Great facilities, plenty of activities, great pool area, convenience shop, virtual golf, game room, etc. Nearby the massive Providence Shopping center, any type of store you would need.
The breakfast left a bit to be desired, although free. Was told a replenishment of eggs were on the way, after 6-7 minutes and no new eggs, all employees disappeared and I gave up waiting.
After a week of traveling with a new hotel each day, and the previous few facilities offering free laundry machines, it's highlighted for me how ridiculous the whole process of ATM, breaking $20 bills, making change to get quarters, etc. is in this (and most) hotels.
King Bed room was cramped.

Location was good.
No blankets. No coffee maker.. No microwave. No dressers.
Watery scrambled eggs, sausage looked awful, no bacon, muffin was old/dry. Lobby music was too loud TV sound so low you couldn't hear. 2nd day we went someplace else.

The breakfast was amazing!! Myself and the friends i came with raved about it. You do have to keep your key card to get in, so dont check out before eating! Location was close to everything. The pool table was fun and have Topgolf simulator that the guys enjoyed.
When we first checked in, the room was really hot. Turned the air on and down and felt like forever before the room felt cool. We went to dinner and came back and it was nice at that point for bed. Otherwise the room was nice and clean. The beds were comfy and shower was nice.

The staff was excellent, Racheal at the front dest was very polite and quick to get us checked in. The rooms were super clean and tight. The pool was nice and the foyer was huge.
The only thing that was so so was the breakfast.. mostly bread and sugar.. I did have the eggs but I do not like them cooked that way, so it might have just been my pickyness. It was a good stay overall

The property was very nice and safe!
The stay was $200 dollars for the night, and the checkout experience wasn’t great at all.
5.0
It was beyond beautiful
The pool was really nice but I didn’t like the fact that it was located in front of the building where people come in. It’s just everybody can see your swim time.
2.5
The shower, hand soap, and body wash.
The room was really small and only 1 chair in the room for 3 people. The breakfast was really bad, nothing was working and the food was not ready when they opened.
Only one elevator was working, and it stopped working one night during our stay.

Everything was super nice, comfortable and clean
The breakfast was unfortunately extremely underwhelming. There was very little available option wise and the main attraction (the pancake maker) was broken.

Location was good
Too modern for my taste. Had to ask twice for towels at front desk.
1.5
It was clean
1 elevator didn't work when I arrived then later that even both elevators didn't. For breakfast that pancake maker didn't work at all.

It was a room to stay in.
The staff, the atmosphere, the professionalism, the security, the lack of hot water. My husband and I arrived at 10:15 PM at this hotel on 7/7. It took the front desk an hour and a half to get us checked in. First, the desk was unable to see my reservation. I had to call booking.com and resend my confirmation. That’s fine. After I got my room, the front desk gave me a key to a room that was already occupied by an older couple. I ended up opening their room at 11:00pm expecting an empty accommodation. Thank GOD their security lock was on and nobody was scared or indecent. Giving me someone else’s room key is so unacceptable. It is such a breach of security and if I was the other couple who’s door I opened, I would have been FURIOUS. They barely offered that couple any apologies and called them at almost 11:00pm asking who they were because they don’t even have their reservations straight.
After that whole ordeal it took the staff AN HOUR AND A HALF to check me in. They had to call their manager finally to figure out how to do it. How did they right their wrongs? They offered me 2 drinks…yup that’s it. I got a Power Aid and a Diet Dr. Pepper on the house. Which by the way, I need to even check if that was given to me as a gift because I wouldn’t trust that they actually comped it. Connie at the front desk was unapologetic after I explained that I opened someone else’s door and literally LAUGHED when I told her I was given someone else’s room. Luckily I video recorded that poor conversation and maybe it can used as an example of how NOT to react to a guest who just got traumatized for opening another guests room and waiting for an hour and a half to finally rest. Last but not least the shower ran out of cold water in 5 minutes.

the staff was friendly enough, the room was clean and comfortable, the location was perfect for a hotel in Mount Juliet.
do not rely on the breakfast. I chose this place for the breakfast included and the nice outdoor pool, but the breakfast was skimpy and they quickly ran out of pretty much everything. all that was left were eggs, cereal, and toast two of our mornings during our stay.
the pool was lovely, but throughout 4 days of rain, they left the pool towels and all seat cushions outside and they didn’t replace them so it all smelled like mildew when the sun did come out.

Actually, I wanted to rate the hotel as very good - because the rooms are good, clean and we missed nothing.
BUT
we spent one night from Saturday to Sunday. We wanted to go for breakfast at 9:40am, which should officially be available until 10am (and this on a Sunday!)
When we came, the breakfast was already taken away. When we asked about it, we just got the answer: "We have already taken it away; it was empty - sorry about that."
REALLY? - This is the service for almost $300 per night?
I would like to have the opportunity to comment on this at the check-out. But the lady was also disinterested in us and didn't even ask how our stay was. So, we decided, it makes no sense to mention it, because friendly human service is not the mission of this hotel.
Unfortunately, I would have given nearby full stars - but this behavior can destroy anything of a reputation.
Another topic is that this hotel is declared sustainable. In my opinion, too much disposable objects - a good example of greenwashing. But this is another topic.

Location, the shower, the shampoo/cond/body wash. This is my 2nd time staying here within an 8 month period. Loved the coffee :)
Didn't like not ever having bacon at breakfast. Didn't like the sausage they provided daily. Same sausage they had 8 months before and didn't like it then either.

THE AUTOMATIC DOOR ,,,i think is a small dangerous when you are with children and the door closes by itself when you got VERY HOT COFEE..

staff and prepared coffee in the lobby at all hours.
the distinguished between the HGi side vs the tru side. NO WHERE TO PUT YOUR CLOTHES?! our room was outside of the pool on the second floor and the music outside was so loud at the pool.

The hotel is new and offered a lot of socializing in the lobby.
The rooms was tiny!

Now the good: Convenient, safe location. Service was fine, staff was friendly. Bed was nice - slept ok except fire department showed up after two alarms went off and woke us (apparently someone was smoking in a room). Breakfast was fair to ok...eggs were cold, pancake machine stopped working. But we ate. Top floor view was nice. BUT...
Where to begin??? The bad: We stayed the evening of December 3, one night. Only one chair in the room, a small computer chair. Lamps were unplugged except one. When heat was turned down, AC automatically came on and chilled the room. No ventilation in bathroom. No microwave. Very disappointed in a room we definitely paid too much for. Could've paid less nearby and gotten a lot more! I've stayed at other Tru Hotels and was very pleased. Not this one. Likely won't stay here again. Definitely cannot recommend.

I have booked this hotel through booking.com
While check in we were late due to delayed in getting our rental car. When we reach to hotel we were told that because you ate late your room is allocated to someone else and now you have to book your room again. We didn't have choice and I had to book my room again. I am still waiting to get my money back from booking.com
Very disappointing service from hotel. Please beaware before booking.
