10/10 on this place. The condo is super nice and spacious. Well equipped kitchen and a closet full of beach accessories. It was a super quiet facility with security present at all times. We loved everything about it and hope to return again next year to this exact same condo! If I had to make one complaint it would be that the sliding door to the balcony from the living room is quiet hard to open and was a hindrance to my elderly parents.

This is a fantastic condo for a family - beautiful views - enough space. Although we didn't need them the bunk beds were well built - the best I've seen. Only draw back to unit is no third bathroom - really needs at least a half bath. Gulf Crest Condos are located just in the right spot and the people in the office and security are wonderful even if you didn't rent from them.

We loved this condo so much this was our second time staying here! We absolutely loved the upgrades in both bathrooms!! The two things we would change is how hard the living room balcony's door is to slide open. And the chairs at the bar are slightly wobbly. But this is such a minor issue considering the whole condo is wonderful.

This was the perfect condo for our family! The condo is HUGE! The pools and beach were never crowded so it was easy to keep an eye on our kids. Great location in Panama. Also love having the designated parking!

Our stay with GulfCrest was nothing short of amazing. The views were breath taking, with more fun than we expected! We will definitely be coming back. Our 5 children ages 2 up to 7 were in heaven with our week at Gulf Crest and the smiles on their faces for the week could never be forgotten or replaced!

The condo location was excellent with many restaurants and activities for teenagers to do within walking distance. Views were amazing. Plenty of room for 8 people plus other friends who stopped by for dinner. Only recommendation is to add some mirrors in the condo. The only mirrors were in both bathrooms. A mirror in the bedroom would be helpful when everyone is getting ready.

We have stayed at Gulf Crest now for the last 5 years and couldnt be happier with them. The location is perfect. The view is unbelievable. We wouldnt stay anywhere else. We already have another vacation booked at Gulf Crest for September and cant wait.

We had 9 friends staying and the condo was very spacious. Check in was easy. Location was great. Beautiful view in the morning, with wrap around balcony. Will definitely stay here again

The check in process was easy. The floor was gross. It turned our feet black very quickly. It needed to be mopped badly. The shower in the master bath drained extremely slow leaving water backed up when showering. That is so gross, especially in a rental property. The handles for both showers seemed as if they were going to fall off at any minute. There were no trash bags, no laundry detergent, dish detergent, extra toilet paper, or even hand soap in the condo. We had to go and buy all of that. There were about 4 coffee mugs total, which would’ve been okay if there was a way to wash them either by hand or in the dishwasher. There were 2 kitchen towels total (not enough for 7 people for 5 days at all). The location was great and the view is amazing, but not having simple things for guests makes it seem like the host didn’t really care about your experience.

The condo was nice and spacious for our family. We had 8 total. Beautiful views. Beds were very comfortable for everyone. The bathrooms could use some updating and the cleaning service could do better. Floor was still dirty and the comforter in the master bedroom was dirty. Other than that it was a great place to stay. Parking was good (we drive 1 tons) and loved that it was gated. Super friendly staff. We will definitely be back.

First off the bad side, the cleanliness was very upsetting. All of the dishes had to be washed because there was still food on most them and there was hair in the shower. To have such a high cleaning fee I was expecting better. The sink didn’t drain so when we attempted to cook it was a nightmare. The bathroom light stopped working so we used a lamp for a day. I did contact the company several times for maintenance and they eventually got it all fixed. Definitely needs some updating for sure. Several outlets did not work and barely any water pressure in the shower. The washer and dryer needs a very good cleaning because of mold.And we had a 6 am built in alarm clock thanks to the construction right next door.
Now for the good side. The view is amazing! The beds are comfortable and plenty of room for the 8 of us staying.

This has been our go to spot we have stayed at Gulf Crest for the last 4 years and my family just loves it. The location and the view is perfect. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation and we will be back soon.

Needs a complete remodel for the price we paid. Furniture is worn out, condo was not cleaned properly. Kitchen is not stocked with basic silverware, glasses, or plates (not even a set of 4 in anything). Bar stools are dangerous for children , unstable. Walls in bunk bed area were nasty. Bedspread were not clean, drawers in dresser would not stay closed. I contacted the agency who rents this model and they only said they would pass the information on to the realtor. NOTHING DONE!! I will never rent from this Realtor again. I would go directly through the Gulf Crest Condo Office and rent directly from them, which is cheaper and you have a person on site to correct any problems you might have.

Location was Perfect for Favorite Restaurants; Nick's Pizza, Finns, Dat Cajun, Shrimp Basket, Steamers Seafood. Nice condo, but needs attention. The condo needs a deep cleaning. The bottom of the bathtub was covered in sand, obviously it hadn’t been cleaned, the floors in the condo were dirty as well. If you are planning on doing any cooking, this condo isn’t for you. The condo may sleep 10 people, but it does not accommodate 10 people. The kitchen is poorly stocked with plates, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, etc. The kitchen has the bare minimum in it. There was one dish towel and dish rag, six towels for three bedrooms, no beach towels, you will have to buy anything you need to clean for the week. On Friday and Saturday night we got to listen to the music and DJ coming from the bar and liquor store in front of the condo. Other than the music coming from the bar, this condo could be really nice with some TLC and a new cleaning service.

Emerald Coast was easy to work with - communication was great. The unit we were in was very nice and had a great layout. The master shower could use some updating and a new shower head - other than that EXCELLENT.

The view was beautiful. The location was fantastic. Over all clean, we could not use the coffee pot due to old coffee grounds that had molded. Before we went to the beach the floor was very gritty like it wasn't swept. Overall was a great stay just a few minor things.

We loved this condo. It was spacious and the lay out was perfect. Also perfect is the view from the gorgeous wrap around balcony. We were close to the elevators, stairs & trash shoot. The elevators were clean, cool & fast. Easy access to the pool & beach. Great location also. We plan to stay here again next year.

Condo is nice. Good all rooms had king beds. Needs balcony furniture. Not enough seating there for the whole family. Also screen was missing from living room sliding door. It needs some large pans for cooking

With this condo being an end unit, it has many windows and spectacular views. The majority of the wooden blinds were broken so we were unable to enjoy the view. The huge balcony only offered an old table, 2 broken kitchen chairs and 2 metal chairs that were rusted and rough. Both shower units are very old and discolored as well as the shower handle for the faucets were broken and about to fall off. All insides of cabinets needed to be cleaned. A lot of crumbs, stains and smelled bad. The floors were not clean and it was very visible in the bathrooms. It also looked like someone cleaned the TV’s with pledge. On our day of departure, the cleaning lady entered the code and walked in to our unit at 7:30am unannounced. Never rang a doorbell bell or knocked. Check out wasn’t until 9:00 so we were still in the unit and it scared us. On a positive note, the beds slept well and the condo is very spacious. The pools and hot tubs were very clean and well maintained. The tiki bar was a favorite for everyone.

Never again
Property was dirty with one bed not made with a huge stain on it with a towel over it. Brown stuff dripping down the toilets. When we would walk through the condo our feet would be black from dirt. Our shower curtain had mold on it. We reached out to get everything fixed to get no reply the entire stay.

We rented this particular condo to get a full view of the ocean. Being on a corner we did have spectacular views. Overall the location was good close to the golf course we played at. This condo is very spacious. The corner units have 3 bedrooms. Sorry to see out time end here at PCB. Will definitely be back.
