Appartamento confortevole pulito fedele alle immagini di booking avevamo affittato quello con 2 camere da letto al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una bottiglia d acqua e delle capsule per la macchina del caffè,il riscaldamento era acceso e la temperatura delle camere molto gradevole, sia i cuscini che i materassi dei letti erano molto comodi. Comodissimo il check-in tramite un codice da digitare sulla porta al nostro arrivo. Il quartiere è tranquillo non abbiamo avuto nessun problema.
Si raggiungeva il centro di Sofia con una piacevole camminata di 10/15 minuti oppure si poteva prendere la metro ,la fermata è a 5 minuti dall'appartamento.
Nei dintorni c è un piccolo supermarket fornito di tutto il necessario .
Unica pecca il lavandino incluso nel grande box doccia, ma è una cosa di poca rilevanza.

Единственото нещо, което не ни допадна въпросната вечер е, че имахме късно пристигане от летище, при което радиаторите бяха спрени, а вратата на едната спалня беше предполагам забравена от персонала отворена.

The location is very nice. The balcony's were vey nice and a nice view of the city.
The parking was mentioned and then you have to reserve one. Then there was no parking. I had to park on the street. The apartment was very poor furnished. I think someone was living there and all the furniture were stacked in a place. The shower was smelling very bad. I think it was the canalisation of the bathroom. Does not have the value for the money.

Curtains were missing, so people from outside could look in easy, the host made a mistake causing complications checking in; an excuse was farsought

Location was perfect. Walking distance to the center, but also close to tram stop.
Check-in and private parking was easy with the instructions received (important if you rent a car).
Comfortable apartment with fridge, lift and air conditioning.
It has an open shower, so the floor in the bathroom fills with water, but something common in Bulgaria. Not a big deal.

The bed mattress was amazing! Very comfortable, exactly what we needed to get a good night sleep and some rest. The room was very big, spatious, and clean. Bathroom was also clean, no bathtub. There was a fridge for our water, an espresso coffee machine and a kettle. Very quiet and nice area. We really enjoyed our stay there. And there is a private parking area with key lock for your car or motorcycle.
We would prefer a bathtub, as the shower makes a mess in the bathroom with water. Cutlery was missing for our coffee but it was ok any way.

Beautiful place, with big windows, a good location. Private parking - 10 BGN. In general, it is not bad for 2 people, don't book it for 3 people as we did. Clean towels for all guests, and clean bed. We had a short stay so not much to tell.
We picked this place mostly to have a rest in the middle of our road trip from Moldova to Greece and counted to sleep well, but the third bed(sofa) is definitely not for sleeping, and 100% not for a tall person, ( tall I mean 1.70m high), no kitchen, strange smell, and no air-conditioning.

It is very close to the city center. Very clean and very comfortable bed. Also you have a really big room with a mini cooler.
It seems all the rooms are not the same. My room did not have air-conditioning, although the owner told me it was not written in the room specification, I think nobody thinks that the “king rooms” are without air-condition, in a city where the temperature is above 35 degrees.

In a quiet neighbourhood. Full apartment building has Airbnb style accomodations managed by the same host. A bit quirky bathroom but clean and comfortable overall for 4 guests sleeping in 2 comfortable beds in 2 rooms. Fully equipped kitchen.
Not that close to the airport as was shown on Booking.com map. Did not get to meet or interact with the hosts but was quite efficient process to enter the rooms and leave very early morning.
