I’ve stayed in Los Concha’s years ago, several times. Always loved the proximity to the beach/ocean. Started staying the resorts over at Sandy beach side, enjoyed that as well but it was never as quaint and personal as getting a single family home in the beach. So my family migrated back to Los Concha’s. We will be staying here each year again. Most of the family stayed in a larger house to accommodate, we were just 5 mins drive down the beach. Family was all together and steps from the water. They had a 2nd row back home, so I really enjoyed the fact that this little cute and all you need place is right on the beach. We will stay here. Only problem encountered was the door key didn’t open the door. Called property manager, they sent someone out, resolved the issue and we started our vacation. Very enjoyable and perfect

We come here every year! The owner is amazing and is willing to help out when needed. Very safe and beautiful home on the beach!

My family and I have rented this property around this time for the last 3 years. We loved it because of the location, the quiet and its a very comfy home perfect for a family to rest and relax. Long story as short as possible (due to the character limit here) Checked in on Sunday. Tuesday the school stopped working and we were asked to relocate to another property. Friday the cleaning crew shows up to tell us that we have to move again to previous property. Due to that house being reserved. So called property manager contacted for ac repair. Sends over someone else. Man sent over shows me exposed wires held together with only black tape. Tells me that they had to bypass the compressor sensor to make ac work from before we ever showed up. Meaning they all knew the ac was broken. I chose to email property owner today to discuss the issue. Given as I never once heard from them during this whole ordeal. Owner apologized for “my inconvenience” and made a comment about “a problem out of our control” Out of your control when clearly you knew about the problem and chose to use a shortcut that introduced a potential fire hazard. My family and I loved staying here but unfortunately due to the poor response to this incident from the staff and owners we will look elsewhere from now on. I wish this app would let me post the pictures of the exposed wiring.

Beautiful and amazing

For my first time in mexico I had no idea what to expect, but this property made my stay so amazing! The ocean is literally steps away from the back porch, there are so many beautiful sea shells to collect, and the drive into town itself is very short. I loved staying here and I 100% will return again!

We stayed for 18 days had the time of our lives absolutely the best place to stay on Las Conches!! Cute and Cozy!! We will come back again!!

We loved the condo. Right on the beach and it was steps away. The accommodations where as described and we loved the bottled water jug for fresh water needs coffee etc... We'll be back!

We were very happy with our experience. Karen was very responsive when we had questions, the unit was just as advertised, and it is on the perfect stretch of Puerto Penasco beach (a large sand bar but still some tide pools).

Seashore and rest are a combinations beyond measure. Bring what you need to eat and drink and watch the ebbing tide ...

Relaxing good time

Overall stay was great!

Limited linens, each bathroom had two bath towels, no linens. One kitchen towel for a two bedroom townhome. Water did not get hot enough for washing dishes, so we had to heat water on stove in the largest pan that had a wobbly broken handle. Rust stains on patio door and refrigerator door, patio door takes finesse as it sticks. Buried toilet paper and other trash in front yard. We received instructions on toilet use and bottled water refill when we were sent door code a week before. We were advised to limit flushing and reorder/pay for? filling bottled water tank if we ran low. We ran out the last day. On day one, we emailed Karen about the non working internet. She responded two days later. She had given us a local contact to text should we have issues. He never responded, but arrived the evening before we left to try to get it to work. He said he’d send a technician the next day, but we were leaving. Lastly, my mom emailed Karen who said that her local manager had died two weeks previously and she not aware of the kitchen hygiene /safety issues- not her responsibility she said. HOWEVER, in reading the guest sign in book, I learned that the sticking patio door, cold water and non working internet have been issues for years. Ironically, the guest book was in pieces as well. The general consensus is that it’s a great location, but it’s a neglected property whose owner hopes that all faults, inconveniences and safety concerns will be overlooked because of the great location.

Great place to get away with my 2 kids. Beautiful beach front right out your back door. Bring your own spices, Or you can get them from the supermarket that's only 10 minutes away. I will definitely be going back

Location is amazing. Beautiful sunsets from back deck! A few little things…1. I feel that there should be a bit of a warning on the showers. Thankfully my mom is agile. The step into the shower is very deep. Hand rails would be very helpful. 2. The bed in the master bedroom in very hard and the sheets were a full size on a queen 🤔. Other than being a bit dated, the house was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

I have stayed at plenty of VRBO before and it has always been great. Everything on the property was great fro the view to the neighbors. One thing it lacked was some basic items. This place didn’t even have salt and pepper, I have always had a few seasonings in the pantry what I don’t have I will buy and leave at the property for the next guest.

Wonderful stay. Rode out for bike week. The road to the property is hard packed sand which worked out fine. Property was right on the beach with beautiful views.

Absolutely loved the two days we stayed here. The listing is exactly what you get. Best ocean views and a nice quiet beach right outside your patio. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Been going to Rocky point since I was a baby, and las conchas was primarily where I spent a lot of my childhood. I was so excited to stay at this condo, and now I can’t wait to go back! You can tell the property is well maintained, cleaned, and cared for. The ocean is literally a step away. The A/C was fresh and cold. The fridge worked great! The property manager was also very communicative and responds quickly. I can’t express enough how awesome this place is. We will be booking again sometime soon!

This was my first trip to Puerto Penasco, Mexco, and I was a little concerned about safety as I was traveling alone (with my dog). But everything was great. Easy going through the border both directions from the USA. The property was just as pictured, although actually MORE attractive than the photos let on. Views of the ocean from the living room, dining room, and kitchen, and a wonderful patio to sit on (in the shade) and enjoy the stunning ocean view a few steps away (depending on the tide!). The tide was pretty gentle, the wind kept the mosquitoes away, and everyone I interacted with was friendly. I saw almost entirely families with small children along the beach, although since I was there mostly during the weekdays I usually had the beach all to myself. The outdoor living areas were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked. And the view was really worth the whole trip. And the water was lovely warm! I'll be back.

This was the second year in a row that we stayed at Las Conchas #8. My family and I loved it so much when we stayed last year that we had to do it again this year. It is not that far from the Malecon, bank, grocery, pharmacy and other places. The home itself is well maintained and has everything you need. We had no problems with ac, plumbing, kitchen, electronics, etc. The beds and couches were comfortable. Had plenty of space to sit down to eat and cook our meals. Only a few steps away from the back patio to the beach. The thing I love the most about this particular area; is the peace and quiet. Unlike the resorts or the properties closer to the Malecon, this area isn't crowded or noisy. During the day you had a handful of people on the beach. At night the only thing lighting the beach was the moon. The only sound comes from the crash of the waves. This property more than suited our needs. We are looking forward to visiting again soon. Stay was too short but had a great time.

Perfect area, afe, close too town. Very clean, kitchen well equipped. Right on the beach, lots of fun playing on beach, collecting shells and sand dollars. Will be back next summer.
