Die Condos waren gut ausgestattet, sauber und hatten tolle Annehmlichkeiten wie Strandspielzeug, Stühle und einen ruhigen Poolbereich. In Gehweite zu Geschäften und Restaurants, was es zu einem perfekten Ort für Familienurlaube macht.

This was our 2nd stay with Len at this location. Obviously we would not have returned if we didn't like it. We had a very similar experience as the previous year.
Pros:
- location, location, location
- pool is not crowded
- check in is extremely easy, even if you arrive late
- independent feel, nobody from the facility bothers you
- Len helped us out on the last day regarding our checkout (very appreciated)
- parking is convenient, even if you have a guest visit
Cons:
- very few disposable supplies
- beach towels can't be used at the beach
- some parts of the unit could use an update
Again, we wouldn't have come again if we didn't like it, but the first time we only stayed a few days and this time we stayed for a week. During our short stay last year, we didn't really run out of things. This year we did. That meant we had to buy toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, hand soap, etc. To be fair, the listing did say it included "startup" supplies and that was true. Unfortunately, we had to buy things that we feel are basic amenities, especially given that we were flying to Florida from the other end of the country. Beach towels are in the same category. It's tough to carry large towels across the family for an entire family. As for the unit, it is as-described and fully functional. Some parts are updated, but things like the bathrooms appear to be very original and/or old and leave a little to be desired.

I traveled to NSB with my daughter and 3 granddaughters, ages 7, 5 and 3. This condo was very well equipped in the kitchen. Lots of sand toys and beach chairs (yeah!!) in the closet. Loved the 2 stories as the adults could watch TV downstairs and the kids could watch upstairs on the bunkbeds (a BIG hit with the kids). Good selection of pool towels and a rack to dry them on. Lots of chairs on the balcony.
Complex is immaculate. Beautiful pool, lovely patio furniture in excellent repair, gas BBQ. Pool is a bit sheltered, which was good because we had VERY windy days during our stay. Designated parking space.
An EASY walk to Flagler Ave, either on the beach or on the sidewalk. Our 5 year old did it with no complaints.
There's a small park a couple of blocks away with swings and a jungle gym. An easy 15 min walk to the Publix grocery store. This complex is on the drive zone of the beach.
2 negatives, which will not discourage us from coming again. First, you need a key to get into the pool area. You also need a key to get out. There is no bathroom at the pool. When the 7 year old needed to go, we couldn't just send her with a key, because she couldn't get the key to work. Secondly, there is no in-unit washer/dryer, but there IS a pay washer/dryer at the complex. We would have likely washed the towels midweek, if the W/D was in-unit .
Owner was very helpful. On-site manager, Parris, was so nice and helpful!

Overall, Len was extremely easy to work with. His instructions were detailed, clear, and easy to follow. It was a little odd not having staff available around the clock, but it was also nice not being bothered by lots of other resort traffic on the property.
Just a note for others considering renting here: it's not a hotel or resort. There is no one to bring you extra towels, trash bags, paper towels, etc. So if you are accustomed to using hotel staff for those kinds of needs, this is not your place. This is a more independent experience, and while that might not be ok for some people, we enjoyed the peace and quiet. The entire property was low key, quiet, and zero traffic.

This location is perfect for a low-key family vacation. The pool and grounds were very clean. The condo was very clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked with cooking apparatus. There were beach chairs and beach toys for the family to use. Very well laid out and very peaceful. This was a very enjoyable stay.

There is the Ocean beach walkway right on the beach. While on the beach it is only a 4 minute walk to Flagler Ave. The rooms are clean with plenty of room. The boogie boards and chairs are great amenities. Definitely would reccomend and stay here again.

This property was just as described. Location a huge plus I really enjoyed the pool and the beach access. We stayed with four adults and two children. We had plenty of room and the extra bathroom on the main floor was a benefit. Both the host and on-site manager were excellent to work with.

Everything was what we needed. I just wish they had a washer and dryer, which I know the properties do not have in their units, but always miss that when you are traveling with kids. Location for us was great as we love Breakers!

Great visit to NSB!
We loved the location, property and condo itself! It had everything we needed and Len was very responsive. The property manager was easily accessible and gave us ideas of where to visit and eat. We LOVED that the pool was basically right on the beach...we spent a lot of time there! The condo had everything we needed to feel at home. We definitely recommend this property!

Nice Facility
The unit was very clean and spacious. Plenty of dishes utensils etc. Within walking distance to Flagler Ave. which offers several good restaurants and, of course , the usual shopping opportunities. The unit is on the second floor with upstairs bedrooms which would not be ideal for older or handicapped persons. The owner disclosed this in the listing. I would suggest that the owner provide a small cooler along with the other beach items for those who would like to take some cold items down to the pool or beach. Overall a very nice stay.

a few bumps
when we arrived the unit had not been cleaned...after speaking with the property mngr...cleaner were there in about an hr...and cleaned the unit within the hr...there were two or three outlets that did not work...frustrating when trying to charge phone etc...then water went off to the whole complex couldnt flush toilets etc for about four hours but was fixed overall unit was nice but alot of stufff didnt go right...

