank you, Anthony, for such an amazing place!

Anthony was an exceptional host. The tandem parking was perfect. We had one suv that fit in the covered parking and a small suv that fit in the garage. The beach was less then 100 yards away and same with all the restaurants. The house was very modern and clean. We thought not having A/C would be a problem but with the windows open at night it was very cold and you could hear the ocean waves. A/C is not necessary. I would highly recommend this house.

This home is so close to the ocean with white water views from the rooftop deck. The proximity to the pier, restaurants and shops were key to our stay. There are two parking spots which made it convenient. We also booked the other townhome (2 bedroom) in this building which made it ideal for a large gathering.

Up to date, great place close to the beach
The house was very well supplied with everyday things you would need for a family of 4. Literally can see the ocean from the deck or doors that open to the street. I would highly recommend to anyone coming to the Newport area. Anthony the owner is very helpful and available if you need anything. He does a great job.
Plenty more room for others as well. Modern setting.
Cooking utensils and supplies are all there.

My family has used this residence two years on a row. We absolutely love the home. It has all been recently remodeled and done well. Spacious and clean down to a tankless water heater that is eco friendly and a family necessity. The landlord is awesome, considerate, and very accomadating.
We use the roof deck which has a beautiful gas fireplace when we want to enjoy the sunset ocean views with a nice glass of wine. The two main bedrooms are upstairs providing some quiet when early risers are messing around in the kitchen.
We can walk a 100 meters and grab an awesome meal at the Flying Fish around the corner without needing to drive and park which is a challenge in this saught after neighborhood. There are two parking spots for medium to small vehicles which is a huge bonus. The landloard is very responsive with technical assistance and special requests.
I only ask one thing of the wider rental community. Please don't pursue my week (3rd week in July). We will be using this as long as the landord owns the property. I guess that makes me selfish....oh well, get over it.

Well I’ve had the pleasure of staying at both houses in Newport Beach. Both are what you would want in a beach house. He has kids beach toys, high chair, play pin. Also umbrella, beach chairs (3). The only thing you need is your family and friends. Anthony goes over and beyond what you get in his houses. Thanks again Anthony everything I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Newport.

We loved the location!
This was our second vacation rental in Newport and the location is perfect. The house is beautiful and has all the amenities your family will need for a stay at the beach. The owners were very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process- from questions before reserving to help during our stay. The outdoor shower is a plus to help clean off the sand before heading inside. We enjoyed the rooftop deck as well! There is a carport and garage, that is perfect for a smaller vehicle. We had a Navigator because of the size of our group and it was very difficult to get parked and was certainly not fitting in the garage. Anyone who has visited this part of Newport is aware of the parking conditions, but I wish we would have known so we could have selected a different size rental car. You won't be disappointed in this rental!

Family Vacation to Newport
The house was in a really great location with walking proximity to anything that you really need. Very newly modern interior with everything that you need from the kitchen. Great big family style table in the kitchen is where we were most of the nights playing games with the kids. Comfortable beds, which was a big deal to us as the last rental we had the beds were horrible. Great to have a parking spot all the time too. We rented a car for a couple days to make the Disney trip with our children. The Garage had a lot of the essentials for the beach including chairs umbrella, football, frisbee etc... We make an annual trip to Newport and I think this will be the house that we rent year after year from here on out. Owners were very accessible and easy to get a hold of not only before the trip but during. Great place and would highly recommend it.

Great for Eight!
We had family in town from the East Coast and rented this property for 5 days. Lots of room for all of us (4 adults and 4 children) and the house was very nice. Super close to beach, shops, restaurants and grocery store. The parking is a bit tight (as it is on the peninsula), but luckily we didn't really need to use the car while we were there. Owner was very quick at answering questions we had upon arrival. Would rent this property again.

Anthony's place is awesome, it's beautiful, well decorated, comes with everything you need including some beach toys and is literally steps to the beach. So close to the boardwalk, lots of shops and places to eat...great overall location. Anthony himself is very responsive and helpful and his brother is also accessible if you need him. The place is better than I imagined. Well decorated and properly equipped. we had no problems.
We had a great experience staying at this place. The close proximity to the beach was super convenient. We were able to enjoy the beach and it's many local establishments without having to be hassled with the beach traffic. The view from the balcony was amazing as was having a BBQ up there. The kids loved being able to come and go to the beach as they please. Overall, a wonderful experience for my family and friends. We look forward to doing this again and at this same place.

Great Family Place
This was our first VRBO rental experience. Anthony (owner) and his brother were great and very helpful with information. Anthony cared about our stay and wanting to make sure we were happy. The place was in great shape, nicely decorated and clean. Located on the edge of activity, but still quiet. Worked well for us parents and the 4 teenagers we brought. The house had enough supplies so that we did not have to buy things like paper towels and laundry soap. Kitchen was well supplied with cookware, utensils, etc. My wife and I both agreed this was a great experience. Thanks Anthony.
