Comfortable & quiet Provincetown home in the West End
Mein Sommerhaus ist eine helle, sonnige und geräumige Ranch-Haus in einer sehr ruhigen Lage direkt an der Pleasant Street um 11 Carnes Lane im Londoner West End von Provincetown. Es ist schön mit bequemen Betten und eine angenehme Mischung aus Antiquitäten, Kunstwerke und funktionale Möbel. Das Haus verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder. Es ist zu Fuß zum Supermarkt, zwei Fitness-Studios, sowie bequem zum Strand zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad. Es ist auch sehr kurzen Fußweg zu den Geschäften, Bars und Restaurants auf der Commercial Street und den Boston Fähren auf dem Kai ankommen. Es gibt eine private Terrasse und eine Terrasse mit einem Gasgrill, eine Außendusche, und "in der Saison" große Blumentöpfe einen schönen Garten ergänzen, die das Haus umgibt. Internet - Das Haus ist komplett mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Trockner und Kabel-TV, Telefon und WLAN ausgestattet. Es ist ein Parkplatz für drei oder vier Autos in der Einfahrt. This was our 2nd stay. It is a comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean. The kitchen is well stocked, the living room is spacious and bright, and the bed is comfortable. We enjoyed looking at stars and the Milky Way from the back deck. Nick is very responsive and helpful. We plan to return.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The home is comfortable, well stocked, and in a quiet corner of Ptown. We spent a lot of time outside on the deck (it has been an unusually warm November) which is great for seeing stars. The home is an easy walk to the grocery and seafood stores and close to restaurants and downtown. We look forward to another stay.

It's been a lifetime since my partner and I have been back to Provincetown. As twenty-somethings, we spent a great deal of time in the eighties down at the end of Cape Cod. Now, after 32 years together, and a lifetime of memories shared, we decided to come back for a week. Nick's place was a perfect choice. It wasn't stark, or tiny, or too upscale for us. It was just right, with three bedroom, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, a huge living room, a beautiful deck out back, and all surrounded by lush greenery. Best of all, we were only a five-minute walk to Commercial Street, which placed us just far enough away for privacy, yet close enough to easily walk to everything. Nick was easy to reach when we had questions, and the house had all the essentials. Best of all, this wasn't just a place to stay. It was a home, with books in the bookshelves, art on the walls, and a comfortable vibe which is often rare to find. We both agree we had a five star stay and wouldn't hesitate to tell others of this little gem. Thanks much and Happy Halloween!!!

We had a great time, our second Women’s Week. The house is in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything - just as advertised. Nick was always prompt with emails and helpful information. There was a slight glitch with keys when we arrived but Nick and Priscilla were wonderfully quick to sort it out.

Nick place is excellently located and just a short walk to all the key spots in Ptown. The house was perfect for us and we appreciated staying somewhere that was
more of a home than a rental. The back deck is great, a secluded sun trap. The area is quiet and residential which is exactly what we wanted.

Wonderful, quiet home
This was our second stay at Nicholas's house in Provincetown. This is the most relaxing property. The house is very comfortable, quiet and has all the amenities needed to make our stay easy. The outdoor shower is an amazing feature. Nicholas is always available, helpful and friendly. Can't wait to return next summer!

A great house in which to stay in Provincetown.
This house is perfect for families or friends who need a 3-bedroom house. Great location - a short walk to the center of town. Parking for two cars - which is rare in Ptown. The kitchen comes with everything you need to prepare food and the grill outside on the deck is a terrific bonus. Two bathrooms - also a rare find in Ptown. And an outside shower to clean off the beach before you come in the house. The living room has comfortable furniture and a great entertainment tv with netflix and amazon prime for those who like to watch on the rare evening you are not going out. Pretty new washer and dryer-nicer than the ones I have at home! Altogether a great place to stay; this was our second year in the house and the owner, Nick, is terrific and available by phone for any questions or concerns.

Wonderful, Comfortable Home!
Everything was exactly as expected. The bedrooms are a great size, clean and comfortable beds. Plenty of closet / drawer space. Kitchen, living room, dining and deck were wonderful spaces to enjoy through the days/nights. I will definitely request to stay again. Nick responded quickly and provided all of Thun formation needed to make our stay perfect. Proximity to Commercial street, bike shop and Liz’s cafe were within 10 minutes. Stop and shop 13 min walk. Enjoy your quiet stay at this property!