Little Gem in NSB
The unit is located a short walking distance from the foot of Flagler Ave. A 3 story building is nestled between 2 multi leveled structures is a reminder of the old Florida charm. The unit capacity is 6, had plenty of room for all to eat at a table, ample seating in the living room. A half bath on the first floor, very convenient. On the second floor, 2 full bathrooms, one for each bedroom. The pool area is very nice and a refresher after splashing in the ocean which is a few steps away. The unit had views of the ocean from the front and back balconies. Reasonably priced for its location. Len is a great host, he answered any questions quickly. The building manager is very accomadating.

Loved our stay
The condo was exactly what we needed to accommodate our family of 6 (4 teenagers). Plenty of room to spread out and great beds for sleeping! The grounds are so clean and well kept up-- we enjoyed every thing about our stay. Did I mention that the beacheside pool is a sparkling 8.5 feet deep? And the owner is very quick to respond and was fantastic to work with! Can't wait to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo....everything has been updated and is like new.... the location is perfect for a family getaway... easy access to the beach and the pool. We really enjoyed the close proximity to Flagler Ave and all the restaurants and shopping within walking distance... only a block away to vehicle access to the beach ...... great place and friendly people all around you.....Perfect family place.... if you are young and looking for a 24hr party.... this is not your place however.....

Great location!
We were quite pleased with our experience. We felt welcomed, as a gift bag was waiting for us upon arrival, which had some amenities to get us started. The home was clean and well equipped, including everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach, i.e. toys, chairs, mats. The location was ideal. We would drink our morning coffee at the pool watching the sun rise over the ocean, and would return in the evening for the moon rise. It is a very short walk down the beach to the Flagler Ave boardwalk, a quaint beach town with shops and restaurants. We found the lighting in the condo to be a little odd. Overall the living room is a little dark, which is odd for a beach house. The lamps in the living room give off little light (we’d bring our own bulbs if we returned), and the dining room overhead light gives off too much LED type industrial lighting. Overall we had a great time and recommend staying here.

Beautiful condo in the perfect location!
What a fantastic place! My mom and I loved staying in this 2 bedroom condo where were could each have our own space- bedroom, closet, bathroom...nice to be able to get up early or stay up late without disturbing each other! Plenty of hangers, hooks, drawers, and cupboards for all our stuff!
The rental was tastefully decorated, welcoming, very clean, and comfortable! We were able to eat in if we wanted to, sit on the lovely balcony, or hang out by the pool.
The location could not be better! Just a short walk up the beach to Flagler Ave with tons of cute shops and fun restaurants and bars, even a couple of decks for dining overlooking the beach on the way. Also just a 3 minute drive, or little longer walk, to grocery store, additional dining, department store, and more.
Hope we can stay there again next time!

Where to start?
Had a quick chat with Cindy, the Prop. Mgr. a few days prior to arrival to arrange for key pick-up as we were arriving after hours. No problem at all - she even left some lights on for us in the condo as it was dark upon arrival - there’s also easy-access parking included.
The condo itself, while possibly a bit dated, is very roomy, very clean and functioned well also, i.e. the hot water works, the WiFi and TV works, etc. Note: there’s carpet but it’s berber-type and well-kept - there is also LOTS of storage! There’s a whole closet for pool toys, camp chairs, etc. I’d say way more than enough space for two people and perfect for two couples or a family with several children.
As advertised - quick access to the beach! Our unit doesn’t have the best view but who stays in their unit while on vacation? The pool area is also very clean and had comfortable chairs, lounge chairs and shade umbrellas if desired and of course, a beautiful view of the beach.
The owner was very responsive when I had questions prior to and during booking.
Overall - if I asked if I’d say there again, I’d say: Yes! Absolutely! I’m so happy to have found another place to stay in lovely New Smyrna Beach.

Family-friendly Beach Retreat
This was my family's second stay on the property. We also stayed for a week last summer (2017). My husband and I brought our 4-year old twins back because this place makes for such an easy, relaxing trip! The condo is updated, well maintained, and spacious. The property was very clean upon arrival, and it was easy to relax and get that "home away from home" feeling!!! The kitchen is well-stocked with cookware/utensils, which is helpful because we ate most of our meals there. There is a storage closet that has puzzles, beach chairs, sand toys, and boogie boards. This was great, because it is less to pack from home OR buy when you arrive. The condominium property was quiet, but the other families we met were all polite and friendly. We feel safe here. The pool was a welcome break from the beach, but we absolutely LOVE being able to just walk right onto the beach. Flagler Ave. is a 10 minute walk (with kids!), and there are also several family-friendly restaurants and a brewery in the area. Whether you're traveling with children or not, New Smyrna Beach is an excellent beach town to stay in and this property is a MUST. We will definitely return again! **It is also an easy drive to Disney World!

5 women stayed here very comfortably. Condo was very clean, I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone. It was stocked with everything we needed and did I mention ot was right on the beach! We would have liked to know that entire property was non- smoking prior to reservation. That could be a deal breaker for some people. I don't smoke so didn't bother me and there were no discarded butts any where. I plan to return for many more visits and hope this condo is available. 5 stars for sure.
