We were so happy to be able to rent again! This is a lovely home with a serene view from the wonderful screened porch. I had coffee out there every morning and enjoyed watching the various birds and the lake. We also ate dinner on the porch, and enjoyed relaxing in the evenings on the comfortable couch, and then in bed. Cara and Bill are great hosts, and everything we needed was there. Still didn't get to enjoy the boat or kayaks, but there's always next time!

We loved staying at this house on Lake Molly. We found this house to be very relaxing, and enjoyed how quiet the neighborhood was! There was plenty of room to spread out.

My 11yr old son and I stayed here while visiting disney and the area beaches. Could not have chosen a better place! It is immaculately clean. Very relaxing location by the lake with it's own dock. Alot of things you might need are already at the house. Example, I brought 2 lawn chairs, a beach umbrella, towels, and a lifejacket halfway across the country. No need, all that stuff was already there. We loved it there and had a great time. But the kayaks and the john boat were the icing on the cake. My son had more fun out on lake molly than doing the things I already had planned. Even ran down the boats battery on the other side of the lake and had to row back. That was an adventure :) Would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

Communication with owners was excellent. They even had a birthday cake for my son, which he and I really appreciated!!!! Overall wonderful experience. I will definitely stay here again!!!!

We were overwhelmed with this home with its cleanliness and peaceful setting on a small lake. It is off the beaten path and yet close to everything you need in Deland, Florida. The owner was delightful to get to know and helpful with all details during our stay.

There is even a sauna we didn’t try but looked very inviting. It is close enough to anything you could need and about 45 minutes from the ocean. Cara was very responsive to anything we needed. Definitely would stay again.

The experience overall was more than pleasant. Even before we arrived Cara was available to answer any questions I had about her property and the Deland area. During our stay she was also available for questions as well!! The property itself and the location were perfect!!! The house was welcoming, very clean, comfortable, and had everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. The beds were comfortable and you really felt like you were sleeping in your own bed!!! The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. you could possibly need. The extra touches such as the boat with trolling motor and battery hook up are just the type of thing that puts this property in a class all by itself. The deck and chairs overlooking the lake were a perfect spot to fish the well stocked lake or sip your morning coffee. We truly enjoyed our time there and we’re sad to leave. We loved this peaceful property. Coffee on the screened porch watching the lake was one of my favorite things. The house was clean and comfortable and we were close to family, but enjoyed our quiet retreat. We hope to rent again when we're in the area again.

The home was beautiful, comfortable and very well kept. Owners very responsive to any questions or concerns. The large screened in patio was where we spent a lot of our time relaxing and enjoying the view of the lake. Often seeing different kinds of birds and occasionally sky divers . The home was adequately furnished with towels/wash clothes and kitchen utensils and also a washer and dryer for our use. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly come back if the opportunity arises. Thanks Cara and Bill for being such great hosts! We wish you all the best!

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with very little traffic. Cara is a wonderful host. The neighbors are also very friendly. The house was immaculate and conveniently located near several state parks, theme parks, and historical sites. I would definitely stay here again.

The "Lakehouse" was awesome! Everything is as shown in the pictures - beautiful and comfortable furnishings and decorations, ample towels and linens provided, new appliances, jon boat and paddle boat, and a view of the lake that was wonderful! We enjoyed sitting in the screened porch, fishing from the dock, and watching the lake birds and geckos! The home is away from the hustle and bustle, but close to Daytona and New Smyrna Beach. Cara was so friendly and responded to our questions quickly. We were so lucky to meet her - she is great! Thank you so much - we had a wonderful and relaxing time!

We love the place because it's far enough away from City and congestion but close enough that it's an easy drive to the beach or to attractions in Orlando. Owner was also very nice and accommodating. Everything was very clean and in working order.
