Great stay

Very nice facility but under staffed. Rooms are clean but may benefit of a deep cleaning on air ducts and ceiling corners. We didn’t received room services during our stay. Had to go to lobby to get fresh towels and shower gel. Breakfast was great and staff very social.

Great location. Would stay there again.

Construction all around!

This hotel was a very pleasant experience. From check-in to check-out, everything was very nice. Bed was comfortable. I am not a fan of the duvet? (bed cover) I appreciate that you provided a clean blanket in a sealed bag so I didn't ’t have to wrestle with the duvet all night. The only real issue is the room doors. Apparently, there is no way to close them quietly. I was awakened every morning due to a door slamming. So, I tried to close mine quietly. It was a challenge. I think there is an adjustment for that. Just trying to add some constructive feedback.

The staff made the difference. So friendly and ready and willing to help out and go beyond! Comfortable and quiet facilities and everyone made us feel welcomed and tended to our every need!

Air conditioner was not working properly. Didn’t get cold in the hotel. Elevator was broken on one side. The other elevator made horrible noises. The breakfast they had was not as good as they hyped about. The biscuits was hard as a rock. Gravy was cold. Didn’t have any milk out. The apple juice was out and orange juice only came out looking like it. But tasted like orange water. We booked two nights. Two different reservations. Checked out on 16th and in the same room checked in. I did ask for my sheets to be changed and my bed to be made. And didn’t get that. I didn’t get no fresh towels. The amount of money I paid. I should have had better service.

Shower would not turn off and they had not a single competent person to resolve so I got a screwdriver from front desk and temporarily fixed it myself.

It's nice and quiet

The hotel is very nice. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming . The room was clean and spacious. I would definately recommend .

Love the stay in this hotel

The room was nice, clean and plenty of room. The bed was comfortable and the shower was perfect! I will definitely stay here again when traveling for work.

This hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. Not one complaint

Our shower door would not slide. Had to pick it up to move it. Took a couple minutes to figure it out. Toilet paper holder was way behind you. Not very convenient. Otherwise our stay was very good. Breakfast was just ok.

Good basic standard, clean, quite and safe

The a/c heater made noise, so we had to use the cooler. The night clerk was friendly and efficient. The morning clerk was preoccupied.

We chose this hotel/room because it said it had both refrigerator and microwave. We got in around 1 AM (we were in town for a family medical emergency), and there was no microwave. We needed a microwave for some dietary concerns. I thought there might be one in breakfast area. No microwave. When checking out two days later, I asked about it. They said none of those particular rooms had a microwave. I showed them where I saw it online. They agreed to give me a discount. They also pointed to a microwave behind the front desk…not exactly accessible to guests. When leaving, I checked my bank acct to see that the $ had been withdrawn. Not only was the full amount withdrawn, but there was an extra $35 charge? Pet fee? I don’t know why it would be separate. The next day, I checked bank acct again, and the full amount (except the $35) had been put back in my acct?! Another day went by, and it was taken out again. I did not appreciate the false advertising about the microwave, and then for the hotel to be playing games with my bank acct. Either take the money out once, or don’t take it at all. A business should not have the right to put it back and take it again. Strange business and bookkeeping practices. The next time we are in town (in a few weeks), we will choose a different hotel chain. If staying here, check you bank account!

We really like staying at this Hampton. It is very conveniently located. We love being able to walk to OB's, Chili's, Sonny's, Goodwill and many others. Our room was nice, clean, and had a fridge.

It was clean, quiet and easy to get to. Desk clerk was courteous and very friendly

I wish the toilet paper was not so hard. The breakfast was good but the bread smelled funny, the bananas were green, and the sausage was not good. Wish the potatoes had some kind of crunch not just thrown in the microwave. The beds were comfortable, hot water shower, did find 2 roaches in the bathroom and by the tv.

Excellent staff. We'll stay here once again.

Complimentary breakfast was a great way to start our day ; we stayed in the area to hike @ the local state parks . We will stay@ another Hampton suites again in the near future

We stayed in this hotel November 11-15, 2023 Super clean, very comfortable, easy to get to everything one can possibly need. Good breakfast. We didn't need anything special because everything was there, even the newspaper. But the front desk was very friendly so, I imagine, if you would need anything they would help. We walked to Aldi and to Publix. Publix has super delicious soups. We wanted to thank everybody for their hospitality, everybody at the front desk, breakfast room and all those people who we didn't even see but we know to have a busy place as this one to run so smoothly there has to be a lot of work done.. Special thank you to ladies who made out room so pleasant every day. We stayed in room 313.