Had a great stay in a great home.
We've been vacationing in P-Town for 30 and owned Timeshare that went into foreclosure so we had to find another place to stay. We loved our timeshare so finding the right place for our family was important. Our first choice was this house and were surprised when we opened the door. This place is beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice. It is fully appointed, very clean in a very quiet neighborhood a few blocks from town. This house has everything including a terrific outdoor shower and deck. Beach chairs, towels and umbrellas were also available. It is obvious the owner takes very good care of this house and is very easy to work with. The kitchen is fully stocked. This transition was difficult for us but we found our replacement vacation spot. Our kids loved it and wished we could have stayed longer but we'll definitely be back. Thank you Nick, love your house.

Perfect house for two couples or a family
Great house with a very nice, responsive owner. We were two couples who needed a house that was on one level--bad knees all around. This ranch style house was perfect for us, with everything on one level. The owner, Nick, did a wonderful job updating the house; the kitchen was beautifully designed and practically brand new and filled with anything you needed. The bedrooms were comfortable with lots of drawer and closet space. Two bedrooms have queen-size beds that were comfortable and one bedroom had twin beds for either children or a couple. Air conditioning is at a premium in Ptown rentals so having units in all bedrooms and the living room was great on hot nights. And a brand new large washer and dryer were wonderful to have.
The living room was well appointed with a new large television and cable. We needed a strong wifi signal since we needed to do a little work while we were away and the wifi in the house was great--all four of us could be on with no drop in the strength. The outdoor deck is great with a very nice, large barbecue grill.
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood in the west end yet was an easy walk to the center of town. The driveway was perfect for two cars; anyone who knows Provincetown knows that parking is a premium so this was perfect for us.
Hopefully we will all get back next year and be able to stay here again!

This home is more appealing than the picture. The house was very clean and very cozy which was very important to us! The owner thought of everything. The location is perfect - just one block from commercial so far enough back to be very quiet but close enough to be able to walk to everything. We had a fabulous time and would definitely recommend this to others.

We always have a wonderful time in Ptown but staying at this home was the icing on the cake!. I definitely recommend staying here. It's a couple of blocks away from Commercial St. so it's a very quite neighborhood. It has 3 parking spaces and a great BBQ area. Beach towels and chairs are also available. My husband and I went to P-Town last year for the first time together. We loved it so much, we decided to come back with some friends for the week. Fortunately, we found this property and decided to try it out. We are so thankful we did as we had nothing but positive experiences. In fact, we loved it so much, we are hoping to make it an annual trip. The owner was responsive and so friendly. The property (inside and outside) was clean and well maintained, just an all around quaint and charming home. Everything in the home was just as shown and detailed in the property description. In fact, there was more supplies than expected including Beach Towels, Laundry Soap, and Suntan Lotion just to name a few. I highly recommend the house, you won't regret it.

Lovely and very quiet house in the West End
We really loved staying at Nick's house. He did everything possible to accommodate us and made the whole booking process easy. The house is situated in a very quiet little lane but within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops and everything else the West End of P-town has to offer. It is notably only a few minutes walk from Victor's restaurant which is one of the best in P-town. The Herring Cove and Race Point beaches are only a few minutes drive away. The house is exactly as Nick describes it and the photos almost do it justice but it is even nicer in reality! Loved the personal art work in the house and the deck out the back which we made good use of as the weather was so warm in the evenings. We had a fantastic vacation here and if someone is looking for a quiet house only minutes walk from the busy West End then we would recommend it. Thanks Nick!

Charming cottage in the West End
We booked this home in May--pretty late in the game for Ptown rentals--and were worried that it couldn't possibly be as charming and beautiful as it looks in the pictures. Our worries were totally unfounded: this house is every bit as wonderful as it looks in the pictures. It is in immaculate condition, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated inside and out (the landscaping is so beautiful that you might not want to leave to go into town), with a well-stocked kitchen, tons of seriously good, heavy duty beach towels, and clearly written instructions for all the appliances and electronics. Plus, it's in a great location. We were hesitant to rent north of Bradford, but this is just barely north Bradford. It is an easy walk down Pleasant St. into the heart of the West End, and yet when you're here it's peaceful and quiet. Nick, the owner, was great about responding to messages promptly and thoroughly, answering all our questions and even questions we hadn't thought to ask. He's thought of everything to make this house a comfortable place to vacation. (I almost didn't post this review because I don't want the secret of this amazing place to get out!)

We had a great time staying here last summer. House has everything you need and was spotlessly clean upon our arrival. We could easily walk to everything and the beach is a short walk or bike ride. All we needed to bring was our clothes and suntan lotion!
