Best newly renovated home - amazing for family and friends weekend. Our favorite place to stay!

Villa was exceptional clean and beautiful decor. Kitchen was stocked with extra pots, pans and spices. Excellent A/C in all rooms. Extra beach towels and bedding. One of our guests planned a surprise engagement on the beautiful outside staircase at sunset. Thank you for an unforgettable long weekend. We will definitely be booking again. 🤗

This property is extremely gorgeous. Ocean front views. Huge villa with plenty of rooms and restrooms. Great job to the owners everything was amazing.

This place was everything and more and was an enjoyable stay!

Best location when visiting Puerto Penasco/Rocky Point. The upgrades done to the home are perfection. The pictures on line do not do the place justice. You have to see it in person to understand the beauty of this home. Located beach front with a jacuzzi and rooftop area. It was everything we expected and more!! We visited at the height of the summer heat and the home was nice and air conditioned. Each bedroom was well furnished and had comfortable beds. The kitchen had all the necessities to create a meal and entertain. Loved the specialty ice cube freezer! Property security was great. They were always aware when we were coming and going checked in with us frequently. Felt very safe which made our time more relaxing and enjoyable. We will definitely be returning to this home for future family vacations.

Out stay was amazing. The Villa was beautiful and exceeded all expectations! We were able to enjoy beautiful beach views and only steps away from the water! Will definitely be back!

We booked this property for our daughter and five of her friends as a senior trip after just graduating from high school. A few of the parents went with us as well so in total we had 13 people staying in the house, and it was more than enough room for all of us. The house itself was large and absolutely beautiful, the location right on the beach was perfect as we spent a lot of the time on the back patio/deck when we weren't out in the water, and after staying at other resorts in the area we can confidently say that Bella Sirena resort is one of the nicest resorts on all of Sandy Beach. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

We stay here every year and this year was even better due to the recent remodeling of kitchen/family room. Gorgeous and efficient kitchen. Love the pellet ice machine. Non stop ice for coolers, drinks, …. Can’t wait until next year.

This is the third time we stay at this location. Love the upgrades. One thing is tht the sliding doors dont lock. Overall it is a very safe and well secured, but can be conserning because if you have belongings it not secure. Once again love the place love Rocky Point. Till next time

We have stayed at this owner's other villas and at this one prior to the remodel. Let me say, the remodel was outstanding. Something you would see in Scottsdale for sure! Every little feature was perfect. Kitchen was amazingly outfitted, with appliances & supplies to cook for large groups. Bar with pellet ice maker and drink fridge, but if that is not enough you also have a large fridge in the garage for all the food/drinks! The dining fits 14, living room seating does too! On the sand and right in the action. Beds and bedding supplies are top-notch. Showers are excellent with plenty of towels, etc. Spoils you from ever going anywhere else. Kayaks, Paddleboards for use on the side of the villa, and lots of beach accessories in the garage for use. A true home away from home !

We had 17 of us at this house and it was plenty of room and very comfortable!!! Loved it

From the moment we walked into the home it took our breath away! The View!! The home itself was perfect! Freshly renovated with upscale appliances, the best ice maker ever! Beautiful bar area, amazing kitchen. We had so much room for 8 ladies, not to mention the fun we had. Everything you could possibly need is available in this perfectly situated home on the beach with spectacular views of the ocean and sunsets! Can’t wait to return next year!

As always this house never lets you down. Great location and fantastic amenities left us wanting or needing nothing but the beautiful ocean breeze and fun on the beach.

Our family of 8 which turned to 6 as two didn't make it to Rocky Point thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable villa. The villa was appointed with all the necessary items needed for our Thanksgiving weekend stay. The owner is quick to respond if you have any questions or issues. We will back to stay in this villa.

First time staying at Bella Sirena and could not have been happier. The location can't be beat. Villa was very well stocked and met all expectations.

Number one positive to this place beside the spacious layout, is the air conditioner. Each room is zoned, and stayed very cold. So great in the warm months. The location to the beach and pools was THE BEST.

We've stayed at many other places over the years but this one was our favorite. The house was beautiful, the location was perfect, and the house was well stocked with anything you could possible need and then some.....all the comforts of home. The contact was very responsive when we did run out of some essential and had them there within a few mins. Next time we visit we will definitely consider this listing again.

Great location, nice house, a very good experience

Beautiful villa in the most perfect location! It was absolutely perfect w kids because it was right on the beach. Bella sirena is my favorite resort there. Villa had everything we needed and more. One thing to note that surprised us - the 5th bedroom and bathroom is not part of the main villa- you have to go outside to enter it, which unfortunately made it unusable for us. Beautiful place - highly recommend!!!

This is our third time to stay in this Villa. As before the stay was great and it is in a great resort.

I can’t think of a better spot to spend an amazing long weekend with friends and family in Rocky Point. The house and location are spectacular and Neal made everything easy from the moment of booking right through our stay. I could not be more satisfied.

Between the perfect location, pristine property and the most incredibly accommodating owners; this was by far one of our favorite rentals in Mexico. The home is fully equipped and is located close to all the desired resort amenities. Our family can’t wait to go back already!

We absolutely love this property! Neal was amazing! We ended up meeting him the day of departure! They literally thought of everything! We stay in RP 3-4 times a year and I never want to stay anywhere else! House is fully stocked with everything you need and I mean everything! Beds are comfortable, view is out of this world! You will not regret booking here! Thanks for everything Neal!!

From the moment we arrived the house and atmosphere were amazing. I was great relaxing on the porch as the kids played in on the beach and in the ocean. Bella Serina has the best beachfront on sandy beach.

The owners are very helpful and nice people. This was our second time our friends and us have rented one of their property's. We have never been disappointed. Looking forward to hopefully next Spring. The Villa is very clean and well stocked with whatever you may need.
