The place was clean and we enjoyed our stay very much!

We took a road trip to Nashville in our RV with family and dogs and needed somewhere to park the RV and let the dogs run around. The house sufficiently served our needs. All of the amenities worked well. The enclosed porch was a great entertainment space. Short drive to Nashville and a super home-base for visiting other neighboring cities like Louisville, KY- which we also highly recommend.

We stayed to play softball. House was great. Lots of room and the laundry really helped with softball.

Property was clean, nice area, fit all 6 of us comfortably. Great communication with the host.

We were visiting from Chicago for a girl’s trip. There were 5 of us and the house was perfect for our group. Definitely could have had 2 more guests if needed. It was clean, comfortable, great location near grocery store and about 10-15 minutes from downtown area. No problems getting an Uber ride every day to and from the city. The interior was lovely, decorated so nice. The kitchen had all the essentials we needed to cook and grill out. The outdoor hot tub area was a nice touch too. We would definitely stay again.

The house is exactly as advertised in the listing. Very clean, nice neighborhood, close to the interstate for surrounding cities. The listing states that there is a 10pm noise ordinance and it is firm. I do believe there is a neighbor that sits and waits for 10pm and then contacts the owner to complain. We literally had the teenagers out of the hot tub at 9:55 due to the 10pm quiet time and still received a call and email due to us not answering the phone. It is hard not to talk too loud after 10pm if you are outside enjoying the porch and hot tub. The correspondence with the owner was easily navigated about the issue. We only had one loud episode outside shortly after 10pm due to the teenagers trying to scare the parents who were in the hot tub. All in all a nice place but serious over the noise.

Very nice, Small home in quiet neighborhood. Convenient location to everything we wanted to see. Hot tub was filthy upon arrival, we ended up draining and cleaning it before it was usable. Minor exterior safety issues if traveling with small children. Fire pit area was left distraught (i assume by previous guest) Overall, would stay again.

This location was great, easy access to downtown Nashville. Very clean, quiet neighborhood.

Awesome long weekend in Nashville

I would definitely recommend this house! We were a group of 6 friends traveling for a reunion. It's in a quiet neighborhood, but there are stores within walking distance. We absolutely loved the deck, yard, and hot tub. It feels as though you're secluded, but downtown Nashville is just a short Uber ride away. Everything in the house is well taken care of and the property managers are so communicative and easy to work with. I plan to stay here again when I come back to Nashville!

We had a wonderful time: the house is just as described: not too big not too small/ very clean and the location was spot on. Close to everything. We loved the hot tub, outdoor fire pit, and having washer and dryer available.safe neighborhood. A great stay!

CousinsBNB was upfront and on top of communication. My original booking had an issue at the last second and they were able to make everything right without needing anything from me. Only small issue was my check in had a hiccup because of the last second change. Otherwise great host.

This property was the perfect location for our stay! We had a variety of ages with us so it was close enough to Broadway, Downtown Nashville, Old Hickory Lake, Airport and much much more! The neighborhood was quiet and low key and made my mom and younger daughter feel safe! The back screened in patio was an amazing hang out spot at night! The property manager was in touch from beginning to end and made our stay easy! I would definitely recommend this location for families looking to experience all of Nashville

Cute cozy place, hot tub was amazing

We stayed here for a quick get away. The hot tub was amazing especially since all of Nashville got shut down due to a snow storm. The reason cleanliness didn’t get a 5/5 was we found cotton balls and crackers under the couch and the mattress pad on the sofa sleeper was nasty. We let the host know about them. All in all we enjoyed our stay and had fun!

The house was great and it's really conveniently located close to the Airport and not too far from downtown.

The hosts were friendly and quick with communication. We had one small issue with the internet service (it was not the fault of the hosts) and they offered us a partial refund. The house is clean and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Will definitely be back!
